I just started looking around at different dealerships and online for a family van. After narrowing down to Sienna van, I found a couple available at HB Huyndai and was surprised at how closely their call rep and sale rep work together. I was greeted by Mo and he knew exactly the car I inquired about and also shared additional available cars. Mo helped get a reasonable price for my trade in and worked with me throughout the test drive and financing process which was fast and easy. I was done and in a new car within a couple hours.I would highly recommend Mo and Huntington Beach Huyndai if you are looking for good service and deal on your next car.

scam artists abound here. i spent two days negotiating a contract with this dealer and was told that lease end warranty would be included. After reviewing the contract and noticing nothing was mentioned about it, the sales rep said to "take his word," and that the warranty was "registered to the vin." I called Hyundai Finance and the lease end protection team who all verified that the contract should mention the warranty and that there should be an additional addendum. The corporate contacts laughed at the mere idea that the contract would not mention the lease-end warranty, and even after a three way phone call in which the sales rep was blatantly rude on the phone, the dealer still would not accept the facts and change their tune. They continued to insist it was included even though the contract made no such mention. After pointing this out to the less that stellar sales rep, he basically told me to go pound sand and said "good riddance." I wont name names, but he knows who he is, and his level of service was absolute hot garbage. This is the first time I have ever had a dealer act like they are doing me a favor by selling me lies and false advertising, absolutely wild conduct.I ended up going to a different dealer, we got the car, and sure enough the lease-end warranty was listed on the contract and in an additional addendum, just like every other Hyundai contact said it would be.CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS FOR EVERYTHING IF YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALER. IF ONE LINE ITEM LOOKS WRONG, DONT WALK, RUN AWAY!STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

Mo was very easy to deal with, and gave me the white glove treatment by delivering the car after I purchased it. This helped a lot because we have a baby at home and it was much appreciated. The closing desk / finance process was easy and streamlined - no surprises.

Avoid this dealership at ALL cost. Read the review by James Do from late November 2023. We had the same issue.Bought a Santa Cruz on 1/1/2023. Was getting it at the best price we had found at the time. About $34,400 (if memory serves me right) it was used with only 4,400 miles. I put a $12,000 deposit. I figured that after taxes, license fees and such the price would increase by $4,000. So I figured I'd be paying somewhere around 38.5k. Putting 12k down would leave me with 26k loan. I did the math at the interest rate that they were offering and my payments should come out somewhere around $510 per month with a 5 year loan. So I told the finance guy that I wanted my payments to be around $500/month. What they didn't tell me was that they added fees 6-8k to the price and gave me a 7 year loan. So yes, the payments are about $515/month, but the extra 2 years account for all the added fees. When signing (on a digital desk btw. Which make it harder for you to be able to check everything) they told me, this page is to inform you that the car comes with GPS which is a $2,000 feature. I signed thinking they had to legally inform me of these things, which I knew because it was on the listing for 34k. They went through all the things it came with and listing their value, but not stating that these costs were being added to the price. It's a used car. Why would I pay for features that the original owner already paid for?You list the price of a used car and that is the price with the features it has. This is a scam. My mistake was telling them what my monthly price should be and thinking that this will save me from any shenanigans. Well, they added 2 years to the loan to be able to add all the extras they snuck in.I will be reporting them to the BBB.Additionally, I paid for a service contract for $700 which I was told would be for 10 services every 7,500 miles or 75,000 miles. When I requested a copy of it months later, it came back at 3 services or 37,500 miles. That means I am being charged $233 for an oil change, instead of the $75 I was told I would be. What a scam. (Again, signing on a digital desk doesnt provide you a physical copy of what you signed. Anything can be changed) Also, it's through a third party and every time I do service they have to call the third party company to get an approval. Guess what, the company is not open during weekends. So, as I'm finding out, i cannot get service done during a weekend.Had I been told this, I would never have gotten it.Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. My experience was horrible and it seems others have had the same experience. These guys should be investigated.

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership last weekend and I could not be more pleased. I spoke with Tony on the phone prior to coming in and agreed on a price. When I came in, he did try to sell me dealer add ons but I was not pressured and I declined. In the end, I purchased the vehicle for the amount agreed on. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours (including test drive and financing) and drove away in my new vehicle. Thanks Tony for making this process so painless and easy. Overall a great experience.

We brought our 2014 Santa Fe in for major repairs. Ben, our Service Advisor did an expert intake. Then, Service Mgr Sam, invited me into his office and he went over the step by step process to be followed to get our car back on the road. Ben kept in contact with me every step of the way by texts and phone calls, even making the arrangements to have the back rubber part of our bumper replaced after it was punctured from being rear-ended using Hyundai's in-house body shop. Ben also knew we were shopping for tires and called me when they had a sale and got our tires replaced for a great price too! The sincerity and customer service from Ben and Sam are just about the best we've experienced from a Dealership in our 40 years of driving.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. When I took my car in for service, the service guy told me it needed a $500 fix for an "oil leak." He explained that the cap was too tight to fix anything and that they would need to order the parts because they didn't have them in stock. However, when I mentioned that they were the last ones to work on my car in that specific area, the situation suddenly changed. It seemed like there was no longer an oil leak, and the cap could be removed easily.Once he noticed I was right about them being the last one working on my car everything changed. When I asked about it, the service guy claimed they had gone to another store to get the parts, contradicting his earlier statement about needing to order them. When I picked up my car, none of this was documented on my receipt. The only thing documented was I got my oil changed. So everything else had to be made up. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this place.

I used to frequent this Hyundai ever since I first moved to the area. I would go in and get the regular service and all would be good. One day I went in for another service and they said I needed new brake pads. I got the service and everything was fine for a little while. After a couple weeks of driving I started hearing this noise in my front tire area. It would always happen after I went over a speed bump. But then it started happening more frequently and consistently. So I decided I would drop it off at a local repair shop that had outstanding reviews and was recommended by my step dad who works on transmissions. I dropped it off and let them know I was hearing a noise from the tire area. After an hour they called and the first question they asked was "where did you get your breaks done?" I told them that they were done at Hyundai. And he responded by saying, "it looked like it was done by a buddy or something." After hearing that I realized the people that worked on my car at Hyundai severely messed up. The mechanic mentioned how the screws weren't tightened fully and one of the bolts came out which caused the brake pad to rub inside the tire well. He told me luckily you came in when you did because it could have caused a lot more damage and could have led to an accident. After hearing this I called Hyundai immediately and one of the people in the service area answered. I told Hime everything that happened and he responded by saying, "Do you trust these mechanics that looked at your car?" And I said yes since I didn't give them any history about the recent brake pad job that was done by your mechanics. He then proceeded to say, "you'll have to call the manager. I can't do anything." I asked for the manager's number and he just gave me the general number for Hyundai.I continued to call back the Hyundai and asked for the manager several times and each time I was directed to their line it always went to voicemail. I left several voicemails and left my phone number but never received call backs. At this point in time I think the management and customer service of this Hyundai is unacceptable. I've decided to post this review as a last resort to get someone's attention to fix this issue. Or at the least to prevent someone else from possibly getting something done here which could result in a waste of money and more car issues.

I was traumatized by a recent car dealership which had the typical soft sale, switched the tables, hard sale which fast tracked to me walking away belittled and frustrated. The only reason I went to a traditional car lot was my lender had them listed on their preferred list to choose from. My consultant, Erik Mora listened to my treatment at the other dealership. He assured me that I would not have the same experience and communicated my request to the finance team. Not really knowing if they could adjust the terms dramatically he still presented my ask. What I appreciate the most is his ability to create a space for me to feel heard. He didn t have a manager pin me to a deal that I didn t want. It didn t feel like a boiler room decision. Especially since I wanted a no hassle sales experience. I was happy that they were agreeable and made me a better offer than what I walked in with. Erik handled the situation beautifully and we all walked away happy. Thank you again Erik!

I visited the dealership to check out a pre-owned vehicle. Luis introduced me to the car, and was quite knowledgeable about the features although it wasn't a Hyundai. He and his manager were willing to work with me and offer a good deal. However, I didn't end up buying yet cos the wife isn't on board and I don't wanna make her mad :PI really appreciated the no high pressure sales approach, and they let me take my time to think and decide. I had a good experience, and will certainly consider this dealership when I am actually in the market to buy a vehicle.

Service department overcharges for services and doesn't complete the services charged for. Fluids are not topped off, battery died less than a week later after supposedly being tested, a brake rotor is warped and not noted after inspection and several other issues not addressed! Will not go back to them!

Completely Dishonest. Spoke to a Mo for 2 days over the phone attempting to buy a car. He tried to sell $4000 worth of useless add ons. After turning most of them down and agreeing to the completely overpriced clear coat just to appease him, he told me the car had sold the day before. Do not trust this dealership.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle w HB Hyundai. Submitted interest online and Christian N contacted me right away. My work hours make it difficult to get into a dealership when purchasing a new car. Christian was able to facilitate my purchase via phone/email. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. All I had to do was sign the docs and be on my way. So nice to not have to spend hours taking care of things. Thank you!

Super fast process. The car was exactly how it was advertised in the listing. When you get there, ask for Lis . She was very attentive, and made the process seamless!!! Very honest and straightforward, will definitely be using her for future car purchases.

HORRIBLE. All the rumors are true.Sat for 4 hours, negotiating around the price of the car, once we decided on price, they showed me the monthly payment. I did the math and it didn t make sense, so I requested a breakdown. They tried to get me to run my credit, saying it was my interest rate. I opened my calculator on my phone and showed her the math. I said I needed a price breakdown. They finally showed me the true price. Which added on the additional $6,0000 accessories, not discussed in the 4 hours of price negotiation. SCAM

I went two weeks ago for an oil change, the tech advisor informed me that they identified a slow leak (covered under warranty) asked me if I wanted to do a followup appointment, which I did. I went in today, apparently there was no documentation of such leak, no notes. It was irritating as they called me immediately indicating this. I asked them to check their notes, speak to the original advisor. I should not need to go to the same advisor for continuity of service. So irritating, at the end they said they found nothing... good riddance

We purchased a used car from this dealership back in January of this year, Anthony was our salesperson he did an ok job getting things ready for us to take possession of the vehicle. He communicated well while asking questions about the vehicle even sending us pics.when we were at the dealership prior to signing papers we asked if we could get a 2nd key he said that shouldn't be a problem that he would talk to his manager. 1 week later he told us we have to pay for the key that his manager didn't approve it,He saw that we weren't happy after spending almost $30k for used vehicle. I understand used cars are not equipped with a 2nd key and that's the reason we asks before signing. A few hours later he called me to say it was approved and we will get a phone call to have someone come over to our house to provide the key. 1 week pass and no phone call, we called Anthony to follow up and he was surprised to hear no1 had called us, he said if we don't get a phone call in a few days to call him back we'll we never got a phone call and Anthony stopped answering our calls and texts messages. Our salesperson basically vanished. We attempted to call the dealership which is impossible to talk to someone that could help us and we also sent an email in which they replied someone will call you back the same day lol they don't call back . BUYERS BEWARE ONCE YOU SIGN YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM!!!

Overall, I really did have a good experience at the dealership. But there were a few things that annoyed me. The first one was when they did their inspection on my car they recommended a bunch of things to fix one of which was getting an oil change. However, I had just change the oil three days prior. That is so frustrating that is certified mechanic is recommending that I change my oil after I just changed it a few days ago myself. The second thing that happened was when I left the dealership. I noticed hours later that there was some dirt and grease on the roof on the inside of my car by then it was too late to take it back and tell them about it. But I was disappointed that there was no attempt to clean it. And then the last thing was this make and model of car had some kind of warranty for the paint because it ships off apparently, I had just recently learned about the chipping as it has started in my vehicle not that long ago so when I asked about it and they said unfortunately, it was out of warranty by about 14 months. I tried to explain that I never received any sort of notification email letter about that issue so I didn t know how to proceed. The level of customer service I received from the agents that I had talk to you. We re very good very professional. I just wish that Hyundai would ve done a little bit more to handle the issues that I brought up. Overall it was a good experience so that s why they get three stars.

Bought a brand new Hyundai Kona for daughter on Jan 14. Communication with Sales folks went pretty well all up to the point we arrived there to look at the vehicle. Once we handed in the money everything fell apart.1. They missed giving the second key. We were promised that they would mail it. Still to get that. No replies to emails until we wrote a note that we would go to Consumer Protection or AG office. We have to go back to get that key.2. Low washer fluid indicator came in within 2 days as the tank was empty. We had to address that on our own. We worry about any other issue that may come up.3. MyHyundai and BlueLink was setup under a wrong email that was fixed after a month by Hyundai (no help from dealership) after we told we would go to Consumer Protection or AG office giving an ultimatum and being on phone a dozen times for over 6 hours.4. Warranty I see is starting from 10/31/23 rather than purchase date of 1/14/24 that appears strange. Is this a car that got returned to dealership?I see replies from the Sales GM Faris Oweini in many bad google comments asking to contact him for redressal of those grievance. I talked to him. Guess what, all talk, no action, no replies to texts afterwards. All that he writes has no substance, just pure inaction even after you contact him. Long story short, we have lost faith in this dealership.Got an email from owner to rate the service. When I replied to that, it went to the folks who were responsible for them.I would have given it a 0 rating except for the pre-sale help. If you do not get the normal help buying a new car, what can you expect from this place. We had never experienced these issues in buying 4 new cars in the last few years. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so buyers are aware and the seller addresses the issues.Feb 12 Update - POST REPLY FROM FARIS on Google Review (see below,, NO FIX YET, JUST A REGULAR NON-HELPFUL ANSWER): How many times do I need to reach out to you Faris? I spoke with you at length. You told you were busy with a customer, would call back. Never received that call. You did not give your email. You are not answering to my text messages. I called on Feb 1. Texted on Feb 1 and 2. Still waiting for a reply. Fix all the issues and compensate us for our time and problems that we went through buying a new car from you. A standard answer on google reviews is not a solution, take action to help, bring in accountability.Talked to someone at Huntington Beach Hyundai. Expecting a call.Feb 20 Update:Hyundai corporate told us it was a car marked for dealer use that got sold to us as brand new. Dealership was supposed to tell us, but dealership never told us not even now.Feb 24 Update - No response or action from Faris or anyone at Huntington Beach Hyundai to fix the issues. Warranty is starting from 10/31/23 rather than the purchase date of 1/14/24. It looks like there is something the dealership hid from us. Lodged a complaint with Hyundai National Office and DMV. Next stop for us is California Attorney General/Consumer Protection. To prospective buyers: Stay away and do due diligence before you get enticed by a lower price quote, I just told my experience.
