I use rick exclusively on my lexus SUV but after covid he changed. He told me I needed a catalytic converter when all I needed was a o2 sensor. His yard was also cluttered with all types of vehicles that looked like they belong in a trash heap. The two stars is because of his previous service but I wouldn't recommend anybody to him now. Covid change a lot of people and Rick is not the person he once was who took pride in his establishment. Probably took a huge financial hit during covid as people weren't driving.

Trust this shop more than the actual Lexus dealership. He services all my vehicles.

I ve been coming here for several years to get my car serviced but lately their customer service has been declining.Anytime you try to call them to make an appointment the phone will ring and ring and go to voicemail. If the voicemail box isn t full (which a lot of the time it is), I leave a voicemail, it is not returned so I have to keep calling.Another time I asked for my service receipt cause he gave me the wrong account. When I called and asked for it, Rick gave me an email address but it was invalid. Did I bother to call and follow up? No because I knew I wouldn t get them on the phone as previously stated and he didn t feel it important enough the first time when I requested it when he gave me an invalid email.Another time I called and spoke to Rick to schedule an appointment for a Monday morning as per his availability. However when I got there, the shop was closed with no one there. When I call his number it goes straight to voicemail. No call to tell me they weren t gonna be open and no call to say to reschedule.As much as I liked their service before all these issues that have happened in the last few months, I will no longer be coming to them for future services.

First time here (2007 Matrix 119,00 miles). Rick took the time to patiently walk through and explain in detail the various needs for my car, both immediate and longer term maintenance. I never felt rushed and received an honest evaluation that has made me resolve to never taking a car to a dealership for service ever again. I would not hesitate to come to Sarno for all future service. Can't recommend enough.Services: Exhaust, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Rick is the best. Great customer service. I brought him an RX300 to look over. He was honest, and upfront about what he found and advised me on what should be fixed or replaced. If I every get a Lexus or Toyota, I m bringing them to him.

Rick Sarno is the best! Honest, smart, dedicated to service and his profession. I have brought multiple Lexus and Toyota vehicle to Rick for maintenance. He never overcharges me, always delivers, is prompt and courteous. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Had my Toyota Camry serviced. Charges for repairs are lower and reasonable compared to those charged by car dealers.

If you are looking for a place with experts, honesty, responsibility, etc. this is the place. In other places they took money from me and they didn't find the fault. Here they found it quickly and resolved it and the car today is wonderful.. thanks Rick..Si buscas un lugar con expertos, honestidad , responsabilidad,etc. este es el lugar. En otros lugares me sacaron dinero y no encontraron la faya. Aqu� la encontraron r�pido y la resolvieron y el auto hoy es una maravilla.. gracias Rick..
