Great customer service, friendly, attentive and very accommodating. The price worked out over the phone is the price you get in person. Definitely will recommend and come back if i ever need a new or pre Owen vehicle.

Just bought a used 2022 Mazda Miata at this dealership. Before coming to the Huntington Mazda location I stopped by 3 other Mazda dealerships in the LA area looking for a Miata and I would definitely say this place had the best price on the car and the best service!I had the most fantastic service and customer care from my sales rep, Eric Magana. He was highly knowledgeable, transparent, kind, and very responsive/communicative during my entire car buying journey. Since this was my first car purchase I was initially nervous about the car buying process but Eric s guidance and contagious enthusiasm about the car turned me into a confident buyer. I also appreciated how fast the process was! In fact from inquiring about the car to driving it off the lot it only took a couple days. I would recommend anyone looking for a Mazda car to definitely stop by this dealership.

Great team, great staff. Probably like most dealerships, they re on the conservative side with their recommendations. Most repairs they suggest you can still get 3-9 more months of use without issues, in my opinion. But compared to the Escondido Mazda, this one is superior in terms of knowledge and service.

This is my second time leading with Mazda! I love my Mazda, it s reliable, sporty, and I haven t had any issues with the make. Joe has been a pivotal part in this decision to return back to Mazda, as he is trustworthy and has made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Car dealerships can be an intimidating place for most of us, but because of Joe s expertise and positive professionalism, I was able to make a decision that I could feel confident again. Thank you to Joe and the Mazda team for making this such an enjoyable and exciting process!

I had anxiety about buying a new car but my anxiety subsided once I spoke with Big Joe Rosales at Beach Mazda. He was knowledgeable and friendly most importantly he took his time answering all of my silly questions. Highly recommend.

Huntington Beach Mazda is the best dealership around! All employees are extremely welcoming and helpful. Joe Rosales helped me with my purchase and trade in, and made my car buying experience very smooth and easy. They re straight to the point and honest with you, and make the process easy to understand. Will definitely be coming back here next time I m in the market for a car!

There are few things in life that are as easy to recommend as working with Eric Magana to purchase a new or used vehicle. He knows cars and it s evident that he loves people and what he does. He makes something that can otherwise feel a bit overwhelming a truly joyful experience. As much as I m able, I will always try to work with Eric when I buy a car. Thanks Eric!

My family and I have been long time customers of HB Mazda. We re extremely happy to call them our family car dealership and service team. Our family has purchased over 10 vehicles from Joe Balisalisa over the years. We can buy and service our Mazdas from any dealership. But, the service we get is exceptional. Joe Balisalisa is an amazing asset to Mazda and he treats us like family. Fernando Gonzalez and the service time are always upfront and honest. I am always comfortable when dealing with them. HB Mazda has a great team and they treat you like family and I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them and use their service team.

I've come here for years and it's always been a good experience. The one time they didn't catch an issue I asked them to work on, they went back and fixed it free of charge on my next visit.The waiting area is well furnished with coffee, couches, and wifi. There's also a convenient McDonald's next door if you need a snack.The team is very professional and responsive. I love that they send you videos of your car as it's being worked on, so you can see directly what's being done and what issues they ran into.

OC Mazda in Huntington Beach is the preferred service center for my cars. The team is personable and very accommodating. They offer free round-trip shuttle service while your car is getting serviced. The waiting area has complimentary coffee, filtered water and an old school popcorn cart. For kids, they offer a playroom with toys and entertainment. I definitely recommend OC Mazda in HB.

These guys were awesome!From answering a phone call on the first ring, addressing issues, attitude and even offering a water bottle. Too bad they had to deal with Kia's dealership, where we bought the Mazda 6 used.

I am one of those people who believes that there are few things in life worse than going to a dealership for auto service. I discovered some issues with my car that were beyond what I wanted to deal with.I called a few shops and HB Mazda had the best price. I told the service advisor David that I was headed over. When I pulled in a service advisor came out and greeted me by name and got me checked in quickly.I knew my car was done when I got a text with a video and photos of the repair. The check out process was equally fast and painless. Never any attempts at needless upsells or anything like that.These guys did such a good job, when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor said, "that's not clean enough," and took it back to get rewashed for me. I can honestly tell you that I have never heard those words before at a dealership. I am impressed! This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to keep buying Mazdas. Thank you!

Good service and friendly. What I like best is someone like Daniel who thoroughly explains everything in detail. Yes they're a little more expensive than your local car shop. But all they see all day long is mazdas. So because of the pricing closer to 4.9 stars.

This review is solely for the service department and just the service department! I am so mad that despite having been there for so many times (I stopped going there after 2019) or early 2020 mainly because this entire service team isn't trustable. I slowly found out that they are sketchy so I talked to my mechanic who's also my neighbor. And he's been taking care of me until I moved away from HB. And I just found out today when I visited Tustin Mazda that I was told to change out parts that I didn't need even when my car wasn't even at 30K miles like the coolant and throttle body service and some other services. The service advisors there that worked with me were terrible, and told me to change something I didn't even need. I was told they are not working there anymore, but I would strongly recommend whoever goes there question them and the parts and services they told you that you need. They sound like you need them and probably would try to scare you like warranty will be voided or if anything breaks Etc etc, chances are some of them are not even due yet. My mistake was trusting them completely and not even doing my own research. The advisor in Tustin Mazda are way more honest, they told me what Mazda recommended and even with things I say I want to change in this service and he just told me not yet. Just wanting to give y'all a heads up so you don't fall for it like me! Be careful cuz they are commission based! They will probably tell you otherwise, but do not trust them!

Not to pleased with them on a few things they did to the car. Axles were fixed, new brakes and pads. But we asked them to replace bulbs and clean the front headlights because after time it gets dingy and dirty, hard to see, they used a solution but didn't clean it off too well or wipe it after they were done and when my spouse picked up the car the wind from the highway blew some of the cleaning solution onto the car and damaged the paint. I am mad because we paid them $3,200.00 and some things they fixed were like a band-aid. Now we have to get a new paint job because of the damage. We spent our savings on the car to have it fixed. Not too happy. They were nice I do have to give them that. We have had work on our car before with no problem but this time around wasn't so good.

If I'm in Cali and it's time for maintenance I always go to H Mazda. Great group of guys, the manager Luis Torres is very nice.

HB Mazda treats you like you are family. They wash the car and there is no rush to pick up your car.
