Whenever I go in, they treat me with respect and kindness. I feel like they give me honest feedback about my car, and they don't pressure me to make a decision right away. My 2015 Forester started to act weirdly, so I took it in. The service advisor,Johann Uy, took his time to answer all my questions and showed me the problems on my car. With his answers, I gained a better understanding of what was going on with my car. Thankfully, the service was covered by the warranty that I didn't know I still have, but Mr. Uy looked it up and saved me $2500.

Normally I love this place, but I tried fitting an oil change in between 2 appointments, with an appointment. I figured 1 1/2 hours was enough tome at 1pm, right after lunch. They said "no". They need at least 1 3/4 hours in case other repairs run long. So had to cancel that day.

Had a scheduled appointment for service. They were supposed to supply a rental from Subaru. Not only did I get passed from one attendant to another. After a 30 min wait. I was told they had no car for me. That I can take a 10+ min ride over to enterprise rental. Which I d also have to wait for them to pick me up. This process would of took an hour at least. I explained to Tony the service manager that they were suppose to have a car ready at my appointment time. I m on a strict schedule and this is unacceptable. Not only am I making a trip up north. The roads conditions are bad. So for my safety I ask would they be putting me in an all wheel car. The answer was no. Big inconvenience and this is for recall they ask me to bring my car in. This Subaru will not get any business from me.

We used to go to Subaru in Torrance and Long Beach for good service but after one time here, there is no need to search further for the BEST SERVICE FOR YOUR SUBARU. Shawn is simply hands-down the best there is if you require top-notch service. There wasn't a question he could not answer, or a rationale he couldn't explain. Shawn has been honest, forthright, and 100% helpful every time we've brought our Subaru in. What a guy, what a service team, definitely makes this dealership shine. Thank you Subaru Hunting Beach! New new Subaru dealership and attached service center is very nice. I had visited this Subaru dealer when it was sharing space with the other dealership and this is definitely a major upgrade.I had an appointment and was seen promptly. My advisor was fantastic, explained everything in detail, gave me an accurate time when I could expect my car back, and even made sure it got washed.I will definitely be coming back here again.

The car wash is absolutely not worth it. They advertise it for free when you buy your car there. We were told that it was gonna take 30-45 minutes, after 45 minutes we asked how much longer it will take we found out that they hadn't started on our car yet and we have to wait another 30-45 minutes. We definitely didn't want to wait 1h 30h minutes for just a car wash so we left with a dirty car and time wasted. I'd rather pay 10$ For a car wash and be done in 15 minutes. Absolutely disappointed and not coming back. Just not worth it.

I just bought the best car ever! From this dealer. Danny Maynor was the man!!! He hooked me up and my car. It is fully equipped and fully loaded. It has everything but the kitchen sink literally. And...I got a year of free parking at Huntington Beach, Free car washes for a year, Starlink, Navigation, I got it all. I'm extremely very very happy with my overall experience there at Huntington Beach Subaru. My dream car is heavenly. I LOVE it!! Thank you DANNY MAYNOR for helping to make my dream car my reality. I couldn't have done it without you. Your the best. I will be referring everyone I know to this dealer.

Tried to say my warranty wasn t valid due to aftermarket parts. Just took my Outback to a different dealer no problems. This dealer has always seemed like they don t want the business. Also not very friendly or helpful unless you are paying them. Just go somewhere else.

After service found my hood was not down all the way.The car wash they used left my engine compartment a mess. Disappointing.
