I've been looking into getting an aftermarket infotainment system to replace the radio in my car for quite some time now. I shopped around and found this place to have the best prices by far. They don't seem to mark product prices up but do charge a bit more for labor, which I'm happy to pay a fair price for. Overall, the install took about 1.5 hours and everything was setup as I wanted. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

Metro had to replace my entire original system in my 2007 SC 430...they did an excellent job...backup camera for the first time, new GPS, a car phone system that now works fine!!...great new Alpine radio...great people to work with...you can trust Mo and his group...I heartily recommend them!

Been coming to metro sound for years. Ive always had a great experience working with moe. He has given me good deals since day 1. Back then i would purchase items and install them myself. Now that i have more work and less time on my hands, i had him install everything for me. Never had a bad experience here.

Recently bought my new vehicle over to the guys down at Metro. Met Moe, who was very polite and knowledgeable on what system best fit the desired quality of sound I was in the market for. The guys took great care of my car while installing and did a very clean and professional installation. I highly recommend going here first to get your system installed. Another added bonus is the financing options available here as well.

Had my E55 in for a complete upgrade. Moe and his guys are super Knowledgeable. They made sure my vehicle left sounding the best that it could. They also were able to take care of the tint for me while the car was there, saving me a trip to another shop. Will definitely use this shop for the rest of my vehicles. 10/10!!

Thank you Mo and your team did a great Job. I have been taking my vehicles to him since 2017I just Recently took my infiniti g35 sedan to him and he hooked it up with a 12 P3 sub all new speakers and brand new Pioneer touch screen. Super happy ! Thanks Mo

Moe at Metro Sound has beyond wonderful. I installed an amp in my car that busted my speakers. Went to him last moment and as busy as he is he found the time to not only help me in a timely manner but also delivered amazing customer service. I would recommend Moe and his shop Metro Sounds 100 times over.

Moe and his pops hooked it up on my work truck. Full nav., touch screen Kenwood, backup camera, sub woofer, surround speakers, amp amd top of the line alarm. Better price than the guys down Beach Blvd.

Shady liars. I live in the local neighborhood and brought my car in because it was having some audio issues and they told me they could take a look at it over the phone - they asked me to come in later that day at 3pm, and when I did they finally told me they were full for the day and I had to wait until the following morning, which wasnt a problem at all.The main guy Moe told me for the inconvenience and because I'm a neighbor they would take a look at it and test the audio at no charge. I bring my car back later, they take a look at it and tell me they cant fix it but if I get the part they can install - again, still no problem. it's understandable.I arrive to pick up my car and they charge me $75 for testing the speakers after telling me they would run the test at no charge. Horrible experience. $75 for nothing. I already knew it wasnt working, they charge me $75 to tell me something I already knew and the reason I was there.

Metro Sound by far is one of the best places to go for car audio. Mo is such a cool and down to earth person and his father Sal is very nice. Mo will work one on one with you to help you and has lots of product knowledge. The guys in the Instalation dept is out of this world. Mo your the man and my main source for car audio.Thanks again.

Great guys! The owners are very nice and Frankie, Mo, and the guys really know Thier stuff and do a great install! They have done no less than 10 cars for me over the last 10 years and the results always turns out great. When I have an issue they are always patient, honest and gracious in correcting it right away. Most importantly they are cost conscious and will give you any quality system you desire...and Frankie does awesome custom work!

I am a small business owner here in Orange county. I know what great customer service is and how important it is. I have dealt with Metro auto sound numerous times. It has always been a pleasure working with them. In particular Moe hes been great and always provides competitive prices. I highly recommend this business. I cant say enough good things about them thank you Metro sound.

Major shout out to Sal and Mo for taking care of my daughter's van. Door lock actuators were going out. Took it to a competitor in town, who really did not know what they were doing and put in an incompatible part which, I believe, in turn caused the other 3 actuators to go out within 45 days. My regular mechanic referred me to Metro Sound. Took the van to them and Mo had his guys take off all of the door panels to see what was going on, and showed me how it was hooked up. He did not even charge me for this service! He then ordered the correct replacement parts for me and installed them the following week and works perfect. Now I am taking another one of our cars there to also replace a bad actuator. Thanks again!

Amazing customer service! I came to these guys about my radio that was making a spontaneous, extremely loud sound that wouldn t go away unless I turned the car off. The guys at metro sound took their time to run a full diagnostic on my stereo system, and gave me a cheaper estimate than the dealership. I decided to change out the stereo instead, so they gave me a bunch of different price points and walked me through each system, their perks/differences, etc. so I could make the decision on what worked best for me. The price for the stereo and installation was great and they got it done the same day! I went back to get my windows tinted and got the same great service and care and my windows look great. I love these guys and cannot recommend enough!Edit: I went back about a year after my stereo was replaced because of a small glitch between the volume control on the steering wheel (volume up was going down and vice versa), which started happening out of nowhere. I dropped by without an appointment and they took a look at it and fixed it right away, free of charge :)

Julio did an outstanding work on my Harley. He promised that he would take care of my bike and made sure I was feeling at ease because my bike was recently purchased without any audio. He suggested on several models and I finally decide on one which was highly recommend by Julio. Now my bike looks gorgeous.

Love this place because of Julio! Since day one he has helped me out and always resolves any problems I have with my speakers or audio systems not working . From my motorhome to my car .. also got my tint here , usually go to tint pros in the past but why pay double the price when u can come to metro sound for the same thing. I highly recommend this place and when u come in ask for Julio! You'll thank me later!

Well I was very disappointed i had a appointment to have my truck windows tintedOn my truck showed up took time off work the tint guy didn't show up then I refured my friend also that day also to have his truck done and they canceled on him too . I know its not the owners fault and he was upset too as I've had them do work for me in the past and the work was excellent, I get it its hard to find good reliable help so I feel for the ownerBut this day was a bad day for all involved.

Not even one star this place deserves, from the moment I walked in this place I had feeling that the owner SAL is not an honest person,I stop by this location because it's near my house and I had problem with my car remote control, SaL recommended that to change the battery on the remote which I already did before I stop by for service, so he change the new battery and it still didn't work , then he told me he will charge 75.00$ for labor and 8.00$ for new batteries which I didn't need , and he said it will take 2 hours to fix which I had to leave my truck with him for 2 hours, he called me in an half hour and said the truck is ready. I asked so what was the problem with the remote, he said he doesn't know , and charge me 84.00$ with no explanation what was the problem with my remote,I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO TO DISHONEST THIEVES LIKE THESE PPL, THEY PLAY WITH THE LAW ON HOW TO BE THIEVES AND LOW MENTALITY, RUDE AND THIEF'S YOU ARE (SAL)

They installed my powered subwoofer in my car for the best price of any of the places I got quotes from in the area. Replaced/repaired my wire when it tore, multiple times, for free! Great customer service.

STAY AWAY!Came here to install my amp and subwoofer. About 4 months after installation the sub stopped working. When I took it in the second time they told me that I had bought the wrong amp and that I would need another one. Something they should have told me on the initial install. I bought the new amp. The "professional" installer didn't check any of the settings on the amp before he let me leave. Halfway down the street my JL speaker blew up, literally. Smoke filled my car. When I took it back they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. The owner Sal just kept trying to sell me more stuff to fix the stuff they broke. I don't know how this place stays open doing stuff like this. I will never recommend another person here. They supposedly are a BBB business but I couldn't find them online. I'm going to keep searching. People shouldn't have to deal with stuff like this when paying "professionals".

I had Metro Sound install speakers and an amp in my SUV. They installed everything except the rear 4" speakers. They supposedly been on order for the last couple of weeks. I call B.S. lesson learned. Never pay for everything up front. I will change my review if this ever changes. I advise going somewhere else!

In what seems to be a dying breed there is Metro sound. These guys know their stuff.Awesome place! They are really friendly and know what they are doing. I tried to replace my radio myself and it was a long disaster, so I brought in my torn-apart car and all my parts and they installed it all for me in about 45 minutes. Two people who both knew everything they could know about installing car audio worked on it so it went really quickly.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for ANY car audio help I need! t. They under-promise and over-deliver

My Alarm started to die out on me , took it to Metro sound and got a new one. I was able to go in and have it Installed the same day. They were all super nice! And the price was the best I had found. I am very happy.

Quick, efficient and affordable! I had planned to get our daughter s speakers fixed in Az where we lived but didn t need to because of these guys. Highly recommend!!

Very good experiance. Julio the installer did a professional job took the time to do it right and the salesman brian was great. Good experience I trust the workmanship I would recomend these guys to anyone. Sal the owner is a very nice guy it needed to be hooked up to the auxilary and he got right on it the next day no waiting.
