Chris really knows his stuff. He asked you questions in order to understand what will i do with the car. He was very pleasant well mannered car guy. He took his time with my car. I drove the car out with it being a different car. No creaks like before going in and it drive super straight. No sale pitch of any kind just straight up business. I can t recommend this place enough. This is the place to go when you need your suspension works and alignment.

Trusted Chris and his experience to setup my ISF on coilovers. Night and day difference when I got the car back. Felt a million times better. Chris is very knowledgeable, listens to your input and provides great recommendations.

Overall, the experience and results that I received from Chris & Darin were very Satisfying.They listened and asked of my expectations and how my sports car would be used & what my context (racetrack resume) was before suggesting alignment settings. They are diligent and meticulous workers. West-End does exactly what is agreed and finish when expected. They are quite familiar with all popular chassis and can figure out most other/rarer cars with the owner's involvement. This month's service& alignment was the 2nd car that I have brought to them.

Got my corner balanced done today! Chris is so legit and the car drives on rails. Don t go anywhere else if you want the best suspension setup for your track car.

Took my cC7 z06/z07 to get lowering bolts swapped, an alignment and corner balancing. Worked with Chris who killed it. Was professional, did everything super fast, precise, explained everything along the way, disclosed everything, overall amazing experience. Solid shop, all the 5 star reviews make sense. Highly recommended for all performance cars.Originally was going to go to a corvette specialist shop, but now realized coming here is next level. These guys work on race cars and know exactly how to calibrate your car for your needs and demands.

Took my M3 F80 here a couple of times already. Each time the alignments have been spot on, car feels great (also did the corner balancing 2nd time around). It's nice to work with great folks who're passionate about road racing! I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service and detailed mindedness.I did corner weighting and a full alignment and before they get started with the work they do proper fact finding and discuss requirements and wishes, both in terms of look and driving feel. Not even my dentist is as thorough and meticulous as the guys at West End Alignment!

The only place you want to take a car for a track day or race alignment. Chris is great at what he does. Getting a response back takes some time but it is worth it.

West End alignment is the best place to get you suspension adjusted. The level of care they put into every job that they take is unmatched in my experience.This is the 6th car that I have brought to them and I am just as satisfied this time I as I have been very time before. First car I brought them was in the early 2000s and I will bring them every car that I have until they are no longer here.If your looking for hight, camber, corner weight, or alignment this is the place to bring your car.

Excellent shop, excellent work. Wish I could remember the guy's name that worked on my 07 WRX. I really appreciated all his questions in regards to how I drive to how I want the car to handle. Had WL lowering springs + KYB Excel-G struts installed and came here for final adjustments. $120 for what I needed done and they have a road right down the street to test drive for final adjustments! For spirited DD to weekend track warriors, check this place out. I am very pleased after a quick early A.M. ride through Palos Verde East Rd. Felt like a go-cart! Thanks again West End!

Chris and Darrin always do an awesome job on my car. My car only goes to WestEnd for alignment specific for my driving needs and what I have done to my car. Definitely will be back again for preventive alignment (as required)

Great service for superior vehicle suspension tuning. West End isn't the location where one go to get a basic tuning so do not waste their time. They provide great service, information, and continuous results that will show on the track/street/etc.

Had a very good experience at West End Alignment. Chris asked me bunch of questions that made me realize how new I was to this and I trust his professional opinion in setting the car up for beginner settings for the track. Car feels much better, more forgiving, and I was able to fit bigger wheels with my negative camber. My first track event is this month so I'll report back as after on how it performs at the track. I highly recommend Chris and West End Alignment to perform performance alignment.

I watched a YouTube video with Matt Farah a few months ago, where he was driving a BMW that he said handled very well and the suspension was sorted out. He asked the owner of the BMW where he got the suspension setup done, he responded, "West End Alignment."I immediately wrote down West End and looked up their website. I had to pick the right suspension for my car (another BMW) for the type of driving I do, ride height, quality and cost. After months of research I finally chose the KW V-2 kit. I made my appointment and waited for the day of delivery and setup.Chris and Darin were awesome. Very patient with their questions on ride quality and lowering of my vehicle. It only took one day to mount and set up the coil over kit, and man I couldn't be happier.Thank you both for having the skills (passed from father to son) to do a job right the first time. You made this Veteran know that pride and quality are sill alive in America.

This is the perfect place for a precision alignment, Darin and Chris are fantastic, and explain everything they're doing and why, and help you get the very most out of your car. They've transformed both my ND Miata, and 911T.

Initially talked to Chris in August about installing spacers on my 2019 Subaru Impreza, very professional and knowledgeable. After purchasing Primitive Racing's 3/4" front & 1" back spacers, Darren installed the lift set with perfect suspension settings for my driving style. My car has never felt and handled better. Very highly recommend West End Alignment!! *Note: they only accept cash or check.

I never thought my car could turn like a go kart. Chris did an amazing job at it he took his time to get it right and to my liking. Him and Darin are very nice and courteous, it was an amazing experience over all, ive never been to a shop that have all these quality. Worth every penny and would drive far to get it done again.

Took my BMW over to him for corner balancing. He made sure everything was to my liking. Every question I asked was answered with full knowledge and honesty. This isn't what you see at most shops.After driving 40 miles, waiting 2 hours in the car in the balancing process, and spending the amount of money that was needed, I found it was worth every mile, minute, and penny.Thank you, Chris, my car has transformed to what I imagined it would never be, but you made it happen. Thank you.

These guys are the best at what they do. I will not take my cars anywhere else. If you have specs in mind they will dial it in. Otherwise by answering a few key questions these pros will make sure you leave happy and with an alignment that will last for a long time. Your tires will love you back with a nice even tread wear and a long happy life.

After seeing all the positive reviews, I brought my RX-8 to Chris and Darin for a coilover install, alignment, and corner balance and I could not have made a better decision.Upon arrival, Chris met me and asked about how I use my car (street/autocross/daily driver/etc.) and how I want it to feel when I drive it. I answered his questions, then left my car. Upon returning, Darin who did the work walked me through what he did and gave me his thoughts on how the car feels on the road, which felt more like an artist discussing his latest piece rather than a mechanic quoting specs. We shook hands, and I drove off in a completely new vehicle. Corners were hugged, bumps shrugged off, steering was butter.The cost of this reinvigoration was reasonable for the time spent, and in retrospect, completely worth it. 10 out of 10, would align again!Thanks, Darin and Chris!

My 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman had some serious alignment issues. I also wanted an aggressive street sport setup. The techs at West end were able to align my car and give me the performance I wanted, and they did it all in one visit. This is the place to take your sports car or race car for the alignment you need.
