My car was involved in an accident back in December. The insurance I was working with let me pick a repair shop that I liked so I went with Service King/Crash Champions. Everyone here is professional and friendly. The process was smooth and quick from beginning to end. If you need a rental, you can get shuttled from the shop to Enterprise as well. Best part, it only took four days to fix my car. My car looked brand new! Thank you Diego and Jason for everything!

Any kind of a collision can be unnerving, but then, you may not know what to expect when you need the repairs taken care of. At least it was that way for me. From the receptionist to the manager to the pros who did the work, they made it an easy, fast, and pleasant experience. Diego and Jason were the best, and once my car was ready, it was clean and it looked brand new! Great service and excellent results.

Service King Collision recently repaired my vehicle after an accident. The repairs were done quickly without sacrificing quality. My vehicle looks better now than before the accident. I highly recommend them.

Greatest place ! From start Diego helping on phone, Jason guidance on everything with explaining details Vanessa helping thru the process and the repair service employees Everyone knowledgeable, kind gets the work done perfectly and on time. I highly recommend they went beyond my expectations.

Best service at an affordable price!I had such a great experience I want to crash my car just so I can go back! ...I'm just kidding!But really,I had a great experience with service king! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was outstanding and super helpful with all my needs. She had the GM of the company personally inspect my car before and after to make sure that my car was in good hands.This was my first experience working with a collision company and I am glad it was a good one so thank you so much to Everyone who worked on my 2017 ford escape!

I was very impressed by the customer service at service King. A young lady Carla went above and beyond to be polite and professional while helping me. They did such an amazing job on my car. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage. In addition, they returned my car cleaner than I left it. It looks like they even wax polished it. They finished my car exactly when they estimated it to be done . And most importantly, everything was easy , they even made the rental car process very easy. overall everyone who works there are well versed , professional and experienced in their jobs. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had, and would highly recommend anyone who is considering using this repair shop for any of their automotive needs to pick literally any other company. I unfortunately chose this repair shop because it was the nearest approved vendor on my insurance list. I needed a front windshield replacement and a dent/scratch the size of a penny fixed on my hood.The entire process took over a month to complete, and even upon completion was done incorrectly. A day after picking up my vehicle from Service King/Crash Champions, I open my door and find that the new windshield wasn't installed correctly, causing my car to flood from the rain. After taking the car back to the shop, I basically had to demand that they fix it immediately after the technician stated they would need to keep it over the weekend cause the window guy wasnt "available". Turns out he was, which showed yet another failure in customer service and accountability.When I requested my deductible back ( they can keep everything the insurance paid even though they didnt deserve it ), the manager claimed he wasnt able to do that. Instead he offered to wash my car... a week after they flooded it.Absolutely HORRIBLE service from top to bottom. They only got 1 star from me because it wont allow me to give 0Services: Painting, Auto glass replacement

I own a 2004 Honda Civic. I have owned 3 Honda Civics and have always bought them and serviced them with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I have never had a reason to distrust them until the pandemic created havoc for the auto industry. I brought my 2004 Civic in for a routine service and they refused to service it. So, I discovered through a friend, about Autowave. She said before you get rid of your car, get a second opinion. Mike and Shane at Autowave we re incredibly honest about the condition of my car. I still have it to this day. So grateful to have discovered these incredibly trustworthy honorable men!Services: Auto windshield repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

These guys are amazing !!somebody accidentally clipped the side of my car as they were pulling out of a parking spot and were kind enough to leave a note, so since I have used service king in the past and had such great results , I decided to swing by there and get an estimateafter taking a look at it he told me to hang on and he went in the back and grabbed some special product and towel and began polishing it and before I knew it it looks like a brand new door I couldn t believe it!you could never even tell it happened in the first place and on top of thathe didn t even charge me!these guys are the best!!!

Spent about 40 minutes on the phone with the GM Rick and he gave me upfront and honest information that other body shops lacked to give me. I had a lot of questions in regards to the estimate and repair process regarding OEM parts etc. The information he gave me allows me to make my own decisions as to the next step in the process to get my vehicle repaired. Due to issues with State Farm insurance is the only reason I am having to do my due diligence and not just take it to the places they approve. These guys are honest and that is what matters.

Service King has an advertisement Making it seem as if they care about veterans. But from what they are actually offering how are you can tell they are just doing it for tax benefit NOT to help the community NOT to help veterans.573,000 unemployed veterans - and they are looking to hire CURRENTLY serving veteran and their spouses. Meaning: they are not trying to help the 573,000 that they just said are unemployed!! ..But they make it seem like they do..I almost had my car repaired here. Until I saw that shenanigan. I went to Gustafson Brothers instead.

I brought my Land Rover Discovery here after I backed into a post. They did an amazing job! Can't even tell there was ever any damage. The paint matched perfectly. They were all very nice as well. I would definitely recommend them.

The best service from the moment I walked through the door. Staff is there for you! I didn't have to do a thing, as everything was taken care of by them..From a rental car waiting for me, and a quick turn-around in fixing my car..Have recommended 4 friends so far and about to recommend another..This is a worry free establishment.

I brought my car here based on the reviews but they gave me a low estimate on my car, (probably to save the insurance money) and did not fix my car properly, they were suppose to fix the passenger door, fender, and front bumper. They only fixed the door, and left some damage on my front bumper, there were noticeable gaps on my car, the speaker in the door was not working and the repair guy told me it was, when it clearly wasn't, another older repair man apologize to me and took my car back, they repair the speaker they miswired, but my car still has gaps and the front bumper, fender was not fixed, really untrustworthy company

These people know they re stuff! I had been in a car accident and they handled the repairs. I was out of town and they kept me updated via text and phone calls while I was away and my car was ready when I got back.
