The Tint Pros did a great job from start to finish. This is the third car of mine that s been tinted by them and the quality of there tint is fantastic and has lasted for many years. My current vehicle (in pics) looks great and there are no visible defects in the application (ignore my dirty outside of my rear window). I will continue to use and recommend The Tint Pros.

After getting 12 of my families and friends past and current vehicles tinted here it was a no brained for me to take my new volt here for a full tint job. Sadly I came to pick up a dirty mess. They had tint solution all over my back seats, dashboard and side doors. Also the windows were not cleaned after squeegeeing the water out making extremely difficult to see and drive safely. My rear view mirror was messed with so bad it was vertical and extremely loose with silicone residue on the side of it like they glued something back on. And to top it all off they scratched my side mirror! Very disappointed I went back and they tightened my mirror and wiped off my back seats and said I must've scratched it before the vehicle was in. See pictures of after they wiped everything off and said everything was fine. This is not the quality I have received in the past, however prices haven't changed. You would think after being a veteran patron of their services and paying 900$ for a tint job I would receive a little better service but I experienced otherwise.

Great service, love the quality, Life time warranty on their Ceramic Tints. Took my 2023 Tesla M3 Performance & Will be taking my Wife's 2024 Tesla MYLR.

They did a great job installing tint in the front of my home. Completely professional curtious installers who were very skilled. Awesome quality materials they used. I am already seeing a significant decrease in the temperature of the room that faces the sun. Highly recommend The Tint Pros.

I attempted mediation with the owner for over a week before posting this review but to no avail. Let this serve as a warning to others to not expect the Llumar pro level installation from this company. Just go somewhere else so you don t have to be accused of being the problem for their installers mistakes. The Llumar search function is not great on their website, but if you put a zip code for Brea or Pasadena, you can find other pro installers.-Story: I had to get my windshield re-tinted with Air 80 due to a crack in my windshield and getting a new OEM windshield replacement. After the first install, an area the size of my hand in the middle of the window had lint bubbles. I called, they said bring it by, and the female manager agreed to reinstall. After the second install, I then noticed scratches in the film in 3 places from the tools they used during install.I called and requested that the film be removed and a full refund so I can just go somewhere else because I did not have faith in their ability to install this correctly. I brought the car down, the guy looked at it, and stated, I see it right here and there. He attempted to have it removed right away, but they were too busy so we set up an appointment and I came back to have it removed (4x I had to drive there).When it came time for the refund, the man behind the counter stated they would give me one. I requested to speak to the manager and she came up and stated they would not be honoring a refund because they, wasted too many man hours on my car. I stated the film was never installed correctly and she stated it was within reason. She then proceeded to tell me the lint from the first tint was my fault because lint behind my mirror and that the scratches on the second time wasn t in line of sight and acceptable. I explained that I thought I was being pretty reasonable requesting a refund because they never installed the film correctly and blaming me for an area the size of my hand for lint bubbles and scratches from tooling is 100% an installer problem, not a customer problem. I thought it was pretty reasonable to just refund me and I would walk away and go to another pro installer and move on from this situation.She then tried to say my window was scratched before I gave it to them, proceed to pull out their release form, slammed it on the table, and started pointing at it saying I signed a release saying scratches from windows already there are not their problem. I explained to her it was a brand new window and the scratches were never there after the first install and even the man behind the counter felt it and agreed it was the film and not the window.I left and called the Huntington Beach store to try and speak to a higher level manager or the owner. I spoke to the manger who listened to me and said he felt I was being reasonable with my request and would send an email to the owner. He did offer to install it at the Huntington Beach shop as he was sent there from Costa Mesa to clean it up . I declined and he understood and said he would call me back, but nothing.-Observations:1. Costa Mesa leaves their tint booth garage door open and the rest of their building open during tinting (big center doors on the building). It is obvious the outside air and fans in their tint booth is no where near the semi-sterile environment required to tint.2. It is a big window and it should be expected to have issues: If that is the case, and their installers are not trained enough to do it, they should not offer this service. The size of the window should still be free from installer created defects (outside of a little lint), especially from a pro .3. If lint behind rear view mirror is a known problem or my car is too dirty, then tell me to clean it before or tell me to come back. I have never had this said to me as an issue.4. When I left the first time, a Tesla brought their car back to have the rear window re-tinted. When I left the second time, a sedan came back because their driver window tint was coming off.

Top notch work and quick. They were able to squeeze me in one Friday afternoon. Made my new CUV look like amazing since it didn t come with privacy glass.

Wow! What a great company!! My husband and I just bought a new home and were on the hunt for some window tinting for some doors and windows in the house. I found The Tint Pros right away and scheduled an appointment.We were very lucky as Greg (the owner of the company) himself came to our home to do the measurements and talk to us about our options. We felt very informed and at ease since he was able to answer all our questions quickly and provide a quote to us within a few hours!We are incredibly thankful and appreciative we are with the prompt service that we received yesterday! I didn't realize we would get the tinting done this quickly since they are so busy (no surprise there!), but true to her word, Kristina called me immediately to let me know there was an opening! :)Andres and Arturo arrived on time and were nothing but kind, professional and extremely helpful and put up our tinting in just over an hour - AMAZING! We also appreciate the extra care and cleanliness as they worked on the windows. They did an outstanding job and were totally reflective (no pun intended!) of the kind of top tier customer service that The Tint Pros provide. First off there was a communication break down, throughout my dealing i was talking about getting the ceramic film i even pointed out the difference between the top of the line and what i was wanting done. But still they installed the bottom of the line tint. And when i brought it up it was too bad you signed here... If they had some customer service it would be more of what can we do to make it better. I would have been happy paying for new tint and they keep the car to get it done right. Then they had the nerve to say give us a call to get your other windows done.. Of course it doesn't stop there, i get in my car to drive away and noticed they ruined some of my trim in the back window. There is some liquid lines on my trim they didnt care to clean.. My rear seats had shavings of something and they are soaked. Its unfortunate since i had my previous cars done and didn't have any issues. Now im inclined to look for someone better to get the car done right.Service: Sun control window tinting

These guys are great! Had my windows tinted on my 2019 Raptor and they did a fantastic job. Tanner was knowledgeable and friendly. Great location-clean-workmanship was top notch and timely. I would definitely use them again - highly recommended

I had my windows tinted last week on my 2017 Lexus Rx350. They did a great job and timely. I called them, dropped off the car and it was done on the same day. Not only giving me fantastic service but it is also having a reasonable price. I like them and definitely use them again - highly recommended.

Now I know why they call them the Tint ProsI wanted my Dodge Hellcat done a very specific way and they catered to my needs. I highly recommend this business because they ve been doing it for many years. I ve never had a bad experience, they get better every time. The workmanship is unmatched, I know because I ve tried others over the years.A picture speaks a thousand words.This company gets better ever car I do with them.

I made an appointment for window and sliding door tinting at my house about two weeks in advance. Jay kept me posted along the way, until the day of work. The workers arrived on time, and did a great job. They are respectful of my home, and the work was done in about two hours with cleanup. The price is also very competitive. Highly recommended!!!

All I have to say is make sure they send you Christian for any Motorhome or boat needs. He s an amazing craftsman that did a fantastic job on our Monaco Motorhome with ceramic tint.Full disclosure: I was not pleased with the first go around. I m very particular with our vehicles and Christian needed to come out and RE-do about half of the windows originally done at the Newport location. He arrived at my shop in his mobile unit after I called about what needed to be addressed and he took care of it all with excellence. Very pleased with the results now. Clear bra goes on next!Service: Privacy window films

The Tint Pros did a great job tinting all of my Optima's windows, and the price was right. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the job. During the work, my bumper was mysteriously scratched. The owner stated that he checked their in house cameras and saw nothing happen, however he said he would cover the repairs at a body shop of their choosing. I didn't feel comfortable with this, and my bumper remains scratched.

Seriously no one better in the business. I have been using Tint Pros for years. Lately they have been installing ceramic window tint on all my cars. Yes it is more expensive but the heat reduction and quality is well worth it. I also had the install clear bra on my 2017 Porsche GTS and it came out perfect as well. An example of you get what you pay for.

If you want the best you have found it. Tint pros in Huntington beach has great service and real quality work. I have had my tint for over 5 years with no wear and tear, still looks like the day I got it. I cant wait to purchase my 1st home and have the team come out to pimp out my house. They are the real deal. You get what you pay for...quality!!!

Got recommended by a friend last year and they're awesome! Great customer service and they don't pressure you into a better product. Had my previous car tinted, but unfortunately totalled it recently. Going to get my new car tinted here is a no-brainer!

I ve taken all of my vehicles here, along with all of my family and friends. Greg and his team are the best in the business, hands down. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they only offer the best products; You get what you pay for and they ll guide you in the right direction when it comes to your individual needs and budget. I highly recommend giving them a shot, as thousands of others have over the past 40 years.

Having my truck done here next week for windows tint they come highly recommendedAnd I've seen my friends truck they did it was nice and clean I'm sure mine will be be no different. Looking forward to it I would recommended them to anyone wanting to get it done .

I just wanted to take a moment to thank The Tint Pros for doing some amazing work at my house. The tint installers were on time for my appointment, extremely efficient with their time (and mine), and did a great job on the windows in my daughter's bedroom. Her room was getting too hot throughout the day so I picked a medium-grade tint to help cool off the room--and so far it has worked wonders! We are running our air conditioning less and also don't need to keep the curtains closed constantly to help keep the room a comfortable temperature. So thank you Tint Pros for your hard work and exceptional quality film!

I've had 4 vehicles tinted by the dealer where we purchased them and was generally satisfied. After purchasing a new 4x4 crew cab Tacoma, I really wanted top notch tinting. Tint Pros kept coming up in my research as one of the best services. When I called, Gersain provided enough information for me to check them out. Pricey but once I saw their work, WOW! Definitely worth the price! No more dealer tint installs for me, TINT PROS!

Fantastic customer service even years after install. They did not do the original film install in my home windows. But they honored the mftr s warranty and handled the replacement. Now that window looks like new! I definitely recommend them for your tinting needs.

Honest, hard working and quality! I ve had tint from dealerships, and other tinting companies and they don t even come close to the workmanship and attention to detail that the tint pros provide. My tint hasn t faded or bubbled, all the cuts are perfect! Don t waste your money on other companies... invest in quality, it will save you in the long run.

I called a few days before and scheduled an appointment, they called me the day before reminding me.... VERY PROFESSIONAL group. I've had 3 cars tinted here and have referred the boys at Tint Pros to a few of my friends commercial buildings. Lonnie and Greg are truly experts in their field and run a great operation over at that shop. Won't let anyone else touch my windows. Keep up the good work guys!

So I have gone to TTP before for my first car and just got a new car and the first thing I wanted to do was go to TTP to get my tint done. Once again, I am so pleased with the quality and look of the tint and the awesome customer service provided. They got my car in and out of their so fast and my car looks amazing now. The prices are great for what you get - lifetime tint that doesn't ever show signs of aging or bubbling. My first car which is still in the family is going on 7 year old tint and it still looks great, I can't believe it! Your investment in tint at The Tint Pros is something that definitely will not be regretted.
