Went with my nephew to buy a dodge charger R/T, as of now April 2024 they have the best deals and discount on this cars, and also dodge has 6700 rebate, great right? Well and this is why 4 stars, the heavy discount comes with a catch of extras added on that while they provide some value they are way overpriced and I get it, as costumers we don't like that but they were pretty straight forward and this is how they make money and after all they are a business, it will always be a hate love experience when we buy a new car and so we negotiate the price down and at the end of the day we felt happy with the purchase price and all the terms of the sale, nephew was super happy with his new car, shot out to Armando our sales guy for the great selling experience

I contacted this dealer after having a couple of bad experiences with a couple of other dealers. Sara was very helpful and gave me all the information I was seeking in a timely manner. She kept in touch with me and directed me to Danny the Sales Manager there. They helped me get approved for the vehicle I wanted and made my overall experience with this dealer great!

Very positive buying experience. Ethan was extremely helpful/knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. My credit was not in the best of shape but they managed to find a deal that stayed within my budget. Highly recommend.

I'm writing this review for the Service Department, specifically for Vic Mguerian. He's an amazing, reliable, patient and communicative advisor. My family and I couldn't have been more blessed to have found him! We have been coming to Vic for over 6+ years now and have NEVER had an issue. He has assisted us with a new engine for our 2017 SRT Jeep and multiple other things for our other 2020 Jeep. He is honest and transparent about prices and labor, which I am beyond grateful for! He even took the time out of his weekend to assist my mom in getting multiple quotes for extended warranty. He consistently checks in with us about what's going on with our vehicles and never pressures us to spend money on things that can wait. If anyone is ever looking for an advisor here, VIC IS THE GO TO GUY! He's the tall guy with a full beard and the thank you cards on his wall from multiple happy customers!

0 stars! This place is just money hungry. They don t care about people s feelings more about people s money. If you are thinking about going here, don t. Horrible car buying experience.A couple a months ago my husband was trying to buy his first truck on his birthday . We go in see the truck, test the truck, we thought it was PERFECT for our little family to be (since I was pregnant) and then we go in to sit down to negotiate pricing and get paperwork squared away everything looked like it was good to go! We were already pre-approved from our bank (which is why they probably didn t want to deal with us) Even hand shook the salesman s hand that we had a deal.Well unbeknownst to us, they were showing the truck to someone else and negotiating pricing with him all while we were waiting on signing final paperwork to be brought to us. Turns out they were just wasting time to see how much the other guy was willing to pay. Well, guy was willing to pay at a higher price and then came back to us and told us the truck was no longer available . We felt our hearts shatter. We were sitting down dreaming about our future family and the truck and all the plans we had to travel with it, just to be brought back to reality in a harsh way, felt like they grabbed our dream and stomped on it with their dirty slimy feet.We tried to talk to the receptionist manager but he was even more arrogant and selfish. Could tell he was classless and unethical by the way he was just leaning back on his chair talking to us like he didn t care. Non apologetic and outride rude. Probably wasn t even a manager believe his name was Danny, maybe he was just the front desk receptionist so it didn t affect him.I work in sales myself and this was just the most unprofessional, selfish, and greediness I have ever experienced. I didn t review back then because I was pregnant and didn t want to cause any harm on myself due to the anger I was feeling. But months later I still feel the same.Pro tip: if you re trying to sell the same car to two people don t have them within feet of each other or in plain sight where you physically see and hear you are negotiating price with them as well. That was probably the worst. Next time just decline the person the deal if you know someone else can pay higher. Rather you tell me we can t see you the car than tell me YES! And then NO!Luckily my husband found another truck somewhere else for a higher price but since the dealership was actually friendly and willing to hear us out, we decided to give them our business. In the end, it wasn t about the money on our side but the principle and respect we deserved. We re people with feelings and what we experienced here is something that will never be forgotten.

I ve requested info three times on a truck advertised on their website. They won t commit to their advertised price. I live a fair distance away and don t want to drive down there to be told that they can t honor the price. I asked for an offer sheet with different down payment options. I told them I would 100% buy the truck if the offer sheet was at the advertised price. They said they would send it - but nothing. I filled out the online form a got pre approved. Still nothing. Makes me think all advertised prices are bait and switch.

I don t like to leave bad reviews but I feel that I have to.If you are planning to go to this dealership, I encourage you to do your own research especially about $. They agreed on our conditions only once we showed what the bank proposed to us. The difference was significant.Also despite an almost empty office (3 families including ourselves), we spent 4 hours there.However, I am leaving 2 stars because of their nice new employees and their attempt at the end to do something nice like putting gas in the car.

Sent an online request with trade info. I did receive a call which was impressive being most dealerships don't respond to online inquiries, but the experience went downhill from there. Elijah's phone presence was less than impressive as I felt like he was not taking me serious. He basically wanted me to fill out a credit app before talking to me about anything. I can see this is a tactic to weed out people who are not serious, but to those who are serious this is very unappealing. I filled out the credit app and let Elijah know over the text messaging we established. He said he would grab it and get back with me. 3 hours went by and no communication. I text him saying if he was too busy that I can work with another sales person, but no response. I called into the dealership and spoke with a sales manager who said he would get numbers over to me, but again no communication. I received a text message at 9:47pm saying sorry that they were busy and would get back with me the next day. I responded saying no thank you and that I'm not going to beg for someone to take my money. Based on my experience I would not suggest doing business with this place.

If I can put no stars I would. This is the worse dealership I have ever seen. I bought my car 2 years ago and the car has been great. I was looking at trading it in today at the dealership I work for and found an oil change plan. Four oil changes for $1,995 and a $4,500 warranty as well! Never go to this place. I see that you have responded so I want to edit my review. I have called multiple times to resolve this issue and absolutely nothing was done. Never could talk to anyone or get a call back.

I was helped by Dylan during the process of buying my Jeep Wrangler, and he was so great. He was kind, not overbearing but super attentive, and truly was a great help. Him and his manager were fantastic in helping us get a great deal that was within my budget as well, I can t thank y all enough!

Dylan really is a solid salesman. Genuine charm from in the door to finalizing the sale. He went above and beyond making my family and I comfortable while we waited for paperwork to be finalized. He is an hour away but I d tell people to go see him if they want a solid deal and a great car buying experience.

I am a 21 year old college student who saved money for months to purchase my own car. The anticipation of making my first significant purchase was so exciting. However, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Upon receiving my brand new car, I discovered the brakes were malfunctioning, I took it in the very next day. The dealership then held my car for an additional weekend after it was completed, leaving me to foot the bill for those extra days.Thinking the issue was resolved, I was shocked to learn that $12,000 worth of fees were concealed in our contract, despite discussing all financial aspects beforehand and during the signing process. Feeling blindsided by this, I returned to the dealership seeking clarification, only to encounter unhelpful and rude staff. I have never been more disappointed in a company. Absolutely DO NOT take your business here. They are nothing more than scammers who will leave you trapped.

Everything that you hate about the car buying experience, happens at this place. Don t even bother looking at the sticker price of a vehicle because once you look at the sticker price and you sit down to sign paperwork you are immediately told that you must sign for an extended warranty for an additional $4700. You are then told that it is not optional that is an additional cost on top of the price of the vehicle. I had visited this dealership four times before deciding on the vehicle I wanted to purchase each time I went to visit I told the sales person I was not interested in the extended warranty, but it wasn t until I went to actually sign paperwork, I was told it was not an option to not take the extended warranty. The price of the vehicle I was ready to purchase, went from $23,000 cash price to 28,000 cash price. The sales person who helped me stood next to the person, presenting the extended warranty with a blank look on his face, as if he had no idea I told him four times that I did not want the extended warranty the manager who came out stressed that the car could not be purchased without purchasing their extended warranty. Then their closer comes out who is the rudest individual I ve ever come across in any transaction. I heard one of their sales people saying that they feared for the safety of their team because of the way they deal with people. I had read reviews online and thought to myself. This place cannot be as bad as they say I really want that car that they have but I can tell you this, they are worse than anything. You can save yourself the trouble unless you have an additional $4700 above sticker price that you wish to throw away. Stay away from this place. Stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away! The next stop will be the Better Business Bureau, or I plan to file a grievance. I hope the investigation follows shortly.

If there was a way to give this place zero stars, I'd do it without hesitation. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. Al Burton, in particular, has been consistently unhelpful and dishonest from the outset. Despite warnings from friends to avoid this establishment, I decided to give it a chance a decision I now deeply regret. It's clear they prioritize profit over customer care, regardless of any prepaid service contracts. Walking in, I'm met with an atmosphere that reeks of indifference and hostility from multiple service advisors, each exuding rudeness with every interaction. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place at all costs.

One of the Core values listed on their website is truthfulness. We practice openness and honesty in all aspects of our pricing, products and processes . Also noted on the website.When you shop with us online or in person, you get transparent and honest pricing for the vehicle you want with no surprise fees or hidden extras.Except that s a lie.Saw a ram 1500 listed online for $39k. Went up the next day and it was now 42k. So apparently their pricing changes daily according to the sales manager. Truck pulled up and it had been sitting in their dirt lot for at least a year, had a weed growing through the engine bay and was covered in dirt along with some rat droppings on the engine. Still did the test drive, loved it and said alright let s do it as long as it gets cleaned up, even at the higher price. I sit down and then get told there are $6k in dealer accessories that were added and not included on the sticker. But useless accessories like a GPS tracking device, paint protection, anti microbial coating and air cleaner. I was told they couldn t be removed and the price of the truck increased $9k from what i originally saw. Their negotiation was to drop it $1k. So i walked out because that doesn t seem like openness and honesty in pricing. Drove 5 hours round trip to buy my dream truck and just left with disappointment.

Their Maintenance department needs to be audited asap. My experience with them was horrible. Customer Service is not their priority.Had the car for a year with many issues already and recalls. I took it in for a malfunction and the part that I need replaced isn't under the warranty because it was damaged unnaturally. How do I know that it wasn't a recall from the factory to begin with?.And they can't do the other recall on it unless that part is fixed. On top of this, it needed an oil change. Was that done when I picked it up, No. Oil was still at 46%. I get the vehicle next day because I declined service and there was a scratch on it clear as day. Never again will I be doing business with this dealership. Highly advise to go somewhere else.

Worst experience at a car dealership I ve ever had. Told Ethan and his manager multiple times that I did not want a hard inquiry ran and they did so anyway. Even after they said they wouldn t. I told him the soft inquiry was fine so we could gauge how much it would be etc, and I wanted to take some time to think it through before the hard inquiry. The manager agreed and said he would be right back and when he comes back says that he did the hard inquiry like 1 or 2 times i forgot . I said what? We said we would only do the soft inquiry why did you take the further step without first getting my approval. He says oh I thought we were kind of on the same page about it . Why wouldn t you get my firm approval before making a move like that? Then he goes it ll only drop 10% so like 6 points multiple times. then I did the math and it was actually 60 points to which he said oh that s right I ve been here all day my bad . While the manager went off to to the soft inquiry I had told Ethan that I did not want a hard inquiry to which he told me not to worry about, that his manager wasn t doing a hard inquiry. Ethan at this point was visibly flustered and walked off. Ethan also did not sound like he knew what he was doing and was just going off of a barely memorized script. He sounded unsure after I asked him questions multiple times. So did the manager. The manager also didn t want me to take a picture of my hard inquiry and almost jumped over the desk to rip it from my hands. As I started recording he says you re 24 implying I m immature for doing so or something as if he didn t just humiliate himself in front of his coworkers. It was an embarrassing thing to see honestly. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend it here at all
