I began using the services of Francisco s automotive in 2015 and have received excellent service over the years . If you are looking for a repair shop you can trust and charges a fair price this is the place . What I most love about Francisco s is they don t hunt for repairs ! When something needs servicing/ repairs they tell me if I can wait for it or if it needs immediate attention .In the past years, I owned a vehicle that had an electrical problem . Since living in Westminster I went to 3 different shops to find and repair the problem , no one could locate the issue . Eventually I went to Francisco s auto motive and they located & repaired the problem .I would give the 10 stars if I could

Wheels were making noise. I got a written estimate of $225. Turns out the backing plate was rubbing and lugnuts were loose. He adjusted the backing plate and tightened the nuts and billed me $775 in labor. I asked why it was so much and Francisco said he had to take the wheels off multiple times and each time it takes an hour. So he is either dishonest or has really bad mechanics.

My family has been coming to Francisco and his guys for as long as I can remember. The mechanics are the most friendly and inviting people you can find in the automotive industry with out any doubt. Employees on their day off not only helping me, but also guiding me and letting ME try to complete the process of putting on a catalytic converter shield. Liar ... "I can fix anything". Couldn't even figure out what was wrong. Took days to get an answer. I had to call them to get updates. Told me he wouldn't work on it until I fixed parts of my van. I was there to get an inspection to find out what was wrong. He couldn't even do that. Only told me what I told him, and already knew was wrong. Talked over me. Raised his voice when I tried to respond. Very unprofessional.I recommend Vadim at Sprinter Expert, 8637 San Fernando Rd, Sun Valley, CA 91352. Its a bit of a drive, but they know what they're doing. Or, if you're in the Santa Barbara area, try Brian at Autohaus, 218 Palm Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.Good luck!!

If you have a sprinter and you need any work done on it, this shop is the place to go. Everyone is friendly, the staff are very reliable and they know what they are doing.

The SCAMMING owner of this place should be arrested!!! He takes your car back for diagnostics and rips it apart without you knowing. When i say rips it apart i mean he's slashing hoses abd doing damage on purpose!There's no difference in the guy who steals a little old lady's purse right after slashing her tires! Yet hes still free to continue doing this to innocent people?Look up the top signs of how to know when a mechanic is scamming you and he hits every single thing on the list!

Owner is so rude on the phone. Mid conversation I just changed my mind and decided to never bring my van there for any service.
