Only because my car is fixed, but service wise was not happy at all. Everytime I spoke to someone I was met with Nasty attitude, but if they spoke to my husband they were nice. I know misogyny exist but sshheesshh!

It was my first time coming to Sully's Auto Repair for my Hyundai Elantra which had a check engine light. Bob and his team quickly and honestly diagnosed my car and told me what the problem was. I say honestly because unfortunately many auto repair shops can be untrustworthy.Sully's is trustworthy auto repair shop with competitive pricing. I will be a returning customer indeed.

I cannot day enough about Sully s mechanic shop. They are honest, they don t over charge, their pricing is extremely reasonable. I truly appreciated the additional work such as adding oil, replacing my tail light, recharging my battery all at no charge. This place is the perfect shop for people that don t know much about cars and are worried about getting ripped off. Your car is in good hands at this place Service: Engine repair

I cannot recommend Sully's enough. Robert gave me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car and a reasonable quote. My car runs better than when I bought it and there were no "surprises" when it came to cost, but when something came up that was unexpected he gave me the option of working on it now or dealing with it later. Definitely take your car here.

This was the best service I've received at an auto repair shop, bar none. Sully and his team went above and beyond my concerns by fixing issues I wasn't initially aware of (in addition to existing mechanical problems). Now my car drives better than ever. My 2014 Silverado had the known issue with the AC compressor, and I initially reached out to the dealership to get an estimate. Initially, they wouldn't tell me anything about pricing and said I would have to pay $99 to get an inspection. Because this is a known issue, I asked about the cost for the specific parts and labor required. When I finally got an estimate over the phone, it was outrageous. My next call was to Sully who immediately knew of the issue and was able to give me an idea of the cost and timing to get it fixed. He exceeded expectations on both - the repair was done ahead of schedule, and his price was significantly lower than the dealership. Couldn't be happier with the service and results. My 1st call will be to Sully's on any future repairs. Great experience!Service: Air conditioning

Just took my truck in for a clutch bleed because I was having issues bleeding it at home. The staff was all very helpful and informative. I first called for a quote and instantly after talking with them they knew what the problem was over the phone. After I took it in they got my clutch bled out and informed me of a possible other issue, because of what the symptoms were it could have been a large issue or just a small one. Luckily for me I was able to narrow it down to the smaller issue and make my adjustments where it was needed. I just would like to say thanks to Sully's for the great service.

Friendly staff. Took me in quickly with no wait. Very fresh, clean waiting area with free coffee and water, TV, Wi-Fi. The bathroom was extremely clean which never happens at a shop. Good price for the labor. Would recommend!

I had a great experience at Sully's. I was referred there by a client who has been a long-time customer of them. I felt like I was speaking with an honest, straight shooting mechanic that was looking out for my best interests in order to achieve a lifetime customer rather than a quick paycheck. That's how I do business and I appreciate being treated that way as well.

I can't recommend Sully's auto repair enough!! I was quoted almost triple the cost at the dealer with a 2 week wait time and Sully's had the parts for my jeep next day and finished all the repairs I needed so quickly. Sully's has always been clear about the diagnosis and options to address the repair effectively. They were the only ones that were able to troubleshoot and fix an electrical problem on our RV.

I was given a quote to recharge my AC unit (which was done), but it still wasn't working after being recharged. Sully did several diagnostic checks, determining that there was a faulty relay switch. He replaced that, got everything working perfectly, then charged me LESS than the original quote. It's nice to know that there are still honest business men out there.

My old car had always served me faithfully but, not too long ago, the engine performance of my car went downhill. Not wanting to waste any time, or money, I took it into Sully s Auto Repair. They got my car running perfectly in no time.

So my 85 4runner auto was shifting poorly a couple of years ago, so I had them check it out. Some fat Irish looking dude test drove it without me for 10 minutes, then told me I need a full rebuild. He gave me a $2400 quote.So I bailed, changed my fluid, disconnected and reconnected my CPU, problem fixed. Cost me $25 bucks worth of fluid!Moral of the story, learn about your car, get a second opinion, do some research, if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Sully auto repair I called this morning spoke to the owner Robert professional answer all my question without an attitude it s hard to find a good company that s reputable honest and run a great business I ve made many calls I m glad that I was able to find out about him even though I have not been there yet I m going tomorrow he s going to work on my Dodge Road trek RV 190 popular I was looking for a place to get the starter change That s the place I pick I will do a second review . 1/5/21 second reviewHere we are the next day I brought the vehicle in got the starter replace an oil change price was reasonable mechanic are excellent I have never been there before this place will be where I will take my RV for any repair I highly recommend the place you will not be disappointed hard to fine thank you Robert and Carlos the mechanicServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I ve had mechanics try to cheat me in the past. I used to be a mechanic myself, so when things go wrong in my car, I usually know what it is even if I don t have the energy or tools to fix it. Sully's Auto Repair in Huffington beach has never tried to upsell me on things that I don t need. I use them now, and I recommend them to my kids.
