I had an outstanding experience with this mechanic shop!He resolved an issue with my motorcycle - which I created after I worked on it myself with limited equipment - in record time and at a significantly more affordable price than what the dealer had quoted. All the dealers I called told me that I will probably will wait around 3 months for my bike to be fixed. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in capable hands, and he communicated every step of the way, making sure I understood the process and outcomes. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and expertise. If you want a trustworthy and efficient solution for your motorcycle/car troubles, this is the place to go!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

NEW CUSTOMER BEWARE:Sinan is average at best. Do not be fooled by the excellent 5 star reviews. Almost all of them were left by Turkish customers (Sinan is Turkish) to boost this mechanic shop. Who knows maybe he asked them for the reviews...Before you say yes to anything he wants to do to your car, sit down with him and confirm all of the prices. Every single one. Then haggle. Do not let him try to charm you into paying extra for things you can get done for cheaper at a different shop or for expenses such as "air filter installation" for $40. Blinker fluid change anyone?If you call him out on his clearly inflated prices, he will blame the "system" that's generating the quotes. He has control over the system, therefore he's just avoiding responsibility. Shameful.Haggle haggle haggle, he might give you suspicious, angry, offended looks but push through. He LOVES money and that's ok. Since he's trying to squeeze the maximum amount of $$$ out of you, your intent should be to give him as little money as possible. If he won't give you the right price, go to a different shop. You aren't missing out.Expect excuses to be made when you ask him what took him so long to complete a job.I brought in my car for a rear motor mount replacement around 1pm. Sinan told me it would take around 2 hours to complete everything. Haggled the price down from $437 to $300. Shook hands on it. I called back around 5pm to check if the car was done. No answer. He texted me saying he'd call back. He didn't. Call him up again, same story. Shot a couple of texts, no answer. Customer service is non-existent.Next day around 12pm he texted me saying my car was ready. I noticed that the problem wasn't fixed. Sinan then tells me "the problem will either get better or worse" most probably meaning that it will get worse, but again he does avoid responsibility.When I asked him why he didn't answer my calls, he was busy. And when I asked him why the job was late, he said he broke a bolt... In other terms, blatant excuses. He doesn't care if his excuses are believable.Sinan is a manipulative mechanic that performs average work. His work ethic is highly questionable.Sinan is definitely thinking about treating you like an bag of cash with endless supply. Do not let him. Get multiple quotes from different shops and simply treat him as an average mechanic.Alt n y ld z yakana takman i�in g�nderirim bi ara.

I recently visited this mechanic for my Mercedes, a local auto shop that goes above and beyond. Not only do they excel in auto repair and maintenance, but I also learned that they sell cars and offer financing options too.

Hey there, just wanted to give you a heads up about that repair shop. So, a friend of mine actually recommended it to me after I had a pretty bad accident with my car. I thought, why not give it a try? I even gave them my insurance claim number to make things easier. But man, was I wrong. It turned out to be a complete nightmare that lasted a whole six months! The owner of the shop kept coming up with all sorts of excuses for the delays. And you know what's crazy? When I finally got my car back, it wasn't even fixed properly! I went to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they told me that a bunch of parts needed to be replaced. Guess what? Those parts were already included in the first repair estimate! Can you believe it? This whole situation just screams fraud to me. So, I just wanted to give you a heads up and say, be careful if you decide to go there. Keep your guard up, my friend.

If you make a mistake taking your car to this awful place , make sure you ask for list of new parts it was order and ask for your old parts backHe uses junk yard or parts he took out from others cars to try to fix your car and charges new part and labor he didn t performIt was my personal experience that l witness him doing , never down me the invoice of a new part he said he had ordered or given me the old parts he said he replaced.Very disappointed Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

This was the worst place I've been in trying to purchase a car for my daughter. I told the owner that the car had a puddle of water in the back of the carpet.. He was in a bad mood and replied with anger what!!! What you said. He was nearly screaming and then said fine you don't like give me the key.. So we left.. My wife, daughter and me couldn't believe it.. Very sad to have to put my family to this.

Sinan and Seyma were very helpful with my car purchase and the servicing it. I recommend noone but them for buying used cars if you are in Huntington Beach area. Great people!

Yes, it was my decision to drop off my car at 11am and it was You who told me that you'll install tires around 1pm which I agreed. I have waited until 2:52pm and have not heard from you guys so I contacted you asking when it will be done at 2:52pm. Clearly it didn't take 15 minutes to install the tires because if I'm doing math correctly from 1pm to 2:52pm is 1 hour and 52 minutes.After I messaged you guys through yelp asking when it will be done at 2:52pm, yes you guys were super quick on calling me back at 2:53pm.From that phone call, a guy told me it will be done after 30-40 minutes. (I understand okay, maybe you guys were working on other customers car)I went back to pick up the car after 40minutes and asked if it was done and the guy told me information about the front tires. I asked if the back 2 tires were done and he told me it was almost done.I waited some more which I couldn't take anymore so I told them if it's going to take longer just put my tires back how it was so I can be done with it. It was then when the guy told me it's almost done.The guy was taking off the machine that lifts car up at exactly 4:06pm.From the previous picture 1, you guys might have already finished installing tires but the full service wasn't done until 4:06pm when you put down my car ready to go.The pictures I posted was just to show that I was there.Now I understand the lady was a customer which I misunderstood which I apologize and the fake account you were talking about, I told my friends about the experience and they left a review. I will tell them to take it down.The point is:You told me you'll get started with my car around 1pm and it wasn't done until 2:52pm saying will take 30-40 minutes. I got there about 3:30pm and paid around 4pm. Clearly that's not 15 minutes.Just admit your fault, apologize, and get this over with. Worst experience ever.This place takes 3 hours to exchange 2 tires.I dropped of my car at 11am and picked it up at 4pm.When I was dropping off my car, the owner was at the warehouse and he told me that he'll change my tires at 1pm which I agreed. Couple hours later I didn't hear anything from them so I called at 3pm and they told me it will be done in 30 mins. I went there to pick up my car at 3:30 pm. When I went there the employees were working with another car and my tires werent changed. I waited more than 20 minutes and since they were taking forever, I told them that I would cancel and just want to pick up my car, but they said they were almost done with it. 10 mins later, they were done with my car and I paid. I was about to leave but the guy employee and the lady employee were both staring at me. I stared back at them thinking they would avoid my eyes, but no they kept staring down at me.Thank you guys for taking 5 hours to change my 2 tires.Tip from a customer: do NOT stare at your customer and if you are going to take a long time, tell the customer honestly how long it's going to take and dont be RUDE.I recommend this place for people who have a lot of time and who don't mind people staring at you.I will never come back to this place and will inform everyone around me how I was treated as a customer.Service: Tires

Sinan is great! If you are looking for an expert to take care of your car while paying much more reasonable than other places you are at the right place. I would recommend this shop to a friend.

i m getting service for all my cars and truck from ss auto , sinan who is owners know his job very well , he has big disciplin he is working so clean , he is working on each cars like he belongs them , additionaly seyma is so respectful and friendly ..until i know them i was scaring about my cars would broken but thanks GOD , right know i trust my repair guy %100 ...

I have such a wonderful and very lucky day of my life .Because,today for me,It was such a pleasures to meet a perfect and very polite family owned Auto Service and Repair facility in today's automotive industry.When I was looking on the website to see who could possibly get me the best answers and the bets solutions of my 1998 Ford Explorer's very hesitant and bad running conditions after all my own attempts of fixing the said and the existing problems of my vehicle. When I was searching to find one the best of all mechanic in my area and around my neighborhood,I just saw and realized it that SS AUTO CARE has just recently opened their business in our neighborhood and I am so glad have found them and have tried of giving them a chance to see if they could find and fix of my vehicle's existing bad conditions.Thank you very much to the lady with the name Sheyma and her husband Sean they were not only very friendly and very professionals in their business they were also,treating me not like as a customer but,just like a well respected and well honored by washing my Ford Explorer's Engine nice and cleaned like immaculate as brand new engine and it was very surprising to me when I was there to pick up my vehicle Mr.Sean and his wife Mrs.Sheyma told me the Explorer it's ready for pick up and delivery back to me and that where I found out my vehicle wasn't only fixed and repaired but,also was treated very gently for me and was very nice of them to handle the long run problems which is I have had before.Thank you very much to both of them yes I will definitely recommend all my friends and my near neighbors of my family to them to give them a try and I have no doubt in my mind they will treat all my friends and my neighbors as they have done it for me I am very certain and entirely believe from the bottom of my heart.

The owners of this company are warm, kind and compassionate. On top of that, they take pride in their work, which as a result is EXCELLENT. In addition, they are honest, have integrity and are reasonably priced by comparison to other companies in the same profession.
