This place was great. Joey was involved in every step to fulfill his commitments. And he was doing this through a gout flare up, which I can attest is brutal. I just had them do my brakes, which is an easy job, but he got the parts and finished it same dayas he promised. He was up front with his pricing and stuck to it. He lent me his loaner car while I was waiting for him to finish. There are a ton of bays at his shop, so they can do a lot of projects at once. And you can tell how much Joey cares about making his customers happy. It seems to be his first priority. I can't suggest this place enough. They specialize in European cars. I drive a Sprinter, and it is very difficult to get anyone to agree to work on it. Its huge, so I get it. No problem for Joey.

I will not go to any other auto service since I ve been taking my car to Joey. Him and his team are exceptional, always working on multiple cars but they still manage to get my car back to me asap. I highly recommend Joeys!! Inexpensive, reliable and quick.

I got into an accident on 09/29/2021. I was looking for a body shop on Yelp and I came across Joey's. I went out for bids for work to be done on my car. Joey came in much cheaper and answered more promptly. Didn't have to keep playing the "hurry up and wait" game for a response. I decided to go with Joey's because he understood that I needed the information and respected my time and the urgency of the situation.When I went into the shop he was inspecting my car and the damage that was done. He gave me a line item invoice and numbered the work to part of the car that needed repair. Didn't try to confuse me and telling me I needed more work than I needed.When he started pulling my car apart everything he found he texted me with updates and asked how I would like to proceed.Everyone at Joey's truly is very kind and professional. I highly recommend them for whatever work you need done (provided they are able).

Joeys automotive is the absolute best. I have been going to Joey s for over 10 years. He really has taken care of my car and my daughters cars. Anytime I have an issue Joey always accommodates us and is honest about the repairs needed and cost. As a women I never feel like I m being taken advantage of for not knowing about car repairs like I have with other mechanics. Joey has a heart of gold and has really taken care of my family car issues. There are two people I can not live without and that s my hairdresser and Joeys automotive. Joey's is great. Have taken my BMW 2-3 times over the past year for oil changes and check ups. He is sometimes available on Saturdays which fits my schedule better. The last time I took it in I asked him to do some preventative maintenance with replacing transmission and other fluids. He is straightforward, quick, and services are reasonably priced. Joeys Auto Service is hands down the best mechanic in Orange County. Joey does amazing work for extremely fair prices, and is always honest about what s going on with your vehicle. My battery light came on and I was too far from my usual auto shop, so I went to Joey s and he was able to take my car in right away. He kept me updated on what my car needed and what the costs would be, and he had my car finished in the same day. He was super honest and helpful! I definitely recommend this place if you want honest and reliable work.

Joey not only knows all about cars, but he knows about people and how to make someone feel taken care of. He fit me in as a last-minute appointment, to make sure my van was taken care of (recharged the AC in my 2006 Sprinter) before he left on a trip. He wanted to make sure it was done correctly, under his supervision. Don't expect a pristine waiting room. Joey has no problem showing you where his crew works, because he has nothing to hide. Casual, flexible, and great work. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles in to be worked on.Service: Air conditioning

I feel like I have a trusted friend in the car repair business now! The first time I brought our beautiful black 2014 Honda Accord Sport to Joey was to get a 2nd opinion for a small fender bender with an uninsured motorist. Joey gave me a straightforward repair recommendation so I left it there for 3 days and they replaced the front driver side fender and paint matched it perfectly. Plus he blended in the scrape on the front bumper. I found the cost to be reasonable enough that I didn t go through my insurance to affect my premiums, it was a smart & affordable decision! My family's car had died in In N Out parking lot on Beach Blvd. Joey's price for my alternator was not only the lowest, he picked me up and my Sequoia saved at least $80 for towing. Very professional and someone you can trust to do business again and again. My Sequoia is running great again. Thank you Joey!

Wow, what a find re ently when i googled what i needed as far as my car repair needs were, AND, to FINALLY find an auto repair place to take my vehicle for a " fix" or repair !...Its been somewhat of a nightmare finding a "reputable" and Trustworthy Repair shop in this town ( H.B.) since we moved here... Joey and his mechanics are friendly, helpful, & honest...As far as my car goes, they have repaired a blinker problem, replaced spark plugs , and flushed my transmission...Those repairs, etc., were accomplished in a timely manner. I felt quite confident that during a couple of conversations, not directly related to my vehicle, that Joey is a very respectable, honest, & truthful business owner & I believe he requires that of his staff also. The main theme of those conversations that came out, were the idea of "Happy and Satified Customers" !Joeys repair costs are NOT " inflated" as some places are, trying to get as much "out of you" as possible each time youshow up for a single repair. His prices seem fair & "customer satisfying". So if you are looking for this type of business that respects you and goes out of their way to satify their customers...THIS IS IT !Going back for "more" , When Needed !( And by the way, They also offered me transportation back and forth... to home and back to shop for pick up )Service: Electrical repair

I honestly don t post very often but this was worth mentioning .you name it Joey was on it! From incredible customer service, genuine updates on my baby, and most importantly going above and beyond the entire time. I will say I had my doubts because it was my first time at Joeys but reading these posts is what changed my mind. I was here in early April, and kept forgetting to post. I had taken my Kia to 2 Kia dealerships and they both said they couldn't help me. My car would just quit, and I had a hard time restarting it. The day before I brought it here, it stopped in the middle of Wilshire in LA, the day of my service, it stopped in at a turn signal on Beach, so it as a serious issue. Joey's was the only place I could find open. And I'm glad I did, it took him all of 90 seconds to diagnose and give me an estimate. I don't live in Orange County anymore, but if I still did, they would have a customer for life. Great service, super nice, if you need your car fixed, this is the place to go.

I found Joey's by looking online and reading Yelp reviews. I am so pleased. I Emailed him on Saturday and he promptly called me. Told me he could get the part that day and have it done. He did not lie. I picked the car up when he said it would be ready. I asked him about another problem while I was there, and it was fixed on Monday. I won't go anywhere else now as long as he and his business can fix my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Joey and his team are great! They've helped me with standard maintenance, oil changes, tires, brakes, and more advanced maintenance like changing belts, and diagnosing issues like oil leaks. They are very nice, communicate well, and really know the business of fixing cars and getting you back out on the road as soon as possible. I will keep going back to Joey's Auto Service whenever we need help with our cars and trucks, and have no problem referring friends and family to them as well. Joey and his team did a great job repairing the A/C on my Volvo V50. It s an older vehicle with high miles and I wasn t sure it would be worth repairing. Joey understood my dilemma and made sure he priced the repair accordingly. Beyond that, Joey was timely, friendly, and honest. I ve found my go-to in Huntington Beach. They are AMAZING!!! Always helpful, very honest and affordable, totally reliable, and a fast turn around in time.When I got in a accident and couldn't move my car he came to my house and got it.When my husbands a/c went out he took it to another guy and try to tell me he needed more parts then he needed. I bought told my husband let's take it to Joey to finish up the job. Joey told me we didn't even need the parts and saved me $400.When getting new tires the tire store did a alignment and I litterally had to take it back 3x because it was still off. Called Joey and he looked at my car to make sure nothing else was wrong with the steering and didn't even charge me.When i tried to change my own sparks plugs, the 3rd one I couldn't even un due it so I moved on to the 4th one, pulled it out and oil was all over it. Frantically I called Joey and he told me to put it back in and come right over. Fixed my oil seal leak, cleaned everything up and finished up the rest of my spark plugs and only charged me for the oil seal.Once you go to Joey's Auto you'll never need to find another mechanic again!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Several times I ve taken my car on maintenance and emergency services and Joey s Auto Service never fails me. As a single mother it is difficult to find an honest and reliable mechanic, Joey s Auto Service is a gem and a keeper!!!Two years ago my son took his GMC Denali to the dealer and told him he needs a new engine @ a tune of 10K. I told my son to take it to Joey s Auto Service and it only costs 2K (not for new engine but repairs only) and up to now still running.I m a happy & satisfied customer who will gladly recommend Joey s Auto Service!!!Joey & Jay - you guys are the BEST!!!

My BMW needed a lot of work, and I was extremely worried about finding someone to trust to complete the job correctly and without overcharging. Joey's Auto Service was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. Not only did he finish my entire car and get it in great shape very fast, he went out of his way to communicate every step and cost. I was also able to pick my car up late so I could have it as soon as possible. His prices where beyond fair for the high quality level of work and service I received. I highly recommend taking your car to this shop over anywhere else. Amazing experience!
