Couldn't give me an estimate on my car. Told me my car wasn't in there database and to find somebody else. Would not recommend a any shop that clearly does know price their work. 1997 Tahoe rear bumper, wouldn't even look at it.

I highly recommend Marina Auto Body. Car issues are never fun to have to invest in and work your life around but Marina Auto Body made the experience better. They are thorough, have great communication, high quality work and were pleasant to do business with.I have a 2014 Toyota Camry. The previous owner of my vehicle was in a collision that damaged the cars frame, radiator & support, and fans. Unfortunately I was unaware of these damages until there was a leak in my radiator. Although it was upsetting to have to inherit these repairs, I am happy that I went with Marina Auto Body to complete them. Fernando was very thorough about explaining all of the necessary repairs and why they needed to be completed. He kept me updated about additional findings, part deliveries and provided photos which gave me a nice visual since my knowledge of cars is very limited. I appreciated the option to communicate via email too.Also, they cleaned my car! Everything under the hood and my dashboard. I wasn t expecting this and seeing it just made me feel really happy and grateful for their business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Went to Marina Auto Body Huntington Beach per Toyotas recommendation. They did a great job and the people that work there were very nice and helpful with everything. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately this was the third time I had to use Marina Auto Body to repair my Lexus. Fortunately they have been great every time. Their work is excellent and so is their customer service.

I had the worse experience ever at Marina due to extremely bad customer service from Justin Macey! The shop is very un-professional and they even made the repair experience got worse from its messy job. Justin gave me attitude and showed no respect at all during our conversation. Marina should NOT be claimed as one of AAA auto body providers and removed from the list!

They did a perfect job and fast! They even came out and replaced our exploded window so we could continue to use the car until they were able to repair the paint damage. Highly recommend!

You couldn t ask for a better auto body shop. No wonder Toyota uses them as an authorized auto body. They gave me a detailed estimate within a day. They fixed everything couple days before their estimate due date. Bill is an awesome rep who took care of my car. He follows up with you and let s you know how things are going. Super happy with their process and service. I hope I don t get into another accident but if I do, this is the only place I ll be coming. Thanks guys!

I put my car there because their reviews and them being certified shop for connect insurance!initially asked how long does it take time? they said 1 week body and about 1 week or 10 days for electrical since my speaker didn't make sound and hybrid battery need to be checked. fast forward, 8 days later I called and asked for updates, they said they done nothing and it will take 4,5 weeks!my rental was for one month so I go there to take my car and put it somewhere I trust to get it done but when I get the car check engine was on and there was no enough power push the car!I asked them what you done!? "nothing" they took back and checked out and said everything is OK just the battery was dead and need to drive it a while!I drove it a while...next day was dead...tripleAAA...next day dead again...changed battery but the MPG on car was not normal and speakers still have issue beside the fact that shop is clean and at great location I don't know what happened to my car during the time that was there!I don't like people changing their words but unfortunately many shops nowadays are similar. if you find a good, trustable and quick one, at least leave them a good review!

Guy named James D. took good care of my mustang while being repaired here. He would always keep me updated and send me pictures of the status on the car. Gave me proper detail on the collision repair and eta time. Overall satisfied with the service and labor done to my car.

Great staff. Although part took long to come in because it was on back order, staff kept me informed and scheduled me in as soon as part arrived. Completed same day. They even offered to remove adhesive tape that I had put on myself to cover up a broken window. Satisfied

Marina Auto Body team did an excellent job fixing the scratch on my LS500 rear bumper. James was very nice to work with from the time giving estimate, to the time the car was in the shop, until the job was completed. Job was completed quickly and I am happy with the result.

I've had a few cars worked on by Marina and it is always a pleasure. Recently, I had to return with an issue from work they completed back in January. I expected that it would take a few days if not a week to get the repair completed. I called around 8 am was told to bring it in and was back home by 930. Blew me away that they prioritized a return customer and completed the work while I waited. I hope I never need to use their services again, but I won't hesitate to return. Top notch service!

They did a really thorough job following up on a repair that was done a year ago, taking time to fix the issue. Their customer service person Cindy is amazing! Justin was also great and explained everything well. We d definitely recommend them!
