I had a great customer service experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach, and I had a great time being helped by Mike Tran. This was my first time buying a car, and he made the process clear, easy to understand, and efficient.Before we even came in, the staff at Norm Reeves were super helpful through phone. They answered all my questions and clearly listed out everything I needed to prepare before going.I came in late into the day, and my visit was nearing their closing. hours. Yet, the staff were still happy to help me out and resolved any confusion I had through each step of the process. They were happy to help!I'm extremely happy with our purchase and so grateful to Mike. This was a nice first car experience!

I bought my 2023 Honda Pilot summer time last year. Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident. But the reason for my review is because they do not have any part in stock to fix my Pilot. They keep saying they are in backorder with no eta from my Honda dealer. It has been 5 weeks with no updates. It could be months. At this time I am paying Honda for a car that they cannot fix.I would not recommend buying a Honda based on my experience. Buy a Toyota or something else instead. I had a Lexus for many years and never had issues such is this.

Buying a new car can be a pretty unpleasant experience even for the toughest folks, but I'm happy to report that the process was painless and actually great at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach-- and that's in no small part due to our awesome sales rep, Mason Nguyen.Before we even came in, Mason was super helpful via email. More importantly though: he was honest. Straight away, it was clear that Mason was someone we could trust and work with without all the usual car sales stress.After spending months looking for the right new car, it turned out it was right up the road from us. Norm Reeves Honda had the best pricing, but also service-- and trust me, we got quotes from all over the west coast. I'm extremely happy with our purchase and so grateful to Mason especially. What an all around awesome car buying experience!

Staff was friendly and experience was smooth. My only issues were that the whole session was very long (1pm to 6:30pm) and although no fault of the dealership and more the manufacturer, few issues with the actual car. Loose backside spoil panel, a nasty small cut on the steering wheel, rubber molding issues and strange popping sounds under the car. Still give them five stars because this issues are not due to dealership really. Service center has been addressing most of these and that has been a smooth process!

I had an excellent experience working with Samuel. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and never once made me feel pressured. My experience with Samuel was awesome! I bought the Accord Sport, and I just couldn't resist all the cool stuff he suggested. Samuel made sure I understood everything and didn't rush through any explanations.What really stood out was how Samuel made me feel comfortable. He offered some extra goodies and explained them without any pushy sales tactics. It was hard to say no because he made them sound so good!The test drive with Samuel was a blast. He let me really get a feel for the Accord Sport and patiently answered all my questions. His excitement about the car was infectious, and it made me confident in my decision.In a nutshell, Samuel made buying a car fun and stress-free. We called ahead of time and he seemed really eager to help buy my first car. He was extremely friendly and since I was the buyer he was asking me questions and not the people who came with me. I wanted to test drive multiple cars and he was happy to let me test drive every single model I wanted to try. He wasn't pushy when we were making a deal. He was willing to negotiate and listen to our concerns. This was a great first time buyer experience! I love my new car!

We had great experience and services in looking for a new Honda SUV. The sales person Mason Nyugen had been very helpful during the selective, test drive to price discussion. Mason is knowledgeable about the Honda CR-Vs, courteous, and professional during the entire process. Just purchased a 2024 Honda car from HB store, great experience! I worked with Mike Tran and he is very kind, friendly and helpful. I only shopped car for days, was expecting taking longer time to find a good deal, but Mike gave me a very good price and I decided to get it right away. I able to purchase my first car with the help of Jesse Garcia. From the start we knew what we wanted and worked out a great deal with him. He gave us great customer service and hospitality. Every little detail about the car was known thanks to him. I drove off the lot with extremely happy. He even got my sisters partner to purchase a second vehicle. We will definitely be coming back for his service in a couple months for now for another vehicle.

I found a Honda CRV on their website I wanted, reached out to the sales team on the phone and talked to Mike Momoli and was able to get an excellent out the door price agreed upon over the phone as I had a tight deadline to purchase a vehicle. Was in and out the next day at the dealer and able to purchase my vehicle. Amazing service by all the staff thank you all.

I love Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. I have had two vehicles appraised and they were always will to give top dollar and even beat competitors. Ivan the manager is incredible! Process is always great and super friendly. They take care of business! Ivan the manager is incredible! Cool guy who takes care of his staff and customers! Barry is an awesome Internet consultant! Jakoby was the sales representative that helped me get into my new 2024 Honda Accord Touring. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, & made the process very painless. One of the managers Hunter also explained the difference between leasing and financing and broke the numbers down really well for me. Luis also made signing super simple and straightforward. I was recently in the market to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and found a few options with Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday evening and by Monday morning received a call back from Samuel Martinez. Needless to say Samuel was professional, kind, patient, helpful and worked diligently to make sure I had the best car buying experience possible before EVEN ENTERING the dealership! He was communicative, calm, knowledgeable, receptive and facilitative to my parameters and requests. I couldn t have dreamt of a better buying experience and representative with Samuel and Norm Reeves Huntington Beach! Purchases a CR-V Hybrid last week and had a great experience. Car dealerships and car salesmen don't have the greatest reputations, but Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach and our Sales Representative Marcus Hairston are not the norm. If you need to buy a car, used or new, you can trust Marcus and Norm Reeves. I cannot more highly recommend them!

First time buyer here, they were kind but they pushed me into adding GAP insurance onto my bill TWICE. And initially tried to raise the bill +$4,700 for bogus features, but I was able to knock those off.A finance manager also pressured my sale to close at the end. Quoting if I can get this number, then will I have your sale right now? and What number do I need to get you to sign, today. I went through with it because I was tired and the sound of never having to deal with these folks again was wonderful as I plan to keep my car until it dies.I mentioned I previously went to HondaWorld in Westminster and this Norman Reeves team had contacted them (without my permission or knowledge) to talk about my sale. I realized this through continued conversation over my sale through the different salesmen.Working with car dealerships, no matter where you go, is an uncomfortable experience of humans reading and studying you with only ulterior motives.For something that our world is current built around, humans should be better.At the end of the day, I should have kept my buisness private and if you have support systems to help you do that you should too.Additionally for market information, I was able to get a 8.99% financing interest rate on a 2017 car :) for 72 months!

My car unexpectedly died on me and I was in the market for a car a lot sooner than I had planned. I came into Norm Reeves Honda Superstore and was helped by Bashar Qasem. He was very genuine throughout our interactions and it always felt like my best interest was in mind. As a first time buyer, I was worried about going into a car dealership due to all of the stories I'm sure everyone has heard about buying cars. There were no hidden fees and he was up front with me about all costs, and I never felt like I was being decepted. This was my first experience with a new car purchase and it could not have gone better. Thank you Bashar, and thank you Honda!Again, 10/10 experience and I could not be happier.

Just a little background, we're looking for a used car with fairly low mileage. I knew exactly which car to look at before going to the dealership. When we got to Norm Reeves Honda I was greeted by one of their employees. After a brief exchange of words. He said that we can't buy a car in the dealership with a budget of 25k. He also mentioned that they didn't have the cars we're looking for, which wasn't true. He pointed us to the used car section and seemed to have lost interest. We thanked him for his time and proceeded to look at the 2 cars we came for.We honestly didn't want to go inside and ask another employee for help after our first encounter. We were ready to walk out since there were other options nearby. Luckily Samuel Martinez came out to make sure if everything was ok. He's professional, courteous, and respectful. The used car came with a broken sun roof. Samuel made arrangements to get it fixed for us. He also worked with us with the pricing and gave us a substantial discount. We also showed up there 30m before they closed. The whole branch stayed with us till we finished the transaction. It was 9:30pm by the time we finished the transaction (they closed at 8:00pm that day). The service team detailed the car we purchased. I was impressed by their commitment to make sure that we were happy with our purchase.Not all of their employees provide the same level of service. Especially if you're out there looking for used cars. If you ever come across Samuel Martinez make sure to speak to him and give him a chance, you won't regret it. Thanks for being the best Samuel.

They are all great service technicians and service front desk. I ve had a problem with my display it was always giving me distortions. It wouldn t play the music from my iPhone and when I went to another dealership where I bought my car, they said there was nothing wrong Honda with Tony Lagos Took my car in and they reset it. They did everything to try to make it cause even the back up camera wasn t working and they fixed it. I ve not had any problems since they have done what they did to fix my car. I don t care for all the technical Technology that they had to do to the car. I just want the car fix I am an elderly disabled person and I am a great great grandmother. It took 6 1/2 years to get this fixed because the other dealership just refused to believe it so I will remain at this Honda dealership in Huntington Beach and already told my great grandson who will get my car or something happens to me. He must continue to go there and see Tony, my service representative
