I recently had an issue with my vehicle losing power and not accelerating. Once the vehicle was towed to Ron's shop, he personally became vested in not only finding out what the issue was, but the best possible solution as well. I felt comfortable with Ron and his technicians addressing this major issue as they have provided amazing service on my routine maintenance and service requirements. Ultimately, the vehicle had a recall issue that had to be repaired by the automotive company. Ron's tireless devotion to his customer's needs extends beyond the repairs to finding the best outcome to keep drivers operating safe vehicles.

We use to use Ron Catt religiously when my shop was around the corner, I recently got in a bind with tire pressure issues. I called them up because I was in the area years later and they welcomed me with open arms and took care of me immediately. Nothing less than exceptional service and communication. Ron Catt Auto Care always gives good service and excellent car repairs and car maintenance. I ve had my car worked on at Ron Catt twice and I ve learned that Ron Catt Auto Care is the best. I ve been to other repair shops and have experienced bad service and wrong diagnosis. Now I won t go anywhere else. One of their employees, Corwin, gave me good explanation about repairs needed on my car. There was no pressure to get the repairs done; just honest analysis of what to expect from my old car.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I went to Ron Catt after my 2011 Hyundai Tuscan sat at the Hyundai Dealership for a year with no resolution to a start and drive problem.My car was unsafe to drive and would break down several times a day. For a year The Hyundai dealership said they couldn't find the problem. In less than a week at Ron Catt auto, the problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and repair started.Their team is not only highly skilled at identifying problems, they are also courteous, professional and timely in their work. They are so good I had my car towed from San Clemente to Huntington Beach for their service! I highly recommend anyone with any type of car to reach out to them for service!Services: Electrical, Battery

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother. She has taken her car to Ron Catt for many years and has never had anything less than exemplary customer service.When the time came when she could no longer drive, she requested that I reach out to Ron Catt and see if they would be interested in purchasing it to use as a loaner. So, I sent them an email with photos of the car explaining my mom's situation. Ron Catt himself called me just a few hours later. While purchasing it was not an option, he did offer to help me sell it as he felt he had customers who would be interested in purchasing it and wanted to help my mom out. Even though I ended up selling it myself a few days later, I was and still am very grateful for his offered assistance and how they treated my mom over the years.If searching for an auto care facility with great business ethics and that genuinely want to care for its customers, look no further than Ron Catt Auto Care.

There are so many positive things to say about the extraordinary service experience that I had with Ron Catt Auto Care. Let me start first with their customer service... Wow! Just WOW! After scheduling my service appointment with a very pleasant woman at their front desk, my car was promptly examined and service recommendations were made. Aside from the timely manner that all of this occurred, what I found most impressive was the follow up that I received personally, from Ron. His actions clearly demonstrated his passion in caring for his customers. After our phone conversation concluded, I was sent an email outlining everything that we had discussed. This email even included pictures of my actual car's engine with arrows pointing to the troubled areas. The repair work was done correctly and on budget. My family has been coming to Ron for decades and now I know why. Ron Catt and his team are the best of the best! Try them for yourself and enjoy the benefits of an ultimate customer service experience.

My great mechanic I had forever moved out of California. This forced me to find a new one; I was scared to think of a new mechanic working on my good running car because their all crooks. I asked Triple A for some suggestions, they emailed me a list. Going through the List I checked their business on Yelp. Ron Catt Auto Care had good reviews. I called the office and made an appointment, the receptionist was nice.When I brought my car in I saw the office was running in a professional manner, the receptionist was knowledgeable about the business and answering all my questions.I told them about my Triple A discount so they honored it with no problem; I met Ron himself, when they were doing my 86,000 service they showed me what needed to replace before they did it, which I liked.When my car was completed, I felt good in their service and told myself I found my new mechanic.Keep up the good work Ron Catt.Thank you.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Ron and his team! I had tons of issues with my car and needed to be able to pass Smog. Ron went up and beyond the call of duty! He helped me get everything fixed, for a reasonable price. At one point my catalytic converter came back needing to be repaired, Ron researched and found that that part was still under warranty with the dealer, he called the dealer to confirm it and provided me all the info to the dealer so I could have it fixed for free. I think there are plenty of mechanics who would have just charged me for the work rather than helping me out. That honesty will always bring me back to Ron and his team.

It's great to find an honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge. I can always get my car attended to in a timely manner and with the confidence that the job will be well done. Ron is easy to talk to and listens to you. I wish my car ran with no problems forever, no upkeep ever, no repairs ever...but that's not realistic...All in all it's a good place to take your car in the event something goes wrong. Oh, and the coffee there is quite good.

Ron Catt did a great job on my friends Aeromobility Toyota van. Came in for oil change and battery problems (or so we thought). He was able to determine what the problem was and it was resolved. Went the extra mile to buff out paint scrapes (my friend is not a particularly good driver) making the van look so much better. Will definitely continue to take vehicles to him. I LOVE this business. I first went there due to a good coupon I received in the mail. What a nice serendipitous find! First of all, Emily is a gem! She is super smart, super quick and never misses a beat. She never forgets a face and she immediately makes you feel like a friend. She knows cars and this business inside and out and goes out of her way to make every experience a great one. Ron is fantastic! He takes the time to meet all of his customers face to face and not just greet but talk with them every time they are in. He never forgets a face either. This business is immaculate and doesn't stink like you would expect for an auto care shop. The waiting area is very comfortable and they provide different beverages for their customers while they wait. However, they never let their customers wait long, regardless if you have a set appointment or are just dropping by. This is the first and only place I would recommend to anyone in the Huntington Beach area. Please keep up the great work, Ron Catt Auto Care!!

Ron seems very nice, honest, and professional. I recently bought an old van with some unexpected issues which bummed me out, his shop was recommended and I see why. Ron is very knowledgeable and offered alternative solutions that accommodated my budget. he even provided pictures of the issues. I definitely felt in good hands and will be returning for future service. Even the receptionists are nice and accommodating. Thanks guys!

Office staff is excellent; they understand what you want without pushing expensive repairs. I've found them extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and courteous. They get my vehicles back to me quickly and for a competitive price. I appreciate their honesty and quality care of my vehicle. Ron is excellent at describing what's going to be done, and helping you understand why you'd need it. I'd definately recommend.

I took my car into Ron Catt for an inspection and it ended up needing some work. Emily was so nice and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car. She even took the time to show me the part that was replaced and explained why it needed replacing. I also got pictures sent to me of the parts that needed replacing. They did a great job. The availability of a rental car there was a lifesaver for me. My car is now back on track and the price was very good. I will be going back to them again!

Really appreciated the day one of my co-workers referred me to Ron Catt! They are very accommodating, straightforward, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They are great about sending reminders, getting my vehicles back to me quickly and for a competitive price. I appreciate their honesty and quality care of my vehicle (they even gave me a ride to work and picked me back up when my car was ready!!!). Highly recommend...=)

I've spent years trying to find a place I can trust with my car. I finally found Ron Catt through AAA and I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by Ron when I came in and he's the one who also called to let me know what was going on with my car, and he also handled everything when I came to pick it up. I love that he is totally involved in helping his clients and it was just a great experience all around. I highly recommend Ron Catt Auto to anyone, but especially for women who have had several bad experiences in the past. Thank you!

Once again, outstanding service from Ron Catt. Auto Care With photos and videos, Ron kept me posted on the progress of our repair. He even found some other parts that were important safety issues. Precision work, and with a choice of lower-price options where available... Ron always makes us feel that we are his favorite customers!

Hopefully "winter" is over for our area now, and I am very grateful that my Lexus performed wonderfully all season. It handled all the bad weather - rain and cold - kept me safe - and provided exceptional performance and handling in a couple of family emergency situations. I am blessed to have a great car, and thankful for the care I get from Ron and his entire crew. I depend on my car every day, and I know I can depend on Ron Catt Auto to keep it in great running condition. Thanks everyone!

I recently took my car to Catt Auto Care to get my battery replaced and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ron and his staff are all professional, knowledgeable and very personable. And it was a nice bonus that they have a driving service that could take me to work while I waited on my car! I will definitely be returning when I have future auto care needs.

Hi,First impressions mean a lot, and I was very impressed. Ron runs an honest shop. They do quality work, and get their job done when they say they will. Ron has implemented modern technology to keep his customers informed. He posted pictures documenting what he found when inspecting my vehicle, a link to them was sent to my email. That is a great idea.. I could visually see exactly what he was describing, even though it was up under the car where it would be hard to see. Those pictures sure facilitated the conversation.He's busy, but getting an appointment is easy, and wasn't too far out. (It was a brake problem, so he worked to squeeze me in and get it fixed as soon as he could).Spending money on car repairs is my least favorite thing. Having an honest, professional mechanic eliminates a big part of my anxiety.Thanks Ron!!

Only mechanic I trust! I have been going to Ron since I was 16 and now I m 23 he does a great job and always has a great price! Anytime I have a problem it s so nice how I can give a call talk about it. Most of the time I fix my car myself but there are certain times I need to help. I usually speak with Emalee and she always super sweet and helpful! Thank you Ron for always taking care of my cars!!

Ron and his team have serviced our cars for almost 5 yrs. since we moved into this area. We started with him because of AAA. There is always complete details of proposed work and cost provided for requested services and for any additional things that show up with the computer readout. Ron is available to go through any recommended work and is always honest about what is urgent, less urgent and could wait to be done. He's saved me money on some items and help me budget out others. I trust him and his service people.

A few years ago, I bought a 1993 Corvette that needed various repairs. Ron video recorded the undercarriage/wheel areas, as well as other issues, which made it easy for me to view at home and decide on options. Ron has always provided outstanding service in a timely manner, and has kept my Corvette running strong at a very reasonable cost for years!

We highly recommend Ron without reservations. Besides being trustworthy and dependable, he and his staff are very professional and take the time to discuss everything with you so that there are no "surprises". Their work is efficient and excellent. Recently Ron helped us buy a car for our daughter by suggesting the most reliable to look for and then inspected our choices and advised us which one to buy. We are very grateful.

I have been very pleased with my service at Ron Catt's. I have confidence that my car is being maintained to last a long time. If things need to be done, he gives me pictures of the problems. His prices are reasonable and he makes a great cup of coffee.
