Kent is extremely knowledgeable about Volvo's. He is also an excellent mechanic. He is competent, fair and honest, which are important considerations when searching for an independent mechanic. We have entrusted our 2005 XC90 to Kent for several years and have never been let down or disappointed by his advice or work. Nowadays, Volvo dealerships may offer life-time warranty on their parts and service. However, due to the rate of turnover of mechanics, the quality of the work can vary tremendously. By contrast, when we take our vehicle to Kent, we know the diagnosis will be thorough, the repair will be done correctly first time, and we will be charged a fair price for the service.

Worth the money! They are so kind and honest here, the service is amazing. Even while understaffed, I still received my vehicle back to me within a timely manner and driving better than ever. Definitely recommend.

We took our XC60 to Kent for some regular maintenance and he did a great job looking it over and letting us know what needed to be done. He created a really nice report that had pictures and urgency of what needed to be taken care of. The report was very detailed and thorough.There were also some issues that he could have fixed but he knew these would most likely be covered by the dealership so he directed me to contact them. That is very kind and honest, and we really appreciate that from Kent.Overall, I would not hesitate to take my vehicles back to Kent and to refer others to his business.

I've been to Kent since I bought my Volvo. He serviced it. Paid 7,200 dollars for everything. 400 miles later, my transmission started to smoke. Every time I went past 70. Don't take your Volvo here.

Kent was very thorough and provided a detailed report of the diagnostic results which included pictures. My car is back to running like a top and I found the whole experience delightful. extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. kent is old-school, from a bygone era when mechanics had tremendous integrity and genuinely cared about their customers. i would not hesitate to trust this shop with my volvo. superior service.
