Great service! I came in this morning with a massive nail in my tire. Octavio took care of my car right away. I was surprised to see they could patch a run flat tire. Thanks so much guys!

Positively, I was serviced quicker than expected. Furthermore, I had an appointment. On account of purchasing the lifetime alignment deal in the past, I was able to receive a wheel alignment at no further cost. Thus, I recommend the purchase of the lifetime (of your vehicle) wheel alignment. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received.

Booked an appointment online for a "free" brake inspection as it said on their website and when we got there nobody would attend. When they finally did the guy in the office said we needed to pay them $118 just to inspect it. Complete fail and very unprofessional on first impression. False advertisement. Will definitely never return there.Zero stars if I could!

Stay away from this place.Poor customer Service.I walked in there and there was knowone at the front desk..they did notice me pulling up and didn't even bother to Help.too busy talking and ignoring their customers.is not the first but it will be my last time going there for help with my vehicle.If I can give them No stars I would.but unfortunately that's the process to leave a review they don't even deserve a star.so if you want to be unnoticed go there if you have all the time in the world

I received excellent service and was given great deals for my cars most recent needs. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me to understand exactly what was going on with my car. I felt that I was truly in good hands.

I brought with you my Dodge Ram 1500. for an oil and filter change, brake fluid change and tire rotation. and wait 6 hours. and I could tell that they did not give priority to work but rather to talking between mechanics. They also stole tools and accessories from the truck that he had just bought at Auto Zone. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I will personally go to the store to talk about this.

I went in for a tune up and oil change. They also check to see if I need anything else. They explained things to me and when I should come back. I have had my car for 3 years Firestone auto care are the only one I let work on my car.. I have not had any trouble with my car. I tell all my friends to go to Firestone auto care

I bought new tires there with full service.Everything is good, except one thing. Can you see these two weights opposite each other? So, the worker can read numbers on the balancing machine perfectly, but he doesn't know what it means, unfortunately. And I'm disappointed to see weights on brackets instead of weights on two sides of tape inside the rim.Of course, that car is old, and probably it is not a big problem, but why? Would I visit it again? I'm not sure.

Went for one slashed tire change a while back the employee was being mad rude and tried to charge us 200 bucks for one tire I went to a much better tire shop in maywood near primos burgers and got it done for 40 bucks in and out 25 mins this place gave me hella scam vibes hopefully the rest of the crew is nicer but stay away if u can

They took 5 hours to replace all four tires and they did the minimum of work all the service they claimed they did was wheel balancing, tire air-pressure. It s common sense that even an inexperience Mechanic could replace all tire within 30 min. They dirtied my steering wheel, messed up my visors with their greasy hands. I do understand they do dirty work but customer service is bad. Oscar even laughed at face when I asked for my previous tires back he was very rude. To top it all off they didn t even had the curtesy to do a check if my brakes are safe to keep using, or if my suspension is safe. If anything happens while I m driving I will be suing Firestone. Because they really messed up my alignment my steering wheel is now slanted.and one of the tires is still low on pressureService: Tires

When life throws you a bolt in the tire at 550 pm on a Saturday evening an hour away from home in the middle of dtla, you know you're in hot water. The type of hot water that boils you alive. I was down the street and took a chance on this location, hoping someone could save me from the impending doom I'd shortly find myself in.I purchase firestone as my second choice after oem dealership as my mother usually bought firestone growing up. Firestone will be my first choice every time moving forward.The boys on duty may 13th 2023 evening shifts all deserve the good things in life. They were tired, they worked all day, man down, yet still found a way to get me back on the road and home safe. I could tell they realized my situation was dire, and their personal sacrifice has earned a customer for life.Thanks guys, going to get that second tire now.

Car had an issue after buying it from the dealership. Friendly, helpful staff! I would highly recommend. Even though I arrived after hours, they stayed open and waited for the tow truck to arrive with my vehicle. They were open and honest about the repairs needed, and they kept my vehicle secure in their garage until I was able to arrange for it to be transported home to Las Vegas. They had great communication with me the entire time. I am very grateful for their assistance.

My experience was very satisfying the service manager Octavio is very knowledgable of overall vechicle repair needs. He gives insight in what order repairs should be done according to driver safety. After the repair was completed i was shown the motor mounts which were no longer serviceable. There are payment options you can apply for through the Firestone franchise in Huntington Park. I would recommend to family and friends.

I had made an appointment for new tires and specified the make and model of my car. They assured me that they had the tires and could do the job. I got my appointment really early but spent the entire day there because they had to order my tires from a different shop. They were not prepared for my appointment. Then the guy told me that there will be some noise when I drive because of the new tires. I wasn't sure what he was talking about, but the noise was loud. Turns out the bearings were the problem. I took my car to another mechanic and had it fixed. I would not recommend it here.Service: Tires

I stopped yesterday May 7th to get an oil change for my wife's car and since I didn't schedule an appointment I was told that I had to wait for three hours to get it done so I scheduled an appointment for today Sunday May 8th at 10:30 am. I got there around 20 minutes before the scheduled time and when I thought that may car was going to get serviced, I was told that I had to wait for an hour and a half. After hour and a half my wife's car wasn't done. I looked through the waiting room window and I saw one of the employees finally taking the car to be serviced. I had to wait for another hour and ten minutes. So disappointed for their service. They wanted to do a wheel alignment which it didn't need because I had it done less than a year ago.

They serviced my car well. However though I did have to call before closing to see if my car was done because I didn't hear from a firestone representative for 5 hours. Which is odd from previous years where they contact me as soon as my car is ready.I feel the customer service has decreased over the years. I am a woman & have always been spoken to respectfully at other Firestone branches.I first arrived alone & spoke to a worker. As soon as my male partner came the worker proceeded to only give him attention & didn't make eye contact with me.When I returned to pick up my car, my partner was with me. Yet again, the worker gave only my partner eye contact. Even when I asked him questions he turned to my male partner & gace his answer.I find this to be rude & even sexist. I have been going to Firestone for nearly a decade now. This has never occurred before. I truly hope that this review is seen & improvements in customer service are made. Because you guys take great care of cars. Just don't forget the people! Haha
