Purchased a JET Powr Flo throttle body part# 76100 and had issues with it throwing a code p1516 intermittently. I contacted technical support (Corbin) and let me just say you all are amazing!!!!!! It has been years since I received the tremendous customer support I received from JET. Not only did they walk me through the concern, but they also stopped and stated, yep we are aware, and we will send you a new unit! WHAT?????? I've never had that happen where a company states they are aware and did not try throwing it back on the installer. Again, thank you JET for making the experience of purchasing, technical support, and warranty an easy process. Maybe just maybe other companies can follow suit and treat customers as JET did for me today!

Excellent products and awesome customer & tech services if you have any questions. We ran into a bit of a problem with a carb of theirs and got voicemail when we called. BUT we got a call BACK not long after (from their California offices to Canada) and got the help we needed. Great company, they stand behind what they produce, buy with confidence!

Highly recommend JET performance for your carburetor needs. I purchased a quadrajet from them for my project truck. Due to my elevation in CO and my specific engine build the carburetor didn t run right. Customer service with JET was awesome! I spoke with Johnny and he said send him the carb along with my engine build info and he will get it looked at. He was able to get the carburetor adjusted quickly and shipped back to me. The engine now runs just as it should. Pulls hard and runs smooth through the entire RPM range. Customer service here is second to none and I will continue to be a customer and recommend JET performance to others!

Going to see if this part works for my car, BUT in the meantime, this company has some pretty rude RECEPTIONSTS. My HUSBAND bought some performance part for his new 2019 Challenger. The box came with a bunch of parts and no instructions at all. My husband called them to try and see what he needed to do exactly to install the part. He received directions over the phone that seemed easy enough. So we went downstairs to try and install the part. Unfortunately, because this car is fairly new, it was difficult finding the battery. So, we called back to see if they had any idea where Dodge decided to store their challenger's battery. If you glance at the "battery" under the hood you will notice a positive cable and no negative. I guess I should have figured they wouldn't be too helpful with locating a challenger's battery, but I gave it a try anyways. Before he proceeded to give me wrong information he stated, "I'm not trying to be mean or rude", which is always a clear indication that the person is actually being rude and mean. I explained to him that I see a "battery" under the front hood with no negative cable visible. He stated, "All batteries have 2 cables coming into it". I asked might the battery be located in the back because this "battery" only has a positive cable. He stated, "Maybe you should take the car to a mechanic" and added a slick insult, "As I was telling your son", like nice try I don't sound old. Well, RECEPTIONIST, turns out THE BATTERY IS LOCATED IN THE TRUNK IN THE BACK of the car!! Bottom line people, if you want to buy a product that SHOULD come with instructions BUT DIDN'T, followed by poor customer service when asked to explain THEIR PRODUCT, try JET. :)They tried to delete this review too.

I want to give a special thanks to Corbin. He did an amazing job, explaining to me how to install the V-Force Module. The Module works amazing. 2005 4cy,Camry, is keeping up with 6 cylinders, and passing them. I highly recommend this upgrade. I could have never installed it without Corbin's exceptional support.Thank you Jet-Chip, and thank you Corbin, for everything you guided me through.Be safe.Huntington Beach is the best place I've ever visited

Thank You Corbin West!& Thank You Jet Performance for having someone like Corbin West in Your customer service. Corbin not only helped check that I had picked the right parts for my vehicle he also got the discount that was offered to me when it wouldn t work online.Corbin has made me think twice about only dealing with online & not with a real person. His Professionalism & knowledge of the Jet Performance products that I wanted was GREAT to have on my side & backed by his belief in them.Thank You Again Corbin; I truly appreciate it

Jet performance builds the best quadrajet carbs in the country hands down. This is the 3rd 1 i have installed (1 personal and 2 for friends) and like always they perform awesome right outa the box. There customer service is 2nd to none and the people i dealt with were like i've known them forever!! I will be buying more of these and recommend these to anyone wants an awesome no hassle carb!!! I put this last 1 on my friends daughters 81 3/4ton chevy pickup with a 350 and here in feb of 2021 here in nebraska its been crazy cold and this ole truck fired right up!!! Thank you Elizabeth and Johnnie at jet performance!!! My friends daughter thanks you also!!!

I called this company to inquire about a part they sell for my vehicle and the receptionist/customer service rep named Melissa that answered was rude. I asked to speak with tech support but Melissa still insisted on trying to help me not knowing the answers! Lol. She eventually transferred me to Corbin. Corbin doesn't know the companies products. He thought the question I had in regards to a fitment issue I saw in a review was funny. As if it wasn't true. I verified that Corbin didn't indeed know what he was talking about and that the review I read was right! Lol. Get your customer service skills up to par and also learn/study about the parts you sell so that you can give customers the correct information. I don't recommend doing business with this company as many reviews have already been expressed.

Incredible customer service. I purchased a returned item on eBay that was missing an installation part. I sent them an email asking the size, or if I could purchase one from them. They opted to send me one free of charge! Have to love good customer service like this!

I recently purchased a Module and Throttle body from Jet and the entire experience was very seamless. I had a few questions that I needed answered and the customer service rep was very helpful. The products really woke up my car and I got a huge boost in horsepower and torque. Thanks Jet Performance

Great company, I use exclusively for q-jet rebuilds. I have only had one problem and they fixed it immediately, right before the holidays. will use them again and again. Have used there throttle bodies with positive gains. Nice work Carb Dept. thank you guys!

Worst service. I wanted to talk to someone before bringing my carburetor in to rebuild it. I tried for 2 days. No one in carb department answers the phone so I asked customer service for a general price the man said he couldn't help me. He said I had to talk to the carb department. I CALLED THE CARBURETOR SHOP IN ONTARIO CALIFORNIA AND GOT MY PRICE OVER THE PHONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY EARNED MY MONEY!

I needed to get the module my husband has been dropping hints about. Called the guys at JET, told them what vehicle it was and they did all the work. Got it in the mail 4 days later and needless to say, hubby loved his birthday present. Thanks JET!

I ordered and received a Cpu upgrade. Unfortunately, I waited too long to install/use, and now I am not able to get an exchange for a Plug N Play Cpu.

Terrible! These hacks butchered my carb!I sent them a rare vintage carb and they damaged it beyond belief. Then refused to take responsibility for it when I pointed out their amateur hour mistakes.Broke bolts off in the carbOver drilled the fuel bowl screwsSplintered the bottom of one boosterSplit the bosses of the air bleedsJammed the secondary float so it was wide open and dumped fuel into the engineUnacceptable!

Mass flow sensor was just stock it was part number scrap off with sticker over it your company is garbage

The JET MAF sensor I got gave me a bit more pep, wish it was more though. Deff sounds better

Worst customer service, send e-mail and was never heard from back at least a week unless I e-mail again and again!!!!! Ask for someone else other than Gina, she is useless.

Customer service tried to help but were confused about my model vehicle and what was device was needed, eventually it got figured out but took some prying on my part.
