Complete joke! I pay $75 for a wash + wax + interior, tip $20 and when I noticed water spots on windows and some on body, they tell me: "we need a special chemical to remove them, we can do this next time". Right-o Batman, I did with spit and a rag!!!Banged-up job, and to top it all off dishonest with an attitude. Save your money, go elsewhere, in fact automatic wash at the gas station will probably do an equivalent job for 15 bucks.

I've been coming to this car wash for 38 years. Unfortunately, it can be a tight squeeze if you purchase gas and then want a car wash but it's a couple of minutes before 8:00 am (vacuum area is blocked until exactly 8:00 am). You then block the car behind you getting gas , but if you pull up to the blocked vacuum areas then the cars pulling out from the left tanks are blocked to leave. I asked the gentleman who checks you in if he could remove the barrier so I could pull up for the SUV behind me. Ahh "NO," he was so rude, he would not do that. I had to wait while the poor customer behind me needed to get her gas and get going. Not good customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, Michael, but they didn't know when he'd be in.Service: Full body wash

Car wash keeps changing ownership. Paid $36 49. Regular car wash and $5 for tires. $27.99 for wash, $3.50 extra for truck. Hard to keep up. They post nothing, your suppose to know when happy hours are or if you have AAA Card for the $4, the discount i would had got. If you have a choice like the people that wax your car, ask them how much it would be to come out and wash your vehicle. Might be easier or the same without waiting. Its not that I can't afford it, I don't like their model. P.S.I called out to the guy that he didn't do my tires. He looked at the slip and did it. Also had to lift the rear bed cover because they didn't wipe off.

Have been coming for over a year. This place does a great job of washing cars; but vacuuming Is terrible.Even after telling them to vacuum the trunk floor and spaces between seats, it s often not done. They simply rush it through up in front. Too bad this could be a 5 star pace.

Really wish I could like this place- it is right across the street and you can get three full service washes for like $35 a month. Place has been hit or miss, depending on who cleans your car I guess- but mostly miss. I think my car has been cleaned one really good time out of maybe 5 times; the rest have been subpar.But today was the last day coming here for me. They spent maybe 10 minutes on my car interior. It had lots of little debris that should have easily been cleaned up by a quick vacuum. And they even left an empty wrapper on the floor (my bad, I usually throw away my empty wrappers). When they gave me my car I took a quick look and then politely told them the car wasn't clean inside. So they literally spent 3 more minutes on the interior- I know because I checked the time- then they said it was finished.So that was my last time back here- I went inside and cancelled the membership. I told the guy at the counter about my experience and why I was cancelling- he didn't even acknowledge what I said. You would expect that when you cancel a service, they would at least ask why. I volunteered the info, but apparently they could care less.Now, I am not the type to not tip, but this was so bad that this is one of a couple of times in my life that I refrained from tipping.H2Go- should have never left you, will be back soon for your unlimited washes and super strong vacuums..

Went to get my truck washed and detailed and they did a ok job but they used the same towels to clean the windows that they waxed with.the windshield was so foggy with wax product it was very hard to see, had to pull over and re clean what should have already been. Not to mention the the spots of grime and dirt still left on the wheels and tailgate.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I've been here twice, and both times the process has been simple and efficient. The gold wash is good value for what you pay, and the guys who hand dry your car have done excellent jobs on mine. I appreciate that when you first pull up, the attendant who takes your car isn't too pushy about trying to upgrade, unlike many other car wash places.

When I pulled in the attendant was rude and was criticizing me.bthen when I received my car back it was a horrible job. I had to ask for a rag to finish their job, but was first told we can't lend you a rag to fix their mistakes. Then another employee came over and gave us a rag, but rudely commented. I do not recommend you use the car wash.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Everytime I come here, they do an excellent job! I am able to drop my car off, go to do my grocery shopping, then come back to a car that is shiny and new looking. Today, Ana and Oswaldo worked extra hard on vacuuming up my dog s fur from the carpets, and doing the detail work inside. Also, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.I always come here when I want an excellent detail job on my Jeep! Great place!

I've never had a bad car wash here and will drive the extra distance to bring my car here. They take their time and do it right and you have to wait of course but you're car looks great when they are done. And I am very picky about my car washes and will have it redone of I'm not satisfied but have never has this problem here.

we live across the street and the noise from the car wash is unbelievable. they honk the horns for NO REASON constantly and the machine are so loud we can't have open windows. the fact that there is a car wash in the middle of a residential area is bad enough, but the HONKING is ridiculous. i'm surprised there aren't more complaints about this, as the majority of our neighbors feel the same way.

Honestly, I like this place! I can drop my car off and walk home. They do a good job and they also offer discounted rates for Triple A!There s a comfy, little outside waiting area which is also convenient.I ll be coming back. Give this place a try.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Tried 2 other car washes before coming here that closed early. Got to this car wash at 5:40 and was turned away because "the workers got here early and we don't want to pay them overtime." Even though the door and google clearly state 6pm. Terrible customer service. Get it together management.

OK car wash, but they damaged my car. They were happy to pay for them...After I spent the time getting diagnosed by the dealer. Customer service was generally absent.

I have some issues with my car exterior due a minor scratches. Crew very knowledgeable specially the guy who explaining to me very very good on customer service as well. Isaias S. Certainly is an asset in your organization.

I've been coming here for years but I'm never going back! The prices keep going up, they keep trying to upsell and their service keeps going down. Today they let two cars ahead of me because they were nicer cars buying more services. When I confronted them, they didn't care.

My first visit left a bad impression. I arrived 1:20 before stated closing time and was informed they closed early because business was slow. Saw four guys standing around. With service like this I won t be returning. Go somewhere else where they want your business. I have never written a review before and this terrible service prompted a negative review.

My truck looks Awesome!These guys detailed it out including the wax and leather cleaner and armorall througout.Such attention to detail!And i didnt get charged a super large amount.Great job guys!

As you as you walk up with your car, you're greeted by a helpful employee. I really appreciate the employees offering the best options for your needs. I live off PCH so the marine water is affecting my car paint. The guys do a great job. The place has a gas station. Trader Joe's is nearby and so is Bolsa Chica.

68degrees and sunny, forecast is partly sunny all day; and they are closed because its raining I feel so confused It s totally not raining and I bet you the price of a full detail that no drops fall from the sky today. Why do businesses make it so hard to give them money?

I enjoy getting my hoopty tightened up here. Isais is a real champion not too pushy...The staff is very professional and my rig always looks suh-weeet when I roll out! Keep on doing wutcha do!!

Consistently closes 45 mins to an hour early plus there rude. Very disappointed how pushy the guy was that took my order for car wash. He wouldn t let up about the package I wanted, made it very uncomfortable. I ve come here for many years and won t be coming back
