I just want to give a Big Thanks to AJ Slaton in Sales. I came in today with a little issue and AJ was able to get it all worked out for me in a matter of minutes. I can't Thank AJ enough. If you ever are even thinking about buying a car, I Highly recommended you speak to AJ first. Not only is he Amazing during the leasing/buying process, but he is there for you after as well. This location has updated hours do NOT go off the website. They are open mon-sat 8-4pm. I made an appointment for 7am found out the new time posted on a 7x11 paper in the window to left it shows the 7am timeframe online it shows they are open at 9:30am. I asked the tech working and he told me they cut 100 staffers so they don t have time to update it. They still seemed very busy hopefully whoever runs the location reevaluates they don t have the help they need with the business they are trying to run.

I made an appointment for oil change. What's the point of an appointment if I still have to wait for 2.5 hours and my car is still there waiting. They said they are short of staffs due to COVID-19, if so then only take in enough appointments that you can handle. I've come here 3 times and always felt terrible leaving. Don't waste your money here they don't need you anyway.

Posted hours are 7am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. I came in trying to get an oil change for my car and the desk clerk tells me the last technician leaves at 5... Witch is odd since it was 4:45 when I came into their shop. When brought to his attention the clerk began to explain that they give the technician 15 minutes to change before he leaves. Maybe I'm mistaken but I've never heard of or worked at a business that allots time to their employees to change during a scheduled shift. The conversation essentially ended with me telling the desk clerk that "I guess I'll just go somewhere else then." And he seemed perfectly fine with it. Definitely not coming here ever again and I encourage anyone considering going here to give it a second thought.
