I recently visited ExperTec Automotive for an issue I was having with my alignment and was thoroughly impressed by their professional and friendly service. I initially got tires elsewhere and quickly realized I should ve trusted ExperTec for all my automotive needs. It would have saved the time and hassle! They not only fixed my alignment but also conducted a comprehensive safety check, ensuring my my Mercedes was in top condition. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction have made me a loyal customer. Going forward, ExperTec Automotive will be my go-to for any car maintenance or repairs. This company went above and beyond for me!! I was stuck with an overheating car 400 miles from home. What I thought was a minor repair turned out to be major surgery!!When they heard of my dilemma they worked hard, worked with additional vendors and made my repair possible. Originally quoted at 7 days, it turned into a 48 hour turnaround!I didn t have to rent a car nor come back a week later!! A win win for all!! Thank you Expertec!!

Someone recommended ExperTec for my Prius and I'm glad they did. I had a cylinder problems on my 2012 Prius and I was hoping that the repairs didnt bankrupts me or make me walk away from the car. ExperTec found the problem, fixed it at a reasonable price and I had the car back on the same time. They followed up a few days later to make sure the car was running fine. Expertec recently did some electrical work on my Jeep s cooling system. They said to bring it back if it started overheating again. It did and I took it back. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty aftermarket thermostat previously installed by another mechanic. They ordered a new Mopar thermostat and had the problem fixed in about as long as it took to get the part in. The cost was reasonable in my opinion.I have now used this shop three times I think because of work done elsewhere. I can t recommend them enough.

I would like to thank Mr. Jason in their sales department for recommending ExperTec Automotive to me.I came in two weeks ago to get a full set of tires and the entire experience was fantastic. Ms. Krista's customer service was stellar! The visit was so wonderful that I have returned today to get another set of tires for my wife. I spoke with Walter on wanting a diagnosis to see where my RAV4 was problematic. I was planning on selling the car clean when the problems became fixed; I mentioned to him a stuttering gas pedal problem I had at higher rpm s, caused by another shop s negligence. When I received back my car from the diagnostic, not only was I told the exact problem of the check engine light (and the accompanying pricing for fix), but as I drove the car later on the freeway, I found that Walter and the people at the shop have fixed my stuttering gas. It didn t go unnoticed to me, so I d like to shout ExperTec and their pile of free Halloween candy up at their front desk. Also to Manuel who gave me a ride to Target while my car was in shop. This shop works with CAP assistance for smog-related fixes

I've taken my cars to ExperTec for over 20 years, will never use anyone else. They have serviced my 1999 Toyota 4 Runner almost since new. The car is still a solid, reliable vehicle, ExperTec keeps me informed as to what is needed and I get it done. Recently I got engine replacement on my BMW 3 series. I just wanted to say thank you to my service adviser Manny Guerrero for excellent work and support with my needs - ordering engine from trustful supplier and its installation. During the installation process he verified that all components worked well and made necessary replacements of old parts to avoid problems with them in a future. He was updating me with progress of work and any concerns that could arise . Work was done in professional manner. Also, I appreciate the support of service representative Krista Van Dyke. She did it in a fast and professional manner. Your Team is very supportive and professional - I've got a great help from Alex and Jason when I needed to contact Manny over the phone.

I originally went in to have my AC checked out and Ronnie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. While inspecting my car he also noticed I needed an oil change. He was able to take care of it during the same visit. He was able to repair my AC no problem and just in time for this summer heat! His recommendations were genuine and honest and I will be returning. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I highly recommend ExperTec. I found ExperTec after reading the amazing online reviews so I brought in my daughter's car for air-conditioning repairs. I was so pleased with the work, I had my Mom take her car in as well. The mechanics are knowledgeable, kind and patient. They explained all the repairs in detail which I appreciated!! Now all my family members plan to have their cars serviced by ExperTec!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service and fair pricing. Service consultant Manny is especially helpful and responsive- he takes all the extra steps to ensure your vehicle is being serviced well. His communication is excellent as well, and takes the time to explain problems and solutions.

I ve been trying to find a shop for 25 years that didn t leave me feeling in some way taken advantage of, and although I ve only been to Expertec twice now, that s all it took to know I don t need to look for another shop ever again. Thank you Walter, Armando, and Alex, not only for your knowledge and help, but for your devotion to honesty, compassion, and integrity to your craft traits seen far too seldom these days. If you re considering Expertec, don t waste anymore time, they ll go above and beyond to take care of you.

First time going here and definitely won t be the last. Always hesistant about getting ripped off at these types of places but these guys proved their integrity when another shop misdiagnosed me having a blown head gasket. They could have easily said I did and charged me for it but it was a fuel pump sensor that was bad and causing my engine light to come on. My truck has 272,000 miles on it and when telling the technician it was probably time for a new one he said don t do it . Said after driving my truck that the engine was strong and ran great and to not burden myself with a lengthy monthly payment. Just keep up on the maintenance. Super great guys and company and highly recommend them. Jason was great at keeping me informed while doing the work.Service: Engine repair

Really bad customer Service !!!! I called 2 day ahead for oil change appointment. The male employee said ok at 12pm . I showed up today and they said my name is not in the system. We trust you guys to do business and you guys just wasting people time . Bad !!

We took the car in for a 10am oil change appointment. By 12:30 the car was still sitting in the parking lot and had not moved. We asked when it would be done and they said after lunch? I couldn t wait any longer. I asked the guy for my keys back since I needed to leave for work. There was No apology or explanation.I wouldn t use this place again. They don t care about people s time. Unless you have ALL day to wait around, do not use this place.Service: Oil change

ANOTHER AWESOME REVIEW FOR EXPERTEC AUTOMOTIVE!!! My family has been going to Expertec for years. March and May 2020, Shawn took care of my Nissan which needed several repairs fairly quickly in order for me to fulfill my job (engine mounts, CV axle and boot, brakes, tires, etc.) Shawn got everything dialed in and completed right away; I was able to pick her up the day before my assignment- AWESOME! Most recently, Gary and Shawn took care of mounting and balancing Pirelli tires, including installing TPMS sensors. BTW, Expertec is a certified center for Tire Rack, so you can order tires directly from Tire Rack and have them shipped directly to Expertec for installation. Anyway, as it turns out, Shawn diagnosed that the Pathfinder needed alignment, because of the premature toe in wear of my RF tire. SHAWN comes through again, woohoo! Gary and his team at Expertec treat you like family and they always provide excellent automotive service. We have taken our various vehicles through the years - Nissan, Dodge, Jaguar, Porsche, as well as our classic Ford and Mercury. Their prices are very reasonable and we have saved $$$$$ compared to dealer prices. I have had horrible experiences with other shady mechanics in the past so I don't make any recommendations unless they are earned. THANK YOU, GARY, SHAWN AND EXPERTEC!!!
