Jimmy, the owner of the shop is absolutely spectacular. I have been going to the shop for at least 10 years and have always received honest service. He recently helped me rebuild an entire EJ25 motor in my baja turbo for me when many shops denied me and told me the project could not be completed. My friends recommended Sigma to me, and I'm so glad I went to them for my brakes and oil change. Everyone here is absolutely awesome. They're quick, efficient, honest, and kind. They tell you exactly what you need, give you an easy-to-understand breakdown of everything, and will let you know what is truly most important to address. I'll definitely be coming back to take care of the few things I wasn't able to get done today.P.S: They have the best Turkish tea! Which was a wonderful surprise while I waited.Services: Brakes, Oil change

My 2014 Subaru Impreza has been an amazing car but has had its issues. Sigma and the team are always 100% ready to help and they have always 100% solved every issue that I have brought to their attention about my car. They always go above and beyond and are the most fair and reasonable place in town.The pricing is beyond fair and they are very honest and straight forward. I've never been to a shop that treats you like a true neighbor and does whatever they can to accommodate you and your needs. Whether it's a local ride home if your car is being worked on to save some Uber money or it's staying there late to fix a last minute repair before a vacation.Jim is truly a stand up gentleman with a huge heart and is the best mechanic I've ever had. I will never go anywhere else. All of my roommates have been going here for years and as will I.I mean I've never felt the need to express such gratitude to a auto shop as classy and consistent as sigma auto. The best mechanic around, period!! Doing business with Sigma was a very pleasant experience which was a bonus to the excellent service. Diagnostic and repairs complete in 1 1/2 days. And, as a courtesy, they noticed my headlights covers were foggy and polished them out. Jim is the owner at Sigma Auto Repair. His work is exemplary and priced well! When gathering quotes at other facilities, he was less expensive but provided excellent service. I had an a/c condenser replaced on a Porsche. Even though his prime business is not German cars, he was able to change the condenser. He even picked me up to get my car from my house! If you live in the area, I recommend this business for your auto needs.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with around 200,000 miles on it. I've had very good luck with the car-- never had to take it in or anything. Was pretty bummed when one morning it wouldn't start-- it had died on while I was driving the day before and that scared me so I parked it. Took it in to Jim and he was very helpful. He let me know what he thought was up and got back to me by the end of the day with what repairs would need to be done. He broke it down in a way that I could understand, which I appreciated because I know very little about cars. Had the car back to me the next day and showed me which parts he had replaced. He waived the diagnostic fee which I appreciated. He also let me use the car to go to the bank, which saved me an Uber fare. Really appreciated that. Jim is great! He is ethical and transparent about his pricing/costs and what does or does not need to be done to your car. Since finding Sigma a few years ago, I will not take my car anywhere else. He is trustworthy and gets you into the shop quickly and easily, with the best customer service.Excellent service and affordable prices. I highly recommend Sigma and Jim!

Jim in Sigma Auto is the ONLY place I will have all my cars serviced and repaired if needed. If Jim maintains your car, it will probably not need a repair anyway. The guy is a genius! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and is a perfectionist. If you need cheap work, go somewhere else. But if you need top quality work for a reasonable fee, bring it to Sigma. I just referred a coworker and she is extremely happy as well.

Folks, my phone keeps asking me perhaps it's the different emails on my phone...in any case, I highly recommend this mechanic shop. They take care of my smart for two tiny car. 50K miles service done and it's a 2013 car. Yeap you guessed it I'm old I don't drive much. Jim and the crew once again...THANK YOU

Jim is a great and honest mechanic. He has always taken care of my needs, and kept my car in great shape. I have been with him for several years now, since my car was 60,000 miles, and is now going 125,000 miles and strong. His prices are fair and his turn around time is quick. He will go out of his way to meet your needs, including driving you to work. You will not find a better mechanic in Orange County. Highly recommended.

As a student, I know how difficult it is to find a reliable and reasonably priced mechanic who will get the job done in time and with precision. After being a customer of Sigma Auto Repair and a friend of the owner, Cemal Balat, for more than 2 years, I can say hands down that they are the most trustworthy auto mechanic shop in Orange County. I've even purchased both cars I've owned from them as the refurbishing was done in house and I trusted that they would be more reliable than what I could find on the second hand market. The one time my Volvo had an issue I took it to them for repairs, they even gave me a discount on my servicing cost and the repairs were done in a quick manner. If you're having a hard time figuring out which shop to go to, I implore you to head to Sigma... and at the end of your repairs I believe you won't be let down!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Jim is the most friendly man you ll ever meet at a car mechanic shop. He truly appreciates his customers and is always willing to give the customer the best experience possible! If you ve never been here for your car servicing needs, you HAVE to come to Sigma Auto Repair! I was a first time customer today and I was super impressed. I m definitely a returning customer :)

Jim at Sigma Auto Repair was referred by a friend who had her car painted here and it looked brand new!! I was so impressed how quickly Jim got back to me and answered all my text questions..He was so honest and even saved me money by buying a used rear mirror on EBay...He went into detail explaining everything he had done to my car. My car runs perfectly now and will have Jim Sigma paint my car in the future. If you want an honest Mechanic, Jim is your guy!!!

Jim is the best auto mechanic I ve had. He s extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable which is a great combination. You can tell he genuinely likes what he does and enjoys helping people. He has a passion for customer service and will be honest in telling you what repairs are necessary and may be necessary in the future, while trying to save you money by not performing work that s not needed. Jim is always a pleasure to work with.

I bought my very first car from Jim when I was 19 years old, I am now a 26 year old mom and I wouldn't trust anyone else to sell me a safe and reliable car for me and my kids. I trust Jim like he's a part of my family, I have never received anything but honesty and genuine car from everyone at Sigma. I recommend Sigma to all of my friends and family, whether they're looking to purchase a car or need repairs on their car. Sigma is hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Jim is a very upfront and honest man, his staff is also on the same level. I can confidently take my car there and know the correct work for the correct price will be taken care of. I would give 10 stars of I could.

I was referred to Jim by 3 different unrelated people at different times and I'm so glad I tried him out! He has a stellar reputation with his customers for service. He quotes fair, low prices and you can trust him to tell you the truth about your car's needs; he will not steer you in the wrong direction! He treats me like family whenever I bring my cars in for little stuff like SMOG checks, new keys and checking tire pressure sensors ;) to the big stuff like electrical wiring, body work, oil changes, and 3k mile services, etc. Thank you Jim, for your years of experience, extensive knowledge, and for giving our neighborhood a trustworthy place to take our cars when we need help!

Jim and his staff are friendly, fast, honest and highly skilled. When Sigma repairs your automobile, it stays repaired. Jim always bends over backwards with his courtesy and expertise by offering honest advice, rides to and from home and loaner vehicles for repairs taking longer than a few hours. Sigma Auto Repair is truly Huntington Beach's hometown auto repair service. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I must tell you that this is the very best place I have ever had or worked with automobiles. Jim is fantastic. He is group are extremely knowledgeable and he is FAIR on everything! He has actually given me things / service just because he thought it was the thing to do... example replaced the battery in my key fob for free! Not that it's an expensive item but, who would just realize that it needed it and do it for free? Unbelievable. I will never go anywhere else ever again! He can fix anything! Good stuff Jim!!!!

This guy! As a semi mechanic, I love to work on my truck, it's hard to trust a shop. But I have one now! I am the one people call when they need a guy. Well, Jim is THAT GUY!So I fully recommend Sigma to anyone who needs a guy.No worries, he is honest and reasonable.
