They do not pay attention to what you want done to your car. My wife asked for a car wash and vacuum inside and use amorall. Well they did not do the vaccum and they ended up polishing the car. My wife asked what happened to the inside and they asked for another 30 bucks after paying 60 already. We are done with this horrible place and the bad attitudes.

Paid $35 for my car wash, my car was really dirty. Vacuum was in point, was was really good. Overall satisfied except my windshield could have got a little better cleaning. But I will definitely come back.

They are rude at this car wash person by the name of Maria turned me away time of arrival was 4:05pm she told me that they actually close at 4pm but another worker there told me this close at 4:30pm on Google it shows they close at 5pm this is very confusing for customers. I drove 30 min to get to this location I was going to get the full service I guess I'll spend my money at another car wash. Rude workers Update!!! I found an amazing car was its called Spartans car wash its on Florence Ave across from the park saltlake damn they did an amazing job there the workers where super nice to me too! I paid 35$ for my car wash and they left it looking brand new! Only thing they missed was the center arm rest vacuumed but for some reason a lot of places forget to do that lol. Other then that amazing service all around! I would definitely recommend that place for sure!! I guess they really wanted my money there and on top of that I even tipped the worker $20 my car was so dirty and he definitely deserved it.

This place is absolutely horrible, I spent an hour and a half waiting. My car stayed in the same spot where I left it when I first arrived. I ask some guys next to me how long they have waited and said 2 hours. I have lakes out and left.If you have 2 hours or more to kill then this is the spot for you.

I came and got my car washed. It was okay but coming to find out my IPAD pro was stolen from here. I had it in the back pocket and when I noticed I called them and no answer. I then seen on found my" app and it showed it was a this location. Now the IPAD is off.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Paid $150 for deep clean carwash tell me why I look in the backseats and there's trash from the previous owners in the backseat that I saw the first day I bought this car I even showed them how to move my seats so they can do the job right and I feel very ripped off if they couldn't clean simple visible trash under the seat that means why $150 went to the trash

I came to this place asking for a detailed job for my car it seemed as though I had asked an offensive question when I asked for the price of a full detail and waxing on my car after they gave me the price they very rudely told me that they would not be able to take my car in today or the next day and that I should come when there is less people there I asked when that would be and if they had a day that they wanted me to come she looks very annoyed when I asked that and told me she doesn't know when they'll be less busy I should just come when they're less busy I decided not to argue with her and just left but I find it very unprofessional to treat a customer this way

I always go to this carwash. They've always done a good job. But this time around was not a good experience. They did a mickey mouse on it. Left alot of soap residue and they were not busy. I was the second car on the lot for them to be an a hurry it's not right. That the reason for 3 stars

I went today to have my car washed and it was first time there and I had really bad experience because they scratched my car and then I told the guy and he was rude about and told me it was already there I regret taking my car there never again please don t go to that place

Employees are slow washing the cars. I eead other feedbacks same problem I saw. I understand employees probably make the minimum wage. But quality done and time are factors I care. A few employees working on a line of 10 cars. Place is so so. You have to wait for your car for more than 1 hour. Employees are not efficiently handling the cars. The fact is a hand car wash does not limit the job and quality work the does. If you are a time management person, do not go to this place.They did no clean the interior. Very durty as I brought the car. Not recommended.

The people in Santa Fe Handwash are very friendly and they do a great job! I always take my car there to be washed and will continue to go.

Horrible service, I pulled up and asked 2 people that worked there who can I talk to about washing my car one didn't know and the other one was rude. The lady that works there is super rude.

Hours say open at 7 am. Not. At 8:40, they have my car, but still no cashier at work, yet. Do NOT speak English. Difficult people. Sad.

It was ok they were really slow and they didn't move the seats back and forth to clean under them and didn't take out mats and clean under.

Cleaned my car really good and it didn't take long at all and it was plenty of cars in front of me the best hand car wash I've been to hands down
