i went to the jiffy lube on Adam s Ave a year ago and they didn t properly replace the drain plug which led to oil leakage all over my garage. i swore i d never go back but when a coupon came in the mail i figured i d go to a different location (on Warner) and give them another shot. i bet you can guess what happened next. yep, they failed to properly replace the drain plug, which led to oil leakage all over my driveway. except this time when i brought my car back they blamed it on a bad oil pan seal and told me to go to a mechanic. so i did, but i explained that i had just been to jiffy lube before the leakage started and to look for signs they caused the problem. well the mechanic had the car up for no more than 30 seconds when he told me to come out and look at the fresh oil leaking from the drain plug. so i brought the car back to jiffy lube a third time and they finally fixed the problem.so this time i had to bring my car to jiffy lube 3 times and a mechanic once to get one proper oil change. and for all my driving around and oil spilled all over my driveway do you think they refunded my money? nope. same outcome as a year ago. this company should not be allowed to do business.

Update: Shared the information they request and never heard back from those email on their reply ! I am disputing the charge with my Citibank and not paying for that crab..went to Valvoline install ant oil change and they drained that oil and automatically put the high mileage oil without asking them even.. they even got better deals.Don t trust that placeI took my wife s car for an oil change a week ago, and based on their recommendation l signed the estimate, next day engine starts to be very loud, making weird noise.I took the car back to them, and told them what happened, and I was also able to look up the older invoices which shows that the recommendation doesn t match the oil that I was always using for this car, they refused to change the oil and told me to go complain.I don t recommend that place, especially Ivan and the young lady on the register, they were not willing to help from the first minute

Great team with great service. Easy to work with and get things done quickly while doing great work for oil changes. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for tire and brake changes.

DO NOT GO HERE! They take advantage of people and charge different amounts for the same product or service. They ripped my son off on an oil change and we are filing rip off report, BBB and going after the manager with the corporate office.

Technician ripped my tint when trying to remove old oil change sticker. Over priced oil change and costs me another 400 dollars to fix their mistake with no accountability. Will not recommend or use jiffy lube in the future or at least this location

I went in for a oil change. They said I needed a brake job($400) and motor mounts ($966). The brakes went bad in 2 weeks.The motor mounts lasted 2 months. I had to get them replaced for $1500 at BIG O tires. They should stick to oil changes only

Had my GTI serviced here few months back. They made the decision to mix universal coolant with my g15, incorrect weight of oil. Then proceeded to re-use a one time use oil drain plug with a faulty washer.Absolutely is my fault for even bringing a german car to a lube shop. But hey, you learn so dont be like me!

Still think it's costly to go here. While researching, I found that I paid double what it cost down the street for an Uber inspection. That plus oil change was $200.Definitely need to find somewhere else to go!

I went into this jiffy lube and presented my Groupon to the counter first thing, asking them if I could use it hereThe first guy said yeah, you ll just use it later when you payThey then asked for my info which I gave and the girl entering in my info gave me a quote and I asked, I can use this Groupon to pay for this right? Which she answered, yes this is just the quote I then went to pay where the manager told me that this location does not accept the Groupon, I asked them to stop the service and I will just go elsewhere, they told me that already drained the car and it s not possible to stop the service. I then had to pay for an additional oil change that I had already purchase from Groupon and was not able to use. I would have really liked it if they told me this location does not accept coupons prior to starting any service, especially after I ve asked server times/ people about it.Service: Oil change

Brought my vehicle in for oil change, and specifically asked the woman who was handling it to make sure that they cleaned up any drips, and ensured that all was secured, as in a previous visit, when i got it home, it leaked onto my new paver driveway, and is still stained to this day. Well, stupid me for thinking that i could trust them to take care of it, since the SAME THING HAPPENED even after I specifically asked Tracy to be sure it wouldn't. Even with degreaser applies twice and scrubbing, my pavers are further ruined thanks to HB Jiffy Lube

First and last time I will come to this place. I came in for an oil change and had to come back 3 times due to an oil leak that spilled all over my driveway. Was never able to get rid of the stains. Manager is rude. They try hard to sale you on other stuff. They said oil change will be good for 3k miles and it's only been 1k miles and I'm already due for another oil change. Sketchy place and now my car has a coolant leak.Service: Oil change

Best customer service I've had in a long, long while. I needed an oil change quickly and replacement of one of my headlights before dark. Thank goodness they are open on Sundays!!! The gentleman that helped us, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and personable. Super quick, super friendly service...and I will definitely be coming here for all my oil changes in the future. Thanks!

Everyone was so nice and professional. A lot of times women are talked down to in situations when it comes to the maintenance of their cars. I just appreciated how respectfulnice and professional all the Technicians were including the Manager. This location gives very poor and trashy service. They over tightened my oil filter on my Prius. On the second time seeing them they could not remove it (they installed it the first time) they had several other issues with my Prius and it appears the problem is they are not knowledge on Toyota or Prius at this location. I would avoid going here. They told me to come back on Monday (was here on Saturday) why on Earth would I need to come here twice for a simple oil change? This location is a scam. They were also very rude and brash trying to upsell services as you can see on other reviews as well. Do your self a favor and avoid this location

So I don t know the first thing about cars, but I was driving from LA to San Diego and a light in my car lit up telling me I needed to add engine oil so I pulled up here and everyone was so nice and helpful. I think they could tell I was very stressed and told me they could top off my oil for free. They had me pull up right away and it was done within 10 minutes. I d definitely come here again.

Firestone is cheaper! Great service but i paid too much. Paid 100 for full synthetic. I looked at my previous oil change. Firestone only charge 60. I regret going to jiffy. Reciept shows i declined to have windows washed and floors vacuumed, they didn t even ask. I would have said yes.

I came in for an oil change. They will talk you in getting extra services. Look at the itemized charges and ask questions, take out things that is not necessary. They charged me Tire Rotation. I don't need it. I got it for free at CostcoService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Place seemed clean and opened on time. I arrived and was the only customer. Upon pulling up and asking the cost of an oil change - the said 99$. My car is a 06 and needs high mileage but 99$? I ve paid max of 75 for an oil change for my car needs. They were not friendly nor did offer options like a lot of other places. I hate to write a bad review but the cost and unfriendly service - you can find an oil change better elsewhere.

If you're going to Valvoline you just not getting what you need.I have been serviced by Jiffy Lube for many vehicles over many years. And I have not had a single complaint ever for them. They have always gone above and beyond help me get exactly what I need and offer me even more if it's needed. They truly care about me and my vehicle, they finish their work and inspect it again before you leave.Only once have I ever made the mistake of going to Valvoline, and sadly I ended up leaving without them closing my intake box correctly which resulted in poor quality driving on the way home. I already knew what they had messed up so I went under the hood and fix it myself. I called Valvoline up and let them know they have made a mistake, to my surprise only to find out that the employee was going to " just call me and let me know that there was an issue."So you can call me at Jiffy Lube Queen. Thanks again for taking care of me and my family

They were very professional and friendly. I was on halfway of my road trip, so I was anxious about the condition of my car. I just stopped by for oil change, but found my radiator broken. I noticed something dripping, but was considering as a water of A/C. They ordered the item immediately and I was able not to suspend my schedule of the trip. Also, not knowing much about the location as a traveler, their friendliness helped me a lot. When I returned two days later to pick up the new radiator to be installed, the engineer remembered me and installed it quickly.I am sad that I cannot visit here again, and wished that these guys were in my near shops.
