I've been going to sms since I bought my porsche about 3 years ago. Very friendly very professional in the office and in the bays. They do great work and Brandon always give me a fair price. If you have a Euro. they arepean car this is the place to have it repairedlThey are the best!

Absolutely the best! For the first time ever the final bill was less the the estimated cost. Unbelievable I came in to have a starter replacement the price was fair but it turned out to be even cheaper than expected BMW Z4. The guys in the office are knowledgeable and very easy going. The Best shop in OC.

By far the best mechanic i ve ever dealt with period. Super accommodating, friendly and honest, with quality work done every-time period.I drive 2 hours just to have SMS work on my VW s , and it s worth it.

Took in my 2003 bmw 325i with a coolant leak. Asked then to replace any leaking components. Got a call back a few hours later saying it was just a loose coolant hose and no new parts needed. Really appreciated their honesty. Will be bringing all my cars here.

Excellent service! My visit to SMS was my first outside of the dealership. This being said, I was extremely skittish about the drop off. The car repaired in a reasonable amount of time and was not a huge hit on my wallet! Brandon and the team at SMS are great! I ve had my VW TDI serviced there since I bought it. In fact I now live 1,400 miles away and make a point of driving down to have major services done by them. Knowledgeable, honest, and fair pricing!

I could not be happier with my experiences at SMS European! It seems to be a family business, at least it has that vibe, and as someone from a small town, that's something I appreciate a lot. The people there were incredibly helpful and so nice, since I planned on staying there while my car was being serviced, they offered to give me a ride to a local coffee shop. And best yet, the prices are amazing, I'll definitely be taking my Porsche back here for everything we need.

Years ago I took my Porsche Boxster to SMS for some work and just today I brought in a BMW X5 for a diagnosis. Brandon and SMS are still the same: HONEST, knowledgeable, and extremely explanatory about anything you need to know related to your car.Most mechanics would not tell you the truth about your car so that you can keep coming in but not SMS, they have the customer s well being as a priority and it shows, especially with how busy they are in their new and larger location.The 5 stars they have in Yelp and Google are well deserved!

This is the best shop for auto repair if you own a European import vehicle. The owner is an honest mechanic who takes care of his customers like a family member. I own a lemon of a mini Cooper and he has helped me pass smog and fixed my car to run efficiently. He is a very intelligent mechanic who has a degree in computer engineering. He understands the computer in your car.If you are in a pickle with your Euro car. You really need to go to SMS European.You will see what I am talking about an honest mechanic with a big heart!

All the 5 stars review for this place is genuine. After getting an overpriced quote from Long Beach BMW. I decided to do my research on Yelp and calling around. I selected Brandon and his shop because he sounded personable and on point. He checked out my car, gave me recommendations for what he diagnosed. And gave me recommendation for what needs fixing in the short term and long term. I really appreciated his honesty and candor, not to mention his reasonably priced service. He'll have a loyal customer for life. Now I'm bringing my Porsche for his service as well!

I've had nothing but short of amazing service here. Brandon is the most honest and fair mechanic out there. Seriously. You will never find a better place to take Euro cars probably anywhere.Fair pricing, quick service. I will never take my car anywhere else. If you have a European car take it here and you won't regret it.

2 years ago I was looking for a European service shop that I could trust and I have never been happier after find Brandon and Brittany at SMS European. They are honest, straightforward, friendly and understanding. Qualities I have never been able to find in the automotive industry. They are now great friends of mine. I bring all my vehicles there and refer everyone I know. Great people, great prices, great service.

In 2017, I purchased my first VW. Since then, I have been only going to SMS for all my automotive services. I used to get oil changes at Jiffy Lube, but they damaged my oil tank which resulted in a $400 dollar repair. The owner stepped up and said he would assist me as a representative if I wanted to pursue legal recourse against Jiffy Lube; he even took pictures for me as evidence! At that moment, I decided I was a customer for life. The owner has always been fair with prices and always tries to make everything reasonable. He has waived prices for me on more than one occasion because it was a simple job. Honestly, I will probably stay buying European cars just to only deal with him for all repairs/changes. He is the salt of the earth. It is very rare to find such an honorable, unscrupulous person. I am happy to say I am and will be a life-time customer of SMS European.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Air conditioning, Oil change

Came to this shop on a recommendation by a friend a little over 7 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. Family owned and operated which is always a plus in my book. Was incredibly helpful when my mom took her car for emergency repairs and gave her options to work with so she stayed in her budget and got the repairs she needed.

Just like the reviews show!These guys go out there way to make sure they find the problem and prices are very fair. I would recommend my buddies who drive bmws and Audi's to this location! Brandon was a real nice guy! I would definitely come again!Brought in my 2001 BMW 325ci. The issue I was having were the emergency brake light would stay on, abs light would be on, and the dsc light. Everything else worked expect the speedometer and mpg gauge. The problem was bad or incorrect placed fuses.Thanks again for your guys help!

Honest repairs, great communication! I put my Jetta in the shop and asked it to be diagnosed. They had it for a few days, all the while keeping me imformed of what was going on. Brandon is very fair on his prices. It seems to me that when I walk into the nice clean office, I feel lile part of a family. Brandon also keeps his shop clean and organized.

Horrible shop. Buy used parts off eBay and marks them as new. Tried to charge me $1000 for a new alternator for my bmw when it was used. If you want used parts and sloppy work done come here. Otherwise avoid this place like the plague!!

I was experiencing problems with my 2007 MB E550 during the holidays. I drove by SMS and found Brandon working by himself as the rest of his crew was enjoying holiday time with their families. Even though the business was supposed to be closed, Brandon diagnosed the problem and made repairs at a more than fair price. Brandon sensed my frustration and my urgency in getting the problem handled. If you're looking for a mechanic with integrity and compassion, you need to look no further than Brandon and the SMS crew. Thank you Brandon, you have earned my respect and my future business.

Brandon is fast, reliable and his prices are reasonable for his level of service and knowledge. There are cheaper mechanics but if you want someone who is trustworthy and skilled, you will be hard pressed to find better.
