BUYER BEWARE!!! DON T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! These guys just might win the award for the most unprofessional/incompetent people I ve dealt with. I reached out to this company and spoke with JR. spent quite a while explaining a lot of technical details about all issues Im having with my vehicle & ultimately made a same-day appointment for him to come out & diagnose my vehicle. Well, the guy was a no-show & after waiting over an hour past our appointment time and several attempts to call, I was told they were too busy and needed to reschedule. So we made another appointment for the following morning and once again the guy was a no call no show. After several attempts, I finally got a hold of JR and when I expressed that I was s little frustrated because I felt my time wasn't being respected, he hangs up on me mid-conversation. How hard is it to make a simple phone call or send a quick text message to show a little respect for someone s time? It s apparently extremely difficult for these jokers..

I will admit I was skeptical at first, but the AMAZING service blew my mind!!! My husband and I share a car, so when it broke down, I was stressing about towing the car to a shop and how long it would take for repairs. Not to mention, how expensive things can get. Mobile Mechanic HB to the rescue!!! Juan and team came out to the apartment and right off the bat, were super honest and informative about what could potentially be going on...coil, throttle issues, oil change needed, filter, etc. He advised of the options and provided a quote...a super affordable quote!!! He was able to take my car back to his physical shop (one of the options) and bring it back running better than it has in years. No added charge surprises and everything was done within 3 hrs!!! The convenience, the quality, and the excellent customer service has earned them a loyal customer for sure!!! Invoice was itemized for visibility of services performed and work/parts guaranteed for a year. Thank you to Juan and team for creating such a pleasant experience out of a stressful situation

I was a little skeptical about calling at first, due to the lack of reviews, but I was more than happy with the results. The alternator on my car went bad and my battery wouldn t hold a charge. The mechanic showed up less than an hour after I called and was finished with my car in a few hours. I felt like the price of parts plus labor were reasonably priced...I didn t feel like I was being ripped off. The whole experience was very painless, and I will be using them again in the future. 10/10Service: Electrical

disappointed that he charges a $40 "diagnostic fee" & also $100 to actually "go mobile" (ie come to you)
