Sara provided excellent customer service and helped me identify possible issues with my vehicle stemming from a check engine light. Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning here whenever I need parts in the future!

The advice from the the friendly staff behind the counter is unmatched when trying to save money. I'm grateful to have access to them and the well stocked shelves so close to my home. A pick of my grandsons wagon just for kicks.

I did not know what part I was going to need. But after talking to them they helped me determine whither it was the battery or the alternator. They tested both and in this case both went bad. But the battery was under warranty..

Very helpful staff, watched one guy help a senior fully install a new battery.I ordered a bunch of parts online and it was a messy affair overall (some qty got cancelled randomly). But call in and ask them to sort it out and it's all good. great communication. they will bring stuff between stores within a day or two which is great if you're not in a rush.the wait can get a little long though, unfortunately.

Eddy was great! It seems like customer service has gone out the window these days, but not with this guy! Old school friendly and fast! Thank you for helping me get my power booster fixed on a classic 1956 ford f100. Eddy s better than the Internet he has all the answers thank you Fast Eddy!

I was looking for a battery for my key fob. They were very quick in helping me find the right battery to replace it. They put on my windshield wipers because they were challenging for me. Very helpful and courtaeous. Easy to help find headlight and taillight bulb replacement

Although they are short for associate they can still handle THeir customers. I went there to buy a wiper blades this guy helped me i didn't get his name he has a mustache .this is the second store i went too and they did a good job!!! FYI the other store was in 1350 long beach Blvd long beach ca is the other store i mentioned i got batt and they put it on for me no waiting time.

Came here because my battery died. Spoke with Eric who was absolutely amazing!!! He found the right battery and installed it in 3 minutes!He made me feel like a valued customer and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.It s nice to know there are employees that still care about their work ethic and customer.

I have an old Toyota, only one owner before me and I don t think they changed the rear window wiper since 2008. I realize the is every time it rains, but because it s old they would have to do a special order for it and in total be like 30-50 bucks and as a college student I d rather spend that money on the air conditioning then the back wiper. So after having the car for 3 years I went in and asked for help and Ryan explained that because it s old and it s a weird one they don t just have them in stock. But they took a look at it as the rubber was shredded and falling off, then went inside typed on the computer went in the back and got a packaged one and replace the rubber only! Had me test it out and it s amazing! I thought I would have to come back in a week and pay a lot but instead I only had to pay like 3 bucks! And I was in and out in 20 minutes tops! Amazing highly recommend! Ryan knows what they are doing and are very nice in explaining to someone who knows nothing about cars! Give Ryan a raise or bonus!!! They deserve it!

Shawn is the man! Came to get wiper blades thinking I'll just swap em when I get home. But Shawn went out of his way to go outside and swap out mine and another customer's blades in about 5 mins! Left with my new blades installed! Thanks Shawn!

I go to this particular store often for parts and I always get fantastic service. They have a wonderful staff especially Paul, who took a lot of time to do research on parts with me while in the store so I knew what I would need to get. Keep up the good work!

After being kick out of the costa mesa store, by the masking police Brian. I'm glad to say, that the supervisor took care of me. Joe the manager was very help and friendly. Helped me change out my battery, as I am a disabled vet. Thanks Joe this man needs a raise in my eyes for his customer care.

My dealership did not have the battery I needed in stock so went to O'Reilly. Staff was friendly, and professional. Had the battery in stock and Eric installed it. After the morning I had this was such a relief! Thanks, O'Reilly!

Amanda Carpenter is the best sales associate I have ever seen at this store! She is more than helpful with whatever it is you need. Willing to come look at your car in a heartbeat, and Very Well Knows her way around cars and their functions. Most knowledgeable PERSON I've seen in automotive in a long time... And she's a Woman!!! What an asset to the company!!

Great!Quick and easy finding the part I needed, sales associate 'Steve' was on top of it. Helped me find what I needed, answered all and any questions I had. And then even installed the part for me at the store location. Great Service! Definitely will go to this auto part store again!

They were busy behind the counter and I was myself as well. Then I was quickly helped from Eddie, who appeared from nowhere and helped me to get my few things and I was out of the line and I was out of the door before I had just been wondering how much time it would take and suddenly I was going to my car.Thank you for your time to help me out Eddie !

Pretty good customer service. Have a selection of parts. And is better than? I usually deal with. And the staff is. More knowledgeable and willing to. Get you the product if they don't have in stock.
