Wow. I m actually blown away. Small slender details that wrap around the car (and are hard to get to) were blacked out with vinyl. Absolutely no evidence of previous color, especially in the hard to reach crevices where the narrow pieces fold into the car. Turned out better than I could have imagined. Basically perfect. Thanks guys appreciate the hard work that went into making it happen.Great operation from front office to back. Friendly, organized, professional.

Overdue review but Rhino does it the best. I love bringing my cars here. The service is spot on and the tinting is immaculate. Alex and Luis always makes sure that everything is perfect. Really appreciate the attention to detail (pun intended lol).

Rhino helped me with my chrome delete, blacking out the badge and wrapping the grill. Alex was very helpful on the phone and Brianna was friendly throughout the process. Everything went smooth and the end result is exactly what I wanted! They are professionals and I m very satisfied.

Wonderful work on my Tesla M3. They did some custom work and some favors as well, installing some lit sills for my car. When you walk in they have their awards displayed and all their products which there's a ton--I'm not much of a car guy but they have everything to detail your vehicle to the extreme. I'll be going back to get my windows tinted.

Rhino Films and Detailing went over and above to install a racing stripe on my roadster. The end result was beautiful. Excellent job and couldn't be any happier. Great service from the owner Alex, to the detailer Louis, and support staff Bri & Breanba kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Rhino for your film wrap work or detailing. I have a 3 month old baby with extremely fair skin so I urgently searched to have my Jeep Rubicon tinted. My friend suggested Rhino Films & Detailing and that they are #1 in SoCal so I went ahead and got it done here. It was worth the crazy drive from Pasadena to Huntington Beach. Staff was friendly and welcoming and Alex the owner went above and beyond to ensure a 5 star experience for me. Quality of my tint is great and now I'm able to drive without worrying that my daughter will get burned or get sun spots on my face. If I had one word to describe this place I would say EXCELLENCE.Service: Window tinting

Picked my car up at 5pm on 03/04/22 from an all window XPEL tint job, and unfortunately noticed tiny scratches on each tinted window (see photo).Rhino s manager stated it was either lint from new towels used by their crew or that the adhesive applied to the film still has yet to settle, and that in 3 days time, these little scratches should disappear. The attached photo of front windshield was taken right after picking up my car.I ll post another pick in 3 days, hopefully the issue resides by then as was stated by Rhino s team, but just wanted to post my review in case others have similar results.

No car-related service, including PPF (Paint Protection Film), is perfect. I've had my fair share of experiences where shops nickel and dime you and refuse to take responsibility after you've paid. It can be frustrating.However, I recently had a PPF done about a year ago, along with my annual service, at Rhino. Alex and his team were fantastic. They not only did a great job with the in-house material, but they also took full responsibility for any defects and provided warranty work to take care of it. This level of post-customer service truly sets them apart from others and made the experience non-stressful and refreshing.Moving forward, I won't be questioning where to go for car detailing work. Rhino will be my go-to shop. Thank you so much, Rhino Crew, for the outstanding service!

tl;dr first: Trust your car to these guys! Rhino and their team are awesome and took great care of my Porsche with top notch work.I came in from out of town to pick up a new car at the Porsche experience center in LA before taking it on a 2600 mile road trip. Given the price tag on Porsche s paint to sample, I was dead set on getting the full car PPF ed before setting out on the trip. I got my pickup date from Porsche and the first thing I did was book hotels and restaurants for the 2.5 week trip leaving a few day gap for PPF during which I would stay in a hotel in LA before heading out on my trip. Neither the pickup nor the trip timeline could move and I knew doing PPF in the time allotted was going to be tough.After calling 2 places that would need the car for a full 10+ days I called Rhino and explained my situation and that I would be paying for a hotel waiting for my car. They did some checking and said it was a stretch but doable.The day before my pickup Rhino called to confirm my drop off which reassured me the job would get done. The day came to pick up the car, went through the delivery day and immediately after drove the car to Rhino who were ready to go the second I gave them the keys. Looking around the shop you can tell they care about quality. Very clean and tidy plus several of the owners cars are there. Always a great sign when the owner and employees are car people too.Fast forward a few days to Saturday and they have my car perfect and even had time to do the window tint. At this point I m thrilled that I ll be protected on my trip! They told me that some edges might lift since I was taking the car before the adhesive had time to cure and to bring the car back after my trip for a touch up. We scheduled that and I was off.Fast forward an incredible worry free 2600 miles including several miles of gravel road and the car looks perfect, almost all the edges stayed down and not a scratch on that new paint. I bring my car back to Rhino for the follow up and they re-adhered the few edges that had lifted in a couple gaps which happens on almost any PPF job, especially if you don t let the shop have enough time to keep the car while the film sets!This team cares about their customers, the cars, and most importantly the quality of their work. I d bring any of my cars back to Rhino if I lived in LA and 100% will if I buy another there. Really above and beyond. Thank you to the whole team at Rhino and especially Bri and Alex!As to the quality of work, I opted to keep the car together (not remove bumpers, panels, etc) and the seamless work regardless of this restriction is really superb. I d had a bad experience with another installer on a previous car with gaps on edges and with Rhino I really have to look hard to find any edges as they re all wrapped masterfully. Top notch.Services: Sun control window tinting, Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Brakes, Paint protection, Window tinting

First of all if you re thinking about having a project done by these guys then you should definitely not worry because they can handle it. I had my Z06 fully wrapped in Inozetek by them. Being a challenging wrap to work with, they were completely and overly capable. After a car is wrapped sometimes it needs some adjustments, and they happy to make any to the wrap that I needed. Furthermore, I was washing my wrap and had a slight mishap. No worries though because I have rhino on speed dial. Seriously guys thank you! Luis, Alex, and Bri up front plus many more that were hard at work and I never got the chance to meet, you guys make an amazing team.Services: Full body wash, Tires, Exhaust tip polishing, Clay bar treatment, Wheel washing, Paint protection, Car waxing

I took my car in to Rhino to have an old wrap removed. They did an excellent job at not only getting the wrap off, but that adhesive used as well.I will be getting a new wrap put back on here at Rhino as soon as possible.The entire staff was great! and would have no problem highly recommending Rhino Films & Detailing.

I used to have Rhino Detailing work on my vehicles 10+ years ago when they were a brand new company. I was always beyond satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail Alex and the guys do just recently brought my 2020 Ford raptor in for a full ceramic coating. Truck looks beyond amazing and now that I m back in the area I will be bringing my other vehicles to them. I can guarantee you will not find any other auto detailer in Southern California that does better work. Hands down will refer Rhino Detailing to any looking to have top notch high quality work to their ride.Services: Auto detailing, Paint protection

Customer service was really good, but was told immediately that I need the $500 package on a new car to get it clean. I chose not to and did the $189 package. He called and told me he washed it, but couldn t polish it because of all the contamination. So, I paid $189 for a car wash. Plus, they charge me $55 to remove two badges. What a waste of money. I could have taken it to a normal car wash and got as good a cleaning for $80. What a rip off!!!Update, Alex contacted me and listened to my concerns and made it right. He was very concerned with my issues and worked hard to make them right. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a good auto detail.

They handle all cars with care. Was returned with a great final product. Sabrina was awesome, had a great conversation and she walked me through the process extremely well. I d highly recommend for high end cars, if you have trust issues this is your spot.

Great people here at Rhino Customs. Very helpful, informative and willing to work with your automotive needs especially in their specialty of detailing, clear coating and tinting (and more; ask to see if they do it). My husband and I are returning customers after they did an excellent job on his Tundra a few years ago. This time there were some major miscommunication issues, but Alex then reached out to me and made sure I was taken care of asap. Rhino Film & Detailing has always done excellent work and that's why I have continued going to them and have referred friends to them.

This is the spot to bring your car for the perfect tint, detailing, vinyl wrapping, and PPF! I've been bringing to cars to Alex and his crew for the past few years, including my wife's cars. I can always trust Alex to take care of my car flawlessly. This time around, I got CXP tint all around, vinyl roof wrap, and full frontal PPF. I cannot recommend this place enough! The best part is that all the staff and crews are real friendly and take a good care of you!

I've always had a great experience here. This is by far the best shop in Orange County. Sometimes they are booked up to a week or two in advance, but for the amount of effort and care they bout in your car, it is definitely worth the wait.

Alex is the owner and he is very hands on. I have to admit, that I want to go in there to just interact with him at time. ONe of the nicest guys and he is so incredibly knowledgeable.I have had my car opti-coated there and you can see from the photos they take a lot of precautions. Car is stunning and so shiny all the time. The key to Opti Coat is the prep work and color correction that goes on before hand. Rhino gave me a heck of a deal on the color correction as OPti Coat pricing is set by the manufacturer and the manufacturer keeps raising the minimum sell price forcing these detailers to sell at a certain price.I have also had my cars tinted here and they do a very careful job and take a lot of pride in their work.I have had my wheels Opticoated and various items vinyl wrapped. I have had pieces plasti dipped as they offer those services and well as Laminix film applied to portions of my car. I have also used them for ding removal.They use the highest quality products and equipment on your carI can not speak more highly of this establishment

My 2003 Porsche Carrera 4 has never looked so good ...The circles are gone and the shine is blinding, I Love it ... When I run my hand over the finish it's like silk, so smooth, Unbelievable !I never knew a car could be like silk ...My wheels like new ! and.... The leather, WOW ! Beautiful !Remember the days when you had service, treated with respect ? Well, you not only have that but you get the highest quality products and workmanship I've ever come across. What an outstanding company, they have that good American Pride ... Wonderful !

No clue if they do a good job... I asked for a quote and they seemed disinterested and bothered.Also described not using water in their process. I had questions but no longer wanted to burden them. I m concerned about dry rubbing dirt into my paint....Good luck rhino

Just got my Ford edge back after a mini detail. This is my second time going here and I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely be going here in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a great detail.
