Jose Prado and his team worked very hard to do all the many things that I requested to have done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The list was LONG - I even got a new battery. They are kind, caring and efficient at their jobs. They give good advice too - not pushy, but informative.

The young lady who helped me and worked on my car was very nice, friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable w/ this location and will be happy to come back for future service. My service was on Thursday 11/16/23 at 5:50 pm. Huntington Beach, CA location

Got my oil changed then drove home and parked in my garage. I work from home so I didn't need my car for a few days. When i went into the garage last night I smelled oil so i checked under my car. Oil is everywhere. So i called Jiffy Lube several times this morning and continue to get a message that "this callers mailbox isn't set up". I read through some of the other reviews and apparently this is a recurring problem at this location. It's hard to believe a business repeatedly fails at the one thing they're in business to do... change oil.

This location makes it very easy to get your car serviced. You pull up, they take your car, you wait inside with coffee and TV, then pay and leave. Very convenient. #LOCALGUIDES

TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. Got an oil change and they didn't seal it shut tightly enough so it leaked!! There are multiple reviews of this exact issue and am starting to think it is intentional.

I came in for an oil change and was in and out within 20 minutes tops. These guys are courteous and quick. I visit often because this Jiffy Lube is near my house and shares the area with my PetCo and Smart & Final Express. I can pull in any time I need air in my tires, an oil top off, washer fluid or whatever my car needs. Easy location, prompt complete service. I'd recommend this Jiffy Lube to my friends. I drive a 1999 automobile that obviously needs a little extra TLC at her age, and I trust Jiffy Lube completely for whatever I need.Service: Oil change

Had my car towed there due to shaking when started. They changed out the spark plugs and the car kept shaking. They put in a new coil and everything was running smooth. Even topped the oil off for me as I was half empty. Very courteous and professional. I come here regularly for my oil changes and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this place.

I recommend others avoid this place. Had a recent service for oil and radiator flush. Look at attached photo for how they left the protective plate - bolt missing and ready to fall off. They also offered to change my cabin filter for $70. I bought the upgraded carbon version at Pep Boys for $14 and inserted in less than 5 minutes in back of glove box. Alot of folks rely on these people to be fair with pricing and do quality work. These guys don't accomplish either of these, and that's unfortunate.

I changed my sparks plugs today after my car reached 102k miles and I new I needed them. I have a 2017 Honda CRV they did a great job. The guy was nice and he showed me the sparkplugs after taking them out and showed they were burned and ready to come out. They charged a decent price less then what the dealer costs and they didn't take a long time. I'm happy will come back in the future.

I went to this location for a top off. I am a shop owner. A friend of mine had the oil changed on my car at a location in Hemet. This crew was very rude, unprofessional, and untrained.A girl argued with me about the hood of my car being made of carbon fiber. Argued with me? And, about my own car? Then, she splashed oil all over my engine area while checking my oil. I had to ask her for a rag to wipe up the mess. She scoffed at that. Messed up my engine, and scoffed at me when I cleaned it.Lube shop kids are often eager to know automobile information, but it's uncommon that they actually want to learn it. This is what you get when you have your vehicle serviced at these, and corporate, service centers. It's best to stick to the Ma and Pa shops, and pay a little more for professionalism and expertise.Service: Oil change

I went here on a Wednesday around 4:30 pm. I was able to drive right up and was greeted right away by the service member I let gim know I was hoping to get an oil change. He replied no problem and politely asked me to go inside while he gathered some information on my vehicle. I waited no more than 2 minutes before he came back and provided me with the options for my oil change and pricing. He then asked me to wait a few minutes and it would be done shortly. I let him know I was going to grab a bite to eat. After about 15 minutes I returned and my vehicle was done and waiting for me. I was able tonfind a coupon online and paid. I was in and out in less than half an hour. That's definitely a record for me. It was probably less had I not gone to grab food. The price was a bit more than I was use to but the friendly staff and prompt service definitely won me over. I will be returning to them for all my car needs. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Great customer service. Employees are super helpful. Great Neighborhood store. Oil change was fast...they get you in and out the door quickly without trying to sell yoh a bunch of stuff you don't need. Honest with you about what can wait.

The best experience I have ever had at any Jiffy Lube. The staff was respectful and didn't try to upsell me or trick me into buying any additional services like they have at other locations. They changed my oil efficiently and I was there no more than fifteen minutes. I had no idea getting an oil change could be this painless. I will definitely be coming back to this location.Service: Oil change

I downloaded a $20 off coupon online. When I went there, I found out it was only good for synthetic oil and the price for the oil change was $120. That's more than twice what I've ever paid for an oil change, and I left.

The worst customer service I have ever had at any Jiffy Lube location. When I arrived around 8:15am, I was there were no other customers, and it was my first time I have been at this location and I was unsure of which bay to go to. As I waited I watched a technician roll around on a chair for about a minute before he even acknowledged me. When he finally decided to get off the chair, he rudely and aggressively pointed to where he wanted me to go. When I started to pull towards the bay to drive in, another person came out (who later identified himself as the manager) and asked me what I needed. I said I would like an oil change, and he then told me to park and they would pull my car in. I asked, so I don t drive it in? , which I am used to doing at every other location I have been to. The manager said to me no, you almost fell in the hole like I was stupid. I was no where near the hole and his attitude mixed with the other technicians lack of assistance was mind blowing. I asked for a number to call, left this Jiffy Lube, and had my oil changed at a Valvoline station where they greeted me, guided me in, asked me how I was doing and what I needed and provided great customer service.

Everytime I bring my car here, it's such a pleasant experience. Joe helped me first today and he had such a sweet and bright personality! Jose always helps me inside and he's always so helpful and awesome, too! Good guys at this location..I highly recommend! Thanks guys! You go above and beyond!!

In and out, 8 quarts of new oil, fluids topped off, windshield washed, interior floors vacuumed, in 15 minutes. No nonsense...good service.

I really liked this Jiffy Lube location until I went there just now, 30 minutes before their listed closing time, and was rudely turned away because they were already closing out the register for the night. I was told they were not taking any more customers the last 30 minutes of their open hours because they were cleaning the shop and counting the register and it takes a while. Absolutely unheard of. All those tasks should be completed after closing. Guess they just wanted to go home early. Guess I won t be coming back to this location.

The team on site on 12-17-2021 at approximately 8am were exceptionally kind as well as knowledgeable, they were able to articulate exactly what was needed and what was recommended per manufacturer and why. The team worked well together and I was in and out of there facility very quickly. Took my car for an oil change told me what else was wrong with the car, needed a special part. Ordered it right away the next day they took care of it. WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIMES.I came yesterday to do car inspection, after they inspected the whole car, they told I need to replace my windshield and that's it. I specifically asked if there is anything else and they said no.I replaced my windshield today morning and came to get the inspection done, then the same guy with an attitude told me the seat belt isn't working. I checked it and it was working a 100 percent and nothing wrong with it.Then he took forever to get back to me and at the end he said it didn't pass.What a waste of time and effort coming from Orange city to here.I won't do my services again at Jiffy Lube.You guys need some improvement to do.

It was EASTER and i was in the neighborhood. I always like to support our local stores. I've been to this jiffy lube before, back then it was a soso service. They forgot to mention charges that i didn't expect. I always calculate my expenses before hand. Sonthis set me back on my budget. Fast forward today... Went in to get an oil change and was the only guy in the shop at the time. I told the guy on the counter to wait just a second until i find a coupon that i can use. He forgot to mention that i have to bring the car in the front. So i ended up being the 3rd person in line. The time , It wasn't bad for any ordinary day. But today was Easter. I've ended up being late for our gathering. As always.. I will still support this jiffy lube by our neighborhood.. But if you're not from around here (H.B.) PLS. AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE A PLAGUE. ONE OF THE GUY IN CHARGE IS VERY UNCARING AND NOT A HELP AT ALL. But one thing I've noticed, the pretty blonde that came in was treated like a princess. Maybe because she has a nice car and an american. I have an old car and I'm filifino... Peace you all. God bless.

I am super pleased. These guys are friendly and quick. I had oil change, tires rotated both engine and interior air filters changed. They showed me my filthy filters too. Thank you for great service!

I had a coupon so I stopped by and got a quick oil change. I was given bogus information about motor oil by the cashier. I worked for Castrol for 10 years and no more about motor oil than he does. They were pushing for 3000 mile oil changes. The only other issue was there was Grease on my format when I got in the car

My usual oil change place had a longer wait time than usual so I went to this Jiffy Lube because it was close by and appeared to have an air conditioned waiting room. I found a coupon online because I know that these full service type oil change facilities tend to be pricey. I was right. The most basic oil change is $37. Fortunately the coupon brought this to a normal price. After a few minutes in the waiting room the employee came in with my air filter and cabin filter recommending replacement. The air filter had hardly anything on it. The cabin filter did look pretty nasty. I asked how much the replacement would be, and he quoted me $50 for the cabin filter alone. After telling him that I would probably just replace it myself, he told me that $50 was the cost of the part and that would be the cost anywhere else I went. I denied the service again frankly because I just didn't believe him. He then told me "Wow, that's nasty man." After this was all done I went to a local O'Reily's auto parts to get a replacement headlight and happened to ask what the cost of a new cabin filter would be for my car. $16.99. I asked the sales associate how extensive the installation process would be. He said about 10 minutes. I thought the pressure tactics used by this employee were super lame, and frankly dishonest. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again.
