I can t not say enough good thing about Huntington Beach ford and the folks that work there. My sales guy Danny A. Was top notch, told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. I am so happy with my new 2023 Mach E mustang. Danny A. Is the man to see, helpful, kind, friendly and will make you dream come true. Thank you Danny A for putting me in my dream car!

I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Wildtrak that was blacked out and equipped with various modifications and accessories, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Just got my brand new 2024 Ford Maverick, and it feels like a dream, I must admit I thought I couldn t afford such nice car since I just started my business but AJ truly helped me to finance it and fought for me. Also gave me plenty of tips when it comes to bringing some costs down. I loved the way they all treated me. We are usually used to people pushing us cars and it wasn t the case here. If you love Ford I highly recommend dropping any other dealership and coming here. Thank you all!

After leasing 3 different cars from this dealership, I finally found one that met all my needs. After deciding to buy out my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, AJ Slaton, who has been helping me since 2017 when I got my first lease, was nothing sort of amazing at guiding me through every question I had. The process took no time at all and I was on my way faster than I thought I would. I love my new Ford Transit Connect! It took a while to get it, but Aaron stayed in text contact with me. I was really impressed with Aaron's service, his demeanor and how professional he was. He was outside in the dismal weather waiting for me on my delivery day. We did a walk around my new van as he showed me the features. Everything about my delivery day was perfect, except for the rain. Haha! GREAT JOB AARON!

That was Hands-Down the best car buying experience I've ever had! Robert Verdial was so Knowledgeable! He didn't let me get myself into something i couldn't afford! I Gave him a budget, and a monthly payment that was feasible. He was able to get me into something beautiful, that i thought was out of my price range frankly! Robert worked with me every-step of the way. There wasn't a moment where i felt pressured, He really Made my Whole entire Car-Buying experience one to remember. He was so funny, and so charismatic. He dedicated his whole afternoon/night to making sure i got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my experience and i can't wait to come back again! I am so thankful for Robert and my whole entire experience at HUNTINGTON BEACH FORD!

I have been looking for a 2023 raptor with the avalanche color but everywhere I went I felt like I was being taken advantage of in terms of pricing. Huntington Beach ford was extremely fair and realistic with the asking price in todays market. I have gone to multiple ford locations and have dealt with multiple ford sales reps. Tony Shaw by far was my best experience. Tony really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience all around. I recommend this ford dealership over all other ford dealerships and if you want a good experience ask for Tony Shaw!

Worst experience at the service department. The lack of communication with the service department. 2 weeks for a starter and an oil pan. Will never go back there again. When I got home, my door panels parts were on the floor of the cab, and my trim was scratch up. The service manager was even worse he was no help. basically didn't want to hear me out.

Had a great experience. Traded in my 2015 Highlander for something newer. Danny A was my sales agent and just did the impossible to get me the best deal that fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He was a tremendous help throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Huntington Beach Ford and most of all Danny A. Couldn t have found a better salesperson or a better place to buy my new car. Thank you again Danny for all your help.

Our experience at Huntington Beach Ford couldn t have been any better! ROBERT VERDIAL made our whole experience! He was knowledgeable, funny, and extremely charismatic. He found us exactly what we were looking for, with the budget we had, and ultimately helped with such a difficult decision. He got us the best deal humanly possible, and the most bang for our buck. I am so happy we decided to stop at Huntington Beach Ford. I m happy we got the chance to meet Robert! Such an amazing experience 10/10.

I've purchased several cars from this dealership and always make sure to work with Alex B. and Tim. Together, they have made my car buying experience painless and smooth. If you've gone to other dealers, you know that you can be made to wait ridiculous amounts of time while the game is played "asking" the manager and ultimately wasting all our time and energy. With these guys, I've never felt that my time was being disrespected or wasted and I appreciate being treated like an adult.I've bought from other dealers and have regretted it every time. I'll make sure to always go back to Alex B. and Tim and would follow them to any other dealer in the future!

The entire Huntington Beach Ford team was absolutely wonderful to do business with - especially Danny, Tony, and Alex! We came from out of town to check out a car and the team was quick, friendly, informative, and professional. I made an appointment through the Ford app two weeks prior to arriving. However, upon arrival, they claimed I wasn't on the list. I showed them the confirmation email, but the curly-haired Latin guy talked to me with a condescending and slightly discriminatory attitude. They made me wait for 60 minutes and could only perform tire rotations. My car, a Mach E, was there for its first regular check-up.He even spoke very quickly as if he wanted me not to understand because I'm Asian, and he didn't even look or smile at me once as a customer.
