First honest mechanic I've met. After having lived in Japan for 11 years, where customer service and honesty trump profit, I was afraid of being unable to find a trustworthy mechanic for when inevitable car troubles arise. Willy is that guy. Cannot recommend more enough.

They did a great job aligning my lifted truck. Drives straight and true. Shop was clean, employees were nice and the alignment machine and its operator were top notch. Highly recommend business!

Willy's Auto Service is a great place to go to getyour car fixed.They are very honest reliable trustworthy dependable plus he does a great job at the auto shows in Garden Grove on Fridays.He has excellent prices on tires to. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. A+ Willy's Auto Service.

Willy picked up two new customers today (my wife and I) as he quickly fixed a unique problem resulting from my dealer's mistake. Willy was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue, in an honest and professional manner. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining the fix, showing me the specific repair, and really seemed to enjoy talking cars. He's a super friendly guy, very accountable, and I highly recommend him.

Willys auto is my regular auto mechanic. He pays attention to detail and really cares about your auto safety. Always reliable and quality service. I would recommend that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. Shop is always busy with customers4/19/23.... Willys Shop is still great and busy as ever! Highly recommended!

I have been taking my cars here for the past 11 years and have had the best service at the best price.My sons cars have been here with Willy as well and have been serviced at A very timely manner. It's so nice to have A trust worthy mechanic so you don't have to worry about your kids out there on the road. Willy also has put A rebuilt engine in my Suburban 3 years ago and has continued to run like A new car.

I was recommended to go to Willies by my auto mechanic for an alignment problem and was not disappointed at all. After aligning my car it still pulled badly to one side. I took it back the next day and Willie discovered that my car was in need of new tires instead of having a suspension problem. I am impressed by his honesty and more importantly taking the time to be thorough in his evaluation and diagnosis. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went to Willy a 3 months ago to get a new timing belt put on, as my car would not start. I was in a bind and this was all before I needed to take an 8 hour trip out of town. Willy not only took care of me in a timely manner, in which I was able to make my trip on time. But he also allowed me to pick up my own car parts that he would put on for me and I was able to save some money in the process. What a wonderful experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I heard about Willy from the FB page Huntington Beach CommUNITY . Any time anyone asked for a reliable, honest and experienced mechanic, Willy s name would come up multiple times. I had a problem with my 2016 Ford Escape and decided to take it to Willy s shop. I m glad I did. I have a new mechanic! He was very nice, listened to me when I tried to explain my concerns and instead of just charging me 105 dollars for diagnostics, he tried a few other things first to see if we could get results and save me money, too. So yes, I highly recommend Willy and his shop!

Ive been to willy's more than a few times since 2012. Each time the price for work is very reasonable and they are communicative and professional.I hadnt been since they moved shops, but had to today because my car wouldn't start and the roadside assistance I called barely helped. When I called willys, Mike answered the phone and was very nice and said to swing by to see if what I thought was the problem was actually the problem and to tell me if they could fix it. He checked my car, and showed me what was wrong. My battery clamps were put on wrong and he very quickly reclamped them tightly. He was so polite and helpful.Service: Battery

My Tesla Model S has 100,000 miles on it and was in need of new brakes for the first time. The Tesla service centers take weeks to book and their rates are very high so I called around to find someone who could service the brakes other than Tesla. Interestingly, not many Tesla s have needed brakes as of yet as the regen abilities of the car keep the brakes from wearing out. My almost five year old Tesla is probably one of a small but soon to be growing group needing brakes done.The first four places I called said they couldn t do the work as they knew nothing about Tesla s. The fourth place recommended I call Willy. After a quick conversation with Willy I brought the car in and he took a look and agreed to try to service the brakes. We ordered the the parts and then he did the service when they came in a few days later. I was a bit worried as I had not read about anyone else who has had their brakes serviced outside of Tesla as of yet but as Willy said they are just brakes. Nothing special about them. They even share the exact specifications as many other cars out there. Tesla didn t try to reinvent or redesign the brakes. They smartly used off the shelf component specifications for the rotors and pads.After the service the brakes feel like they did when I bought the car four years ago. I can t say enough about the friendly, skilled service provided at Willy s. I highly recommend Willy s for your car s service and if you own a Tesla be sure to check him out. You will save hundreds of dollars and get better service.

Willy is very honest and friendly. He genuinely cares about his customers. He will always give the best price possible. If he can't do the service you require he will recommend you someone just as honest who can.

We've known Willy for 10+ years and he is an excellent mechanic. Honest and trustworthy. We entrust both our vehicles to him. His pricing, always fair, and we drive from Orange to Huntington Beach to have him work on our cars. Will continue to do so!

I've been going to Willy as long as I've been driving, which is almost 20 years. He is one of only two people I will let touch my car. He does quality work, is very honest, and usually costs less than the other guys.

He has been our trusted mechanic for the last 2.5 years+! You really should never take your vehicles to anyone else, just come to Willy s! The service, the honestly, the respect, they got it all. Thank you Willy for making our time in SoCal mechanically sound!

Absolutely wonderful! They did the water pump, thermostat and oil filter gasket housing on my 2011 BMW 335i and did a absolutely terrific job. I was unsure what was causing my BMW to overheat since it only had 68k miles and was worried about a repair shop over charging me for everything since I didn't know what was wrong. I explained the symptoms and he knew what it was right away. I even insisted it was the radiator and was prepared to pay to replace it but was told it wasn't necessary. It now runs great and I can drive it without it going into safety mode which would only allow me to drive 10mph. I have an extended warranty and can take it to the BMW dealer for repair work but I completely trust Willy to do as good as or better then the dealer. Thanks Willy!! I need brakes soon and will be calling you for a quote!

You know you have an amazing mechanic when your car stalls, needs to be towed, and you phone your mechanic en route, anxiously describing the symptoms. He says okay, bring it in, and upon showing up he has already ordered the parts you need, cutting your repair time to a 15 minute job by diagnosing the issue. Over the phone. On a Saturday. Wonderful....honest, efficient....the dealer quoted me $420 and Willy did the same job for $130. You do the math....saved $290....well worth it. I went by the Yelp reviews and I am glad I did. I would recommend Willy and his shop. Professional and courteous, with great prices.

Customer beware if you have an issue caused by this repair shop and expect it to be handled with honesty, integrity, follow through, and the mentality of making it right. Based on my experience, Willy's Auto FAILS and DISAPPOINTS! Don't be fooled by the smile and the appearance of family.The test of a business' ethics (and owners individual character) is how they respond when their service and/or product is the root cause of the issue. How do they handle the incident? Do they make it right or do they blame the customer? Do they shift blame or do they own up to their error? Do they state requirements for a refund, and when met by the customer, make new requirements/moving the goal post? See BBB, BAR, Yelp, and Consumer Affairs.
