Oh my goodness....ALL I CAN SAY is they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. Help me keep my car on the road very kind and very pleasant they keep you updated on work being done.EVERYONE I have dealt with has been just the best...Hard to find good honest mechanics...But I believe they r all at Harbour Tire..Ty guys ....You are the ABSOLUTE BEST.

DO NOT BRING A TESLA HEREI cannot stress this enough to fellow Tesla owners: Avoid this shop; they don't care to make the smallest effort to avoid damaging your car's lifting points.Their pricing for a tire patch on my Model Y was fair, I would have even paid more. Their approach and handling of Tesla vehicles are just lazy. Despite my specifically telling them to use lifting pucks for Teslas to prevent battery damage, the mechanic and front desk rep were arrogantly dismissive of this, even saying I don't know what I'm talking about. Their lack of proper equipment and refusal to use a jack with a rubber lift point resulted in a denting the lifting point. Further damage may result in needing to replace the battery itself.When confronted with the damage they caused, they were very dismissive even claiming there was no damage at first. Three weeks later, they keep saying the owner will get back to me.For the sake of your battery, take your Tesla to a shop that understands and respects your car. Left reviews on both Yelp and Google due to their disregard for the whole situation.

We were recommended by a friend to change out our trailer tires (which most places won t do) and glad we decided to come here. Rich helped us out and was super friendly and helpful! Loved the inside it didn t smell inside like dirty grease and had a nice seating area to escape the heat today.

I ve used Tire Pros for a few tire purchases. Found them to be very fair in pricing and 5 stars for customer service. Had to bring my wife s car in for a leak from a large metal wedge (unable to fix with tire plug). Paul could have sold me a new tire easy enough, but said he could repair for $20. I find Tire Pros to be honest and helpful to customers needs. Thanks Paul and Tire Pros staff.

I wanted to Thank the Guys at Harbour Tire for taking care of my Truck. Its hard to find a place you can totally trust these days and these guys are amazing. I use to be a Service Writer in the Automotive Repair Industry for 10 years and I know what Good Service and Repair is. Living in the area most of my life, I know every repair shop pretty much for miles around. Years ago I would refer customers to local repair shops on full repairs that needed special attention. Rich the Owner is Awesome and Luis the Service Writer will take the time to help you and guide you to a Great Experience. Last and not least, this shop would not be even close to the superior level that it is without the Group of Amazing Mechanics / Technicians in the back just doing amazing work.Thank You Very MuchJeremyWhite GMC Sierra

I unfortunately got a flat on my way to surf. These guys were like Nascar and had me out in the water in no time. Great service and great experience. Thank you for your hard work.

So I took my car in 2 months ago to get my tire patched from a leak due to a nail. Called this morning because I different tire has a nail in it. The guy quoted me twice as much as the last time even though I told him what I was charged a few months ago. He quoted me after he asked what type if car I got... Definitely pricing on what your car value is assuming you have money to pay more. Highly do not recommend going here!!!

Went to Harbour Tire Pros on Warner and Bolsa Chica today 9/26/22 for a patch in my tire and they were excellent~Just like their name Tire Pros~Just what they are, Pros! Very courteous and proficient! I highly recommend them! Mind you, I had 2 kids with me and it didn't take long, maybe 15-20mins if that.

I have been using Harbour Tire as my go to mechanic for a few years and they are so awesome! They have helped me so many time and even talked me out of spending more money (That s honesty!). I really can t say enough good things about this team.

Great shop if you know exactly what is wrong and you can tell them exactly what you need to fix. Not a great shop if you go in there with an open-ended who knows what's wrong with my car? They will go for the gold and tell you you need a brand new transmission! Disagreeing, I got a second opinion. I was right.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Rich is an amazing guy and shoots straight. The mechanics are trustworthy, reliable, and incredibly hard working. I've been elsewhere but always end up back at Harbour Tire Pros!

I go to Harbour Tire Pros for ALL of my car needs, not just tires! From oil changes, to checking strange noises, regular maintenance, and ten minute stops to get a leaking tire fixed! The staff are so trustworthy and helpful. I've been going here since they were first established because there's no reason to go anywhere else!

They had me in and out in about 30 minutes for my tire replacement.The staff were informative and friendly and took my car in right away. After the screw up at the last tire place this was a delightful experience. Coffee, magazines, and news on in the waiting area that was pleasantly cool and open.

These guys are great. I almost exclusively go here for tires when I'm in California. They have great stock and service. Whenever they don't have my specific size tire they go out of their way to acquire one for me. They always treat me well and I can't recommend enough

Rich and his crew at Harbor tire have been servicing all our vehicles for the past 10 years. We trust no one else with the care of our personal vehicles and our work fleet.Great communication, fair pricing and the knowledgeable and freindly staff keep us as happy customers.

New to the area and was in a bit of a spot with a leaking tire. Paul and Luis went out of their way to accommodate my request for assistance with the repair. Way to go Gents. Definitely will recommend.

I ve known Rich since 1996 as an auto parts vender I d call on his store on a weekly basis. I ve been in and dealt with every major tire store from Newport Beach to Santa Barbera. I ve seen the best of the best, to the omg how are you in business ! Rich will honestly tell you exactly how it is, keep his word and do the best that he can to keep you returning. If you re looking for cheap tires and cheap service, they re out there. But if you want quality in stock tires with great service and attitude, you found it. Any negative comments you may read here I guarantee you they had issues long before they came here...Thanks Rich for the great work and 4 tires for my v12 Mercedes. You even beat Tire Racks price !

I give these guys a 5 star for exceptional customer service. Rich the owner does everything to satisfy his customers and Bob at the front desk is simply the best when it comes to great customer service. I have gotten a number of things done to my car and each time I've been pleased.In addition if you're waiting the surf decor is totally a Huntington Beach vibe. You can get caught up on the news with the tv, read a magazine, or work on your laptop... which is what I do.I must mention that the mechanics really know their stuff. And lastly they have very competitive prices. They pretty much do it all not just tires.

I've been coming here since they opened. Bob finally retired but business still running like a well oil machine. Due to temperature change both my car and truck flat tire light came on....today they checked added necessary air and light came off... tomorrow bringing my truck to do same. Again, this is your neighborhood go-to oil change, tires and car/truck routine maintenance spot. I saw motor parks scattered so they probably do everything or just near everything.Give them a try. Louis manager goes over and above for customer service. Fair prices, the staff is super nice and take care of all tire needs, doesn't matter if its even putting air them.

I've been to Harbour Tire four times, and with each visit I've found the counter and workers to be friendly, as well as the service to be prompt and reliable. My overall experience has been a 5 star, but I gave them a 4 only because my experience has been limited over an eight year run..I suppose that in and of itself gives them a 5 star rating in/with reliability.

I've been going to Rich and the gang at Harbour Tire for years. In my opinion they are the best in the area. Plus, their new location is gorgeous! There is no other waiting area/lounge like it. It's a cross between a night club and an auto service center. They certainly gave a lot of thought about the customer when they designed it.

Stopped by after receiving poor "service" at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Rich was friendly and professional. He helped me without hesitation. I would definitely recommend getting your vehicles serviced here.
