Carmen, the cashier, was exceptional in making sure my car got the proper maintenance! I told the maintenance workers my daughter & I had trouble seeing in the rain, so the car needed new wipers. They failed to replace them! I was there for over 3 hours. However, no one ever contacted me during the 20,000 mile maintenance service process. I went to the cashier to pay my bill. I asked her about the wiper replacement. She said it had not been done!! She then made sure my wipers were replaced! When I left, no one in maintenance spoke to me. I have always been given an oral update on what was done! I did not feel welcome.

I don't recommend this branch to anyone to buy a car ever.They have the worest sales services.I wish to meet the manger of that dealer to let him evaluate his sales team after listening to what they are doing with the customers by himself.I don't think a big and aleader company like Toyota will satisfy of what is happening with its customers. I will share my horrible experience in trying to get a car after giving the whole chance to the manger to see my comment and to make sure if he follows up the customers reviews or not. I wish you can listen to the people feed back and care about them because it is your real success to represent Toyota.thank you.

Last maintenance before warranty expiration I've pointed excessive wear on the front tires and requested the alignment to be performed. They've asked if the car had any tendency to the right or left.The answer was no, and they said they couldn't perform the alignment because the car had no tendency. Couple months later, I was in for a recall and asked for the alignment. They said I would have to pay for it, since it was out of warranty.Fast fwd another couple months and I get a recall letter to go service the truck due to excessive front tires wear on the fleet...just like I've pointed before the warranty expiration date.Wondering what the service manager has to say now.I give a 10 to Toyota as a factory and zero to HB Toyota customer support and service center. Don't waist your time, go somewhere else. Your car will only receive the bare minimum support in this location. Unfortunately!

Hello good day I gave five points, first of all I want the comment to be read, we went here for a replacement and the rear donation part of my car was not working, they gave me a price of $ 198 for this, after waiting for 3 hours, they came to me with a price of $ 900, I did not accept this price, they did not repair the donor and they allocated $ 198 from me, after I paid, they showed me the vehicle and when I saw the vehicle I saw that it was not repaired and when I objected, they showed me the document he signed and they also deceived us in this matter because I do not know this English language very well, although I objected a lot, they did not accept it and they showed the papers I signed, they showed us the papers I signed, customer satisfaction is zero, they did not take care of us at all and they deceived us in this matter because we do not know the English language very well here and we are complaining.

Starts from extremely unprofessional customer service and sales ethics, I met the sales reps Oscar who later I realized had no idea how does the financing works. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Honda crv 2020 that had a minor chip on it that previous owner filled with touch up paint and I asked him that can we fix it before I get the vehicle sold over to me and very confidently he replied yesss "absolutely bro will take care of it". Of course which he didn't. Later on next day I went in to get the deal finalized and with the pre-approved loan document from my bank but they insisted on getting my loan with them and I had clearly told them I don't want to go with them but to refuse my pre approval they started telling me whole bunch of nonsense as to why they can't accept that which has no valid reasons. It was from bank of America which is one of approved lenders that I had verified already. Anyways I got it vehicle as it was sold to me without having it fixed. Oscar told me that he'll follow up with me next day to make an appointment for me to come back and get that taken care of it. I called next day on Friday and no response I called him on Monday and no response and when he answered he said oh yeah man let me check and call you back and never called back. Anyway this was one terrible car buying experience I had. You guys are full of nonsense. Terrible customer service.

The fake information provided and the blatant disrespect shown to me as a customer are entirely unacceptable.It is utterly disappointing to see such a lack of integrity within your team, and I demand immediate corrective action. If you are an elderly woman with an old toyota and tight buget this is not a place for you. They rip you off, bully you and more than that they will do damage to what it works. Went there for an auto diagnostic /oil change /breaks check and they put all kind of stuff for a $1000 and damage my alignment and a/c. Also, if you pay with cash they don t give you receipt and no warranty . Now I m so worried to drive the car. Who knows what parts are missing or damaged. Terrible place! One star is too much.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I had an appt on a saturday and I did not have to wait very long to be checked in. I did not wait there but did text them around 3:30, my appt was at 12, and they responded right away that they were just finishing up and to come on back. My car just had maintenance and runs great. Everyone was friendly and prompt. Even though I live in LA now I always go back to HB Toyota.

I would give them zero if I could. I spoke with the service department regarding a new key. Went through pricing with the associate over the phone and we agreed it would be better that I go to Ace and get the key then bring it to them to be programmed. I purchase the key and bring it in just to be told they can't guarantee they can program it. They left me waiting OVER TWO HOURS just to tell me tough luck. I spoke with the service manager and he could not care less that his people had wasted $150 of my money. His only worry was finding out which service associate promised me the programming - not to make anything right by the customer, just to get said employee in trouble.They gave ingenuine apologies but had NO INTEREST in helping me in any way. 0/5 Will NEVER recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach!

Took my wifes car in for maintenance and break service. The young lady at the register was very rude. When I asked a question she replied in a very unpolite/unprofessional way.
