Ordered two back windows, one sliding side window, and one bunk window for my 2021 Ford Transit (High roof, ext length) van. Everything arrived sorted out and they even hand wrote wrote which installation kits went with which window-- this is something I definitely needed since I've never done this before, and it just made everything more organized. The windows had quality packing and nothing was broken/ not working. You can really tell that the people who work here care about how they're packing things up and sending them out to customers. 100/10 experience, I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Van Tek Glass Disappoints: Poor Quality and Unacceptable ServiceMy recent experience with Van Tek Glass has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I invested in two of their highest-priced windows for my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, only to be met with subpar quality and a complete lack of attention to detail.Upon receiving the windows, I was shocked to find that one of them was damaged, and the replacement process was an excruciatingly long wait of a month and a half. This unacceptable delay in rectifying their mistake caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans.To compound my dissatisfaction, the replacement window I finally received had a scratched black frame, revealing the silver underneath. It was evident that the damage occurred prior to the window leaving their warehouse, as the packaging was substantial and would have prevented such scratches during transit. For windows that cost almost $700 each, I expected a level of craftsmanship and care that was sorely lacking in this instance.The overall lack of quality control and the company's failure to provide timely and effective customer support has left me with a deeply negative impression of Van Tek Glass. While I might reluctantly consider purchasing one of their cheaper windows in the future, the fear of receiving another damaged product and enduring another protracted wait for a replacement makes it highly unlikely that I will ever do business with this company again.In conclusion, my experience with Van Tek Glass has been deeply disappointing, and I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before considering any purchases from this company. The subpar quality of their products and the woeful customer service are simply not worth the trouble.

Excellent customer service! We had a shattered UK window which we struggled to replace due to different sizing. Luckily, Van Tek was here to help. William was super knowledgable and helpful. The window looks great and the quality is superb! They have a lot of different windows and help you to choose the best one for you.
