Our family has enjoyed coming to Zito's for many decades now. The guys here have always taken great care of us and give an extremely great prices for the work that is done. I've been a mechanic myself much of my life and now have a couple other businesses and not a lot of time to work on my own Vehicles anymore this is one of the few shops I trust and every time I get a quote I think to myself why would I have tried to do it myself. If you need to Great mechanic that will be there for you when you need them trust this family owned shop!

I was customer for Zito's Auto Care for last 33 years. It was a good service until Zito passed away. Now the new management have no time to listen to customers concerns or manage their service. The culture of the organization has changed. Now service quality is TERRIBLE. UNBELIVEABLE. Ungrateful!

I had a great experience. About total $210 for labor on my 2008 Honda Fit to replace the ignition coils and spark plugs (parts from AutoZone for about $232). Vince(?) And the mechanic were friendly and were able to see me the same day. Im so glad Firestone referred me to Zitos (as Firestone couldn't take me in for a few days and won't do install of parts from outside).

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack. Zito's and the team are that needle. Twice I've gotten my little 2002 Acura RL fixed and passing smog (STAR) tests. 10/10, just great guys!Service: Auto exhaust system repairService: Auto exhaust system repair

Outstanding service and work. They're very accommodating as they worked me into their schedule and completed my work in speedy fashion. Vince Tucker, the service manager, is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Price for their work is competitive and fair. I'd go back here without hesitation.

The way the owner Tony treated me about the repairs needed for my car was so kind and gracious it brought me to tears. These guys are awesome. Been bringing my families cars to them for 20 years. They are honest and an affordable price. In fact the least expensive in this area. They have never overcharged me and at times have suggested I not make unnecessary maintenance suggested by other repair shops. Many thanks to Sal, Tony and the rest of the team.

Awsome service, friendly employees. I highly recommend it, if your from this area and live close it's really convenient. Wish they would give law enforcement and first responders a discount. But overall very good place I highly recommend it .

I Recently took my Van in to get oil changed and new rotors and found out the owner Sal Had passed away. Hearing that news literally crushed my heart. Thankfully he has the next best mechanic Tony to run and keep shop alive. I'm writing this today because everyone should know about ZITO'S AUTO CARE located on Magnolia and Garfield and you should HONK when you drive by there to show the love and keep spirit alive. Rest in peace Sal. Much love and respect

Since moving into the area I had to find a new mechanic. I was recommended to Zito's auto care. I have used them twice and all I can say is this establishment and the crew that works there is fantastic. I will not go anywhere else. The people and pricing is spot on. Thank you Zito's auto care.

Tony is a honest good man, true to his quotes and if it should change due to unforeseen conditions he will call you and ask unlike my other mechanic whom just goes ahead with it and your like what the F. You said 350.00 now its 800.00Know what I mean... I'm very satisfied with Zito's Auto Repair

I needed help removing a spark plug and gave Zito's a call (first time).Tony had several customer's parked in his service bays, already, but took a minute to see what the problem was with my car. After twenty mins, he was able to fish remnants of a miniscule rubber plug wire boot from the narrow plug cavity, replaced the plug, and tightened the other three plugs, just as a precaution!Needless to say, I was impressed. He didn't have to drop everything to help me with my "minor" problem. But, that's exactly what Tony did. And, btw, that little problem was something I could never resolve, by myself, in a hundred years! Zito's gets my thumbs up, big time! Thank you, Tony!

This place here don't take your car there we took our Jeep there one time just to have the blinkers fixed and he never did it and then when he went to start our car our car wouldn't start and he said he did nothing to it yeah right so I do not suggest this place to anybody unless you want to get ripped off

Friendly staff but I haven't had a good experience with their work. Had catalytic converters replaced on my truck and they didn't properly tighten the bolts so I had to bring it back. Had them replace front brakes and rotors (purchase parts from the dealer) and had a problem with a loud squeak. When I brought it back the owner immediately started making excuses instead of checking it out for himself. I won't use them again.

Zito's might be good for non-electrical repairs. They misdiagnosed a simple issue that turned into a large problem costing me a lot of money.
