Had an emergency tow into HB Midas. Henry & Terry were incredibly helpful, fast and professional. They worked with me to fix an issue from another repair shop and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Highly recommend this Midas! Thanks so much.

The oil change was very reasonably priced.I also received recommendations for future auto service. I really appreciate knowing my brake pads on the rear axle were near the end of life and needed to be replaced very soon.Later, after returning home, I thought about what a win-win it was to have such a thorough inspection of my car. I was alerted to important services needed and Midas created future work.This is the advantage you have over quick oil change shops that just rush a car in and out. I feel like I have a partner helping me maintain my car. Thanks!

I've never had a bad experience here. Today they squeezed me in for an oil change and gave my car a good once over and made only the most needed recommendations. This is why I keep coming back! Thank you, Terry and team!

My experience has always been very positive. The staff and mechanics are very friendly. They have been very efficient and thankfully they get things done quickly, so glad I wasn't having to wait very long.They did fix my car for a very good price and i was pleased with the results. I got a new Alternator and water pump as well as tire rotation and oil change.Thank goodness I didn't have to go back because they did it right the first time. I highly suggest you go to this Midas cuz Terry is not only professional but he is easy on the eyes.... lol I've had a very good experience to say the least. I would happily go back there again!!

Midas Huntington Beach went out of their way to diagnose and repair a squeaky wheel that started while we were visiting in town. We have taken our vehicles there several times over the years and have found that Terry and the staff are very helpful, honest and fair. They beat other shop s prices and can usually fit us in quickly.That s why we went back this time. They repaired the problem free of charge. That s pretty awesome service!!I highly recommend Midas Huntington Beach. I m so glad I went there for an oil change a few years ago and discovered that they can handle all repairs with good prices and friendly and straightforward service.

I was visiting relatives in Costa Mesa & Newport Beach, and my car started overheating. On a Saturday, everyone was closing up at 2/4 p.m., except Midas. I called first and was told to come in. Terry checked my van, and Craig told me the bad news. I asked if they could do something that would help me drive home 2 hours a way. Craig said they would top off the Radiator and I should be ok. Just keep an eye on the temperature.I made it home, and the Hot/Cold dial didn't move a bit.Midas didn't charge me anything, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.Thank you,Terry & Craig & MidasMuch Appreciated

I recently visited Midas Auto in Huntington Beach and had an exceptional experience with Henry. His expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. He patiently listened to my concerns, thoroughly inspected my vehicle, and explained the repair process with professionalism. Henry's excellent customer service kept me informed throughout the process, and the repairs were completed promptly. The technicians did a fantastic job, and my car now runs smoothly. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Henry and the team at Midas Auto for their exceptional service and expertise. I will definitely be returning for future automotive needs.

Frequenting this Midas for the last 3 years. Terry is the man ! He s been here every time. I think he lives in the office or teleports here everyday. Hopefully the higher ups at Midas will bless him with an all expense paid surf trip to Costa RicaAnywaysThey are very thorough and provide friendly service!And went above and beyondThanks Midas HB!

I have had several of my cars at this shop and have been more than satisfied with the service they provided. They will tell you what needs to be done , what can wait and no worries they will upsell you on unnecessary repairs.

My experience with the Midas team in Huntington Beach was exceptional. They were kind, efficient, helpful and diligent in helping my fix my car on the spot despite being busy on a late Saturday afternoon.Terry the store manager is running a great ship. He listens, emphasizes, organizes, delegates, assists and cares! If you are looking for a garage that is honest - I highly advise stopping by with your car. After my interaction with this garage next time my car needs something, I will bring it to Midas Huntington Beach.

m so glad I found Midas! I was going to the same mechanic for years and their prices kept going up and wasn t sure if they were honest with me. Once I walked in here and met Henry, he ended up being an old family friend, and that s always a good sign. And they ve been nothing but helpful, honest and have great prices, which is so important these days. Highly recommend you check them out!

Been coming to this Midas for years for my oil changes. They ve always been great, quick, and have some of the best prices for an oil change in the area. They ve never pushed me to get something done they recommend, and have even advised to do some things on my own (filters, wipers) to save some money. As a woman, I super appreciate that, and that they don t try to jerk me around. It s those things that keep me coming back, on top of the friendly customer service. Def recommend them for oil changes (since that s all I ve had done there this far, it s all I can speak to) and if you re a woman know you can go here and get treated with respect and not be jerked around and told things need to be done that don t.Thanks to the team at the HB location for always being great!Service: Oil change

I don't usually write reviews, but as someone who is always looking for a great and reliable place to bring my car, I need to rave how Midas went over and above. I didn't have an appointment so I prepared to leave my car with them just in case for an oil change. They were able to fit my oil change in between other appointments and it was done by the end of the day. While they did find something that needed to be replaced, they got me a quick quote and received the part the following day and completed it that day. They also stayed at the shop late so I could pick up my car after a long work day. Over and above customer service in my book. Highly recommend going here!

Complete wheels alignment done at Midas in Huntington Beach. Very positive experience. Instead waiting, walk around get some exercise. Professional, friendly and down to earth staff. Most importantly, they did the job done right. Mechanic is outstanding and very detail with the work. Thank you.

My son s car had trouble starting. We assumed there was a problem with the alternator, the starter, or the battery.At Midas on Edinger in Tustin we were greeted warmly and seen right away.The battery was tested again and again. It was less than a year old, and still viable, but somehow it couldn t help start the vehicle. When a new battery was hooked up voila! the car started perfectly.We like and trust Midas: they could have given us any story about our car - and it s likely we would have believed it - and paid for the repair.We were, however, part of the diagnostic process, and therefore felt empowered when it came time to decide how to repair it. We chose to install a new battery. The car has been butter ever since!Knowing that Midas guarantees their work gives us peace of mind, as well.Say goodbye to the dealer forever!

Great service. They have gone out of their way on two different occasions to help me with a tire situation. Over the last 3 days I have visited seven different tire locations that were unable to assist me due to either a lack of workers or being overwhelmed. While Midas was still busy, they took the time to help

I called to make an appointment today they were able to get me in within two hours which was perfect. Tim s customer service was amazing, very friendly and upfront with what is needed on the car. Kevin fully checked my car for me and was quick with oil change and brake flush. I will definately continue to come back to this location to get work done on my Chevy cruise.

Pat was our hero today! We came in from out of town and had a rental. The rental car company was going to have us wait two hours for roadside assistance. My husband tried to change the tire, the jack broke bc it was so cheap. We were like .2 from Midas and rolled there. Pat fixed everything in about 15 minutes! Thank you thank you! We had a 6 month old and thee yr old in the car.

Went in for a oil change. They called saying I needed a new water pump, thermostat and timing chain. $2900 estimate. They said my vehicle which had no symptoms of a problem before dropping it off was not drivable due to the issues. I asked them to hold on and let me do some research before performing any work, including the oil change. Called an hour later after being quoted the work for $1200 elsewhere. They said oh we already did the oil change. I showed up to find my vehicle with a very small leak coming from the water pump. I drove it 375 miles to my mechanic who fixed everything and gave me another oil change within the $1200 because there was no way to not need another oil change with the work performed. I would not recommend Midas. They are not honest and are very expensive.

Due to unpleasant experiences with mechanics, I have always been skeptical when giving my trust to any of them, but the guys who work here are truly an honest group of individuals. I've been coming to them for about 1 year and a half and have never had a problem or felt they are trying to pull more money out of me. Thank you guys for your honest and hard work.
