The workers here are super attentive and nice. Right away they helped me without a problem. I recommend everyone to come here for their tire services. I will be coming back. I received great customer service from Kimberly, Steve and Alexis .

I want to give a big shout out to Kimberly!!! I had the worst day ever a flat on my 2024 kicks called everyone and the tire was not in stock. She was professional on the phone this was my best quote even from Costco. She was sympathetic to my situation and took real good care of me. The mechanic Luis was nice and attentive. I was in and out in a short amount of time good job guys.

Steve and Alexis were very professional and friendly, they go beyond providing the best recommendations for the service needed and explaining best prices. This includes best deals and quality. They answered all my questions, I recommend Pep-Boys Huntington Park they are very compassionate in providing excellent customer service they truly are 5 STARs .

Steven and Edwin were very helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions and let me know how long my car would take to get serviced. The prices were decent and affordable. The waiting area was also accommodating and had plenty of seats and a charging area for your gadgets. Altogether, I had a great experience. Thank you guys for your service!!

I always come to this Pep Boys, I love the way they are so nice to customers and always have appointments available ..Until today.I ve been meaning to get to fixing many things I know my car lacks, and one of them being the horn, on today s appointment one of the technicians decided that it was funny for him to press my horn multiple times, I was in the lobby the entire time, and I heard how many times they pressed it to hear the noise, yes I understand the horn makes a funny noise but to play it continuously just to make fun of it and make your co workers laugh just seemed unnecessary and unprofessional but above all immature. I didn t know that the horn needed to be pressed to have an oil change guess I learned something new today

I ve been coming here for years, and always book my appointments online with out a problem.. and the latest because i work 530-600 pm slot ( mine you slots are still open on the website )They called me to cancel or bump me up hours earlier because they already have cars in the slot time coming in. Than why are the slots available????Doesn t make sense ..: than I ask for the next day at 6 pm .. they said, they can t take appointments that late .. than why are those times display for??? If they can t take anyone ???Honestly it s pathetic and rude! Last time I will booked with them.

Worst tire shop ever Paid $25 to repair flat(this service for free in America tire, and I go there for 3 times every time they fix the problem with no issue) but in next day is still leaking air. The front desk lady is super rude and unfriendly, she was keep asking me why I was knowing the tire is leaking, I suspect she is racism. If you want your problem solved and feel comfortable don t go this shop!!!

I schedule my appointment a week in advance and finally the day of my appointment they where basically refusing to service me and pointed out that it was my fault over and over again they said that they called me all day to get me to come in earlier keep in mind I only received one call . We basically had to pled with them to change my tires; they rushed me in the garage and they rushed my installation of brand new tires with in 30 mins they finished and then they went on saying that I had to come back again the next day so they can align my tires went the next day and I had to go in again for the 3rd time because to my surprise they didn t check the tires at all after installing them and all my tires were now all flat and leaking air. Lead to say they are very unprofessional with there services you shouldn t have to go get your brand new tires on 3 trips and I didn t know that putting air in new tires after installing them was optional; never again

I had a headlight flickering and the service salesman was kind enough to help me with. He in a short amount of time he took my car in installed a new bulb and I was on my way out. Service was fast.

I had towed my year 2000 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor to this pep boys in Huntington Park because my car would not start. The mechanics lied and told me I needed a new engine. So I had to tow it from that pep boys shop to a mechanic I personally knew in Culver City. The mechanic in Culver City told me all I needed was a new TIMING CHAIN. These guys straight up lied and almost made me come out of pocket three to maybe 4 thousand for an engine I did not even need at all. Also, they remember me because this happened on the 26th of February. No integrity. Very disgraceful. I'm not telling you not to come to this shop be cautious on who your dealing with.

Excellent service. My tech called me to let me know I had a nail in my tire. Immediately offered to patch it up, wasn t pushy to sell things I didn t want at the moment. I ve been going to this location for years, they re always cool and helpful.

I really recommend this Pepboys. Their customer service is amazing. Very knowledgeable and they are honest. Hard to find a place that is honest. Highly recommend it.

I like coming to this location - they always get my service done in a timely manner. The price has increased though, & it's not the same amount at all locations. Unfortunately, I can't say that they can do the same about other locations. I give 4-Star rating for PepBoys (overall) due to previous experiences at 2 other locations, but this location at Huntington Park, is a 5-Star.

If you come for the oil change and free tire rotation, they don't actually do the tire rotation. My tires were marked with chalk and they were in the same location.

I was hesitant to go here because of the negative reviews. But I went and I was happy with the service. Alexis took care of the business and Luis took care of my car, I appreciate you fellas.
