Went in to purchase some items but they didn t had change and this was in the afternoon not in the morning. I only had 100 and 5 single dollars bills.ill just take my business somewhere else.

I wanted to leave a good review for Jesse and Manny. They were so helpful on Easter day at last minute. I know that they were closing at 6pm that day. I wanted to find a strut bellow last minute before they were closing. I didn t find one to my liking, But regards of everything, they helped me to the best extent that they could at last minute. I appreciate their help, I did end finding the parts I needed.

After Pep-boys fell for bankruptcy for it's lousy and poor customer service, I decided to give a second chance to their new name.. went to purchase a die hard battery for $235 with a 3 yr. Warranty, WELL the battery die hard on me after 2 weeks of purchasing, call back an a arrogant Fatboy Representative that he thinks or acts like a manager didn't want to refound my money.. A BAD COMPANY IS ALWAYS GONNA BE A BAD COMPANY

Some pale dude that works there literally walked over to us to help us out(without us asking) and has the nerve to have attitude when we re just asking questions this is why I prefer online shopping

Everardo is the man! He took his time changing the battery on my 2017 GMC Sierra. He made sure it was the battery that needed to be replaced and not a starter issue or alternator issue. Highly recommended thank you so much!
