The vehicle was repaired as expected, the team really went above and beyond to keep me updated and to help return the vehicle to my house. They handled all of the paperwork to my insurance as well. When my vehicle was returned, it was cleaner then when I dropped it off. I appreciate David and the entire team at surf city collision shop.

My cars been at the repair shop about 7 days now and after all the promises in the world by HANK my car looks worse then it did going in to the shop. Scratches that were never there are now there, a detail that was promised and clay bar looks like a amateur did it. And touch ups to scratches look worse then actual scratches.

Loved their patience, help, and service. Ariana and David were really kind during the entire process and David even checked up on my experience with my car after I picked it up. Recommend this place!

Horrible customer service , took vehicle in to replace a bumper for a paint scratch ended up with a broken tail light that they claim they can't fix because it's from impact , only impact was your technician breaking my light sad that dodge is affiliated with them

fantastic service,, repeat visit for me, first one was a door, insurance company wanted to fix it, Surf City went to battle for me and they got the approval to replace the door skin.This visit some idiot hit my truck in a parking lot and ran, damage to the rear bed, cab and passenger door, again, Surf City went to battle for me and got the approval, all new parts, all factory Dodge parts, not some knock off, cheap product.. This collision center is state of the art, professional repair shop, all updated procedures and friendly, fast service. my truck looks brand new again,, THANK YOU SURF CITY COLLISION!!!!!!!! 10 stars from me!!

No comunication... It is beneath the Surf City to actually call the customer and tell the customer what status your car is in.

It is the worst service I have received anywhere, people are very inattentive after they delivered the vehicle to me. The seller did not put the registration in the window, I had to drive two hours back to get it, the service is terrible.Es el peor servicio que ha recibido en alg�n lugar son personas muy desatenta despu�s de que me entregaron el veh�culo El vendedor no le puso la registraci�n en la ventana tuve que manejar dos horas de regreso para que me la pusiera el servicio es terrible
