Windows down, 70�, sun shining, heading south thru Sunset Beach. Perfect day at the moment. Until it sounded like a Huey was landing on top of me. I'm looking up thinking, "Where the heck is it?" Not a Huey. Instead, I "blewie" out my tire. Not just a flat. It blew out in about 5 spots.Seriously, I was getting a new set in about 5 days when I got my SSD deposit.1st place I called, as I knew of no tire shops in the area, I called Tire Choice, 2.5 miles away. Will answered, said you get it here, and I'll take care of you. They closed at 6 pm on Saturdays. I get there at 4:45 pmI have no money. Nothing on a CC.Zero $$. As I'm trying to do financing on the phone with the programs they offer, he's putting 2 new tires on, rotating them all for safety, as the other ones weren't much better. They just hadn't blown yet.Financing doesn't work. Panicking, I'm calling friends for a loan. Couldn't reach anybody to help.I told him I didn't have anything until Thursday or Friday. He says, "I'll see you Thursday or Friday." In the meantime, he's going to order the other 2 tires, so I have all 4 matching, he tells me. My eyes welled up. "Are you serious?" I said. "Yes, you need tires. To be safe."I have been struggling with having faith in society lately. He restored that faith.I stopped by today, Monday, to let him know I haven't left the country, and I will be back in a few days. He was at lunch, but the guys promised they would let him know I stopped by.Thank you, Will. Thank you, Tire Choice of HB.

I called ahead of time to see if they were available to do a walk-in to patch up a screw in my tire, but they had a very busy Sunday. I ended up making an appointment for the very next morning and it was fast and easy getting in. Got just what I needed done and quicker than estimated time. I felt well taken care of and I will be returning for future services (:

Had a flat tire. They were aware of my situation. They did their best and beyond to get me going again. Mgr Luis even helped his workers get the job done. Ended up buying 4 new tires and had me gone (my dog was at the groomer who also helped me. These guys are the best, friendliest and knowledgeable people around. Again a big thanks to Luis Castaneda. You da man!!!!!

Very fast and friendly service. Got a flat tire going to work and called couple places to see if they could help me. David was able to answer all my questions prior to getting my car towed and helped me out. Great place

Long time customer. Customer service went down after new management. Had a check engine light on, kept returning every month for half year straight, spent more than $500 each visit for only possible solutions. Don't recommend coming here for car services, same problem had been an issue for so long the problem has finally reaches the point of either getting a new engine or a new car.Update; I had stopped by there again since my engine light turned back ok as soon I got onto the freeway. I give up on this place. I asked to see the manager and the service representative that was currently working refused to even give me an ETA since apparently the manager was out doing deliveries. Keep in mind this is the same service representative that told me a new battery and break pads during my previous visits to fix my engine light. This service representative just wanted me to spend as much as possible . He told me now I need a new Cadillac converter and was also the one that mentioned I would need a new engine since it's misfiring now. I told him I didn't have the budget for both and to do whatever he could with my budget. He told me he would need to charge for the diagnostic which is understandable but promised me a special quote that if anything needed to be replaced he would discount the diagnostic from the replacement. I paid almost 900 for 3 spark plugs and 3 engine coils plus labor but did not receive the discounted diagnostic that was mentioned. This is place can't keep their word and I can't trust them anymore. I miss the old management

They made wrong diagnose, than made another diagnose and charged me more, they would change a part that wasn t the problem so this part would break again if they just changed the sensor and I kept driving, than I asked if I could go to Vegas and come back before leave the car to fix, LUIZ the manager said yes, than my car stopped in the middle of nowhere on my way back and I had to tow it, then he said the engine was gone and it would be 5k to fix it.Never go there, never believe what the said, left my car they never called me back to talk I was the one calling to ask about the car. WORST MECHANIC PLACE EVER. I lost my Audi 2012 turbo tdi premium plus because of them!

I had a flat tire. Took my car to Tire Choice the following morning (I showed up right at opening). Greeted by the friendliest staff. Got my tire fixed in under an hour. Staff were very kind and even helped fix a few more minor issues that my car was having. Very reasonable prices; friendly, helpful, and honest staff in my opinion. I would totally come back to Tire Choice and would recommend Tire Choice to friends and family.

Luis is by far the best customer service I have ever received at a mechanic. He s beyond helpful and it s evident that he cares about his clients. I truly believe all Tire Choice managers should be trained to have service like Luis! You d definitely have customers coming back.

Best service here! Luis is awesome! So helpful, excellent customer service! I ve been there for 2 oil changes and they helped me fix the splash guard on my car. This is where I ll always take my car. These guys are the best!

I blew out a tire on a Sunday. These dudes saved my hide. They were helpful, professional, and speedy. Trustworthy and empathetic aren t associated with many mechanics, but these gents are good people, go see them.

First off, If you call in and get Luis on the phone, you're stoked! Talk about professional, and all around good dude. Brought my truck in with a flat, and thought it just needed a quick plug. He could have put me on ice for a while, but came out and said, "you know what dude, I'm not gonna make you wait around, let's knock this out." Then realized there was no hole in my tire after looking everywhere. Realized it was a leaky valve stem. Tightened it up, and sent me on my way. I tried paying him, but he wouldn't take it. That's what customer service is all about. From stranger to homie in all but 20 minutes. I'll be back for whatever tire needs my family has from here on out.

Super friendly and quick service.I needed a tire patched and they were able to take care of it in less than 30 minutes. I will be coming back for future services (oil changes, etc). It is hard to find a trustworthy service and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.

*Edit*I went there to get tire alignment and balancing, 2 days later when I'm on the freeway towards work, the car wobbles pretty badly at 9am.I call in advance to let them know, they'll look at it and see what's wrong.Not until I call them at 4pm to hear about the status, they let me know it is ready for pickup, and they did not balance it correctly at first, but it's been fixed. When picking it up there's no apologies nor remorse. I understand that sometimes you screw up, but I missed 3 hours of work because of this incident. At least make it seem like you care.I then come home from picking up the car and first now notice the key chain that the key fob is in is broken. This key chain has strong sentimental value to me.Either the owner isn't on site, or personnel has changed, but clearly there's a lack of taking ownership, and not caring about other peoples property.I wouldn't recommend going to a place I do not intend to go to any further.First post*Just moved to Huntington Beach, having a bit of a rough time with the move. First night, and I wake up to a completely flat tire on a Sunday morning, when we were preparing to drive to various shops.Called tire choice on a Sunday, when they opened 9am, they answered immediately and told me to bring it in. 30 min later, my tire was fixed free of charge.Really made my day, highly recommend this tire shop,Thank you for your service!

First timer there and loved the service. Front desk was courteous and helpful guy. No pressure w sales and as a woman I feel that s important. You always want honesty. I knew I needed tires but can t afford them right now due to job loss, and he was very understanding. Will return when I can.

I got the best service from a mechanic by a LONG shot today. They were able to figure out my problem in no time flat, and I was back on the road right away. The price was exceptional, and I will be back for any services I may need in the future. These guys are definitely doing it right, and they deserve your business. You won't be disappointed.

I am very impressed & more than satisfied of the work that Heraldo & Lewis has done! Before I brought my vehicle I was contemplating if I should take my car to the dealership due to resetting my vehicle after replacing the battery because of the computerization. Heraldo was able to get me in first thing in the morning & Lewis assured me he knew how to reset my vehicle. Wow! He did an excellent job. There were no problems with the reset at all. No lag in the functioning of the car at all. Awesome job Heraldo & Lewis!!! Thank you for such excellent service!!! We will surely be back!!!!

Excellent service! I ve been coming here to this location for over 6 years! Frank helped me out today and it was an oil change but I had a small leak somewhere I wanted them to locate. It was located not a major issue but found I needed rear brakes and rotors which was definitely time and I knew this would be coming. All repairs done within a great time frame and to my satisfaction as always. You will be glad you came here if you need service, tires or repairs. Highly recommend and they are honest!

Had a screw in one my cars tires went to tire choice, is pretty close from were I live and It was great customer service, Gerardo treated me very well.He shared with me a couple car maintenance tips, very profesional I fully recommend them !
