Demitreus "D" Stelly is your man for it. I'm on my third Forester and he's been my mechanic the entire time. From rebuilding my motor and installing upgraded parts on my '99 to regular maintenance on my '06 to installing most all of my bolt-on performance an suspension parts on my '15 XT. I don't know what I would have done when we ran into trouble installing my J-PIPE without his knowledge and skills! He custom fabricated the mounts for my front lower mounted oil and transmission cooler on the fly!
