My experience with purchasing my new 2024 Tacoma was nothing short of exceptional.I must express my gratitude towards Bucky O'Connell, the general manager. His leadership sets the standard for outstanding service. He ensured that every step of my purchase process was smooth and stress-free, making me feel like a valued customer.Additionally, Thomas deserves a special mention for his expertise in explaining all the innovative features and gadgets in my new truck. His knowledge and patience made me feel confident and excited about my purchase.Finally, I want to express my gratitude to Dustin for his follow-up. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that my new truck received the necessary PPF protection.Overall, my experience at Huntington Beach Toyota was awesome. I couldn't be happier with my new Tacoma!!

This dealership is awesome. I have bought 4 vehicles in 4 years from them now. 2 on the same night. Vincent in sales was very good to my family and I. No pushy, very easy to talk to, and johnny on the spot about getting us in and out. He was so good i ended up buying 2 vehicles in one night. (Not planned.) Lol.

Excellent experience with Toyota of Huntington Beach. Daniel Rodriguez was extremely helpful with my car shopping and kept me informed when they were receiving their allocation for the GR Corolla. Also, Minh Dang was great at helping me learn more about the car and even helped me practice driving manual.

We have been kicking the idea Around of getting a new tundra all year long. We had been to a few dealerships in Orange County before making it to HB Toyota in early January 2023While they didn t have what we wanted in stock we talked with Ryan Mort and stayed in touch with him all year until finally getting a tundra today 8/21/2023. He sent me countless pictures, videos and window stickers on well over 100 different tundras before we finally pulled the trigger. At no point did he put any pressure on me to buy a truck, just kept sending me any and everything he thought would work for me and this really helped me to make up my mind and made it seem like I had someone helping us get the right truck for us.I can t tell you how many times I peppered him with questions on countless trucks I never bought and he never gave up or made me feel like I was wasting his time and kept sending me trucks!The actual buying process was an absolute breeze, we had agreed upon a price prior to arrival so when we got there the truck was cleaned , gassed up and they had us in and out in under an hour. Gersain in finance was working with Ryan and between the two of them this was a walk in the park. They even beat the rate and term that our credit union offered usThis was hands down the longest shopping period I ve ever had on a car followed by the best dealership purchase experience I ve ever encountered. I didn t buy one add on item, no extended warranty , no maintenance packages, no tire programs, not one single item and even after all of that I didn t get a hard time from anyone.After we bought the truck they helped me get some parts I needed for my Tacoma at a great price. I can t say enough good things about this experience here today.I will definitely be back

Great car buying experience! Rodrigo was a very helpful sales associate and found us exactly what we needed. This was especially impressive since I said I was thinking of either buying a Prius or a Tundra... Which could not be more opposite or confusing. He took us through all the models and let's is sit in and drive as many as we wanted while he figured out what would be the best fit. Even though we walked in late Friday night just before closing he stayed with us late and made sure we got the best deal and were comfortable with our purchase. Financing was no pressure and very straightforward thanks to Quentin and his many years of experience.I even had a question the next day that Rodrigo answered via text on his day off.Could not be happier driving a brand new Toyota Crown! Thank you HB Toyota! See you at my first oil change!I am very happy I didn't buy a Tesla, those things are everywhere ;)

See Sam in finance. Marina is great in registration as well. Sam will take amazing care of you and the best financial advice for your budget. Very large selection of Toyotas used and new. I bought a 2012 Highlander for my dog car and it was in perfect condition, and I still got my payment to $325 a month (no penalty for early payoff). They allowed me to put a 48 month service deal on my 2012 vehicle. Service is the best part (besides Sam in finance. He is the sole reason I go here) lots of service bays and you drive up and turn over your keys to the guys and that s it. They have a shuttle to help get you places if your car will be here a while. The layout of the place is really nice so that you re not guessing where to go (unlike other car places). Very friendly staff.

On Friday morning(03/29), I arrived at my appt. at 8:30am to check my Camry. The person checking me in was extremely friendly and helpful. Toyota Huntington Beach is top-tier, I recommend going here to all my friends and family who have a Toyota!

Steven R helped us close on a RAV4 Hybrid. He got us a great deal and was very professional. Will come again and buy from him again!! He took care of us and made us feel welcomed. Have never experienced this great of customer service at a dealership. 10/10 would recommend him and Toyota of Huntington Beach to our family and friends.

I made a 12:45 appointment, at 2:00 I asked how much longer it would be? I was told another 30min before they would even look at my car. I just wanted my battery checked. They had put the battery in, and my battery light was coming on. The battery is under warranty, it seemed it wasn't a priority. So I ended up leaving, didn't want to waste anymore of my time. Bottom line no service!

Bought my used Ford F150 Lariat here about a year ago. Great experience highly recommended. They did try to upsell me some unnecessary thing but they quickly backed off without much rebuttal. I felt like I got a fair price. The Sales Manager was great, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!!! I can't recommend a Toyota, not a fan, but the dealer is one of the best I've ever been to.

Amazing customer service! I was trying to get my hands on a 23 GR86 or a 24 GR Corolla. As we can expect, this car fly off the market before even stepping on the actual dealership.Very nice and clean Toyota location, well kept and modern. I was greeted by Sam and Gavin (Sales team). Amazing guys. Both, very straight forward, relaxed attitude, very calm, very knowledgeable on the Toyota products, not pushy salesmen like the one I encountered at South Coast Toyota in Cost Mesa. My wife and I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this huntington location.I was lucky enough that a GR had just gotten there the night before and nobody had reserved it yet. So I went ahead and got it. Dealers only get a very very very few every few months.After talking numbers, we met Oscar (Financed Dept). Another excellent experience with him. So relaxed, down to earth and again, very straightforward with us.At the end of the day, I got my GR for an excellent deal + the maintenance package + bumper to bumper. This dealership is the real deal. My wife and I were very happy and comfortable with our purchase yesterday Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm.Thank you guys for everything!

Even though my truck took almost 3 hours for an oil change/30k check, Ryan was able to fix the honest mistake and got my truck completed soon after. Luckily, I was out and about during those 3 hours so I came prepared not waiting at the dealership. When I arrived back, he was able to solve the problem and give me a discount which was nice of him. He was quick to handle a negative and turn it into a positive making sure I was given excellent customer service. Great recovery to Ryan and his team! See you for my next maintenance check or at Huntington Beach Harley - getting you on a bike haha!

Scummy mark ups and dealer addendums to take advantage of customers. $6600 quoted sticker value for a set of aftermarket wheels & tires that are sub-$2.5k ordered right from a website like Tire Rack. I recommend you take your business elsewhere as these folks are running a racket and treating their clients as fools.

Brian in the service dept. was Very helpful, friendly and responsive. He provided a quote and when later it was discovered that he misquoted the amount, he said they would cover the cost of his mistake. I had a starter battery replaced on my 2017 Toyota Camry hybrid. I was pleased to get the work done within an hour. Everyone there was friendly and helpful: the cashier, service manager, etc. I highly recommend this dealership, forgetting your Toyota serviced.

Kam Foo at Toyota of Huntington Beach, Has integrity PERIOD! The man told me he could make the car I wanted with the down I had happen! I told him "Dude, Carvana couldn't make it happen how you going to do it" He fear not I am a miracle worker, trust me (says the Car Salesman) I said what do I have to lose.... Boom 10 min later he calls me and tells me to meet me at the dealership "8 pm" I got there "8:18" and by "8:54 pm" I was leaving in the car I wanted the color I wanted and fully loaded. Kam Foo walks on water I am telling you.... Go see him for a new Toyota today! Just give him a call tell him what you want and what you have to work with and he will give it to you straight!
