After a self inflicted accident involving a rear quarter panel and rear bumper, , I decided to give the repair to ER painting in Huntington Beach, after reading excellent reviews. Great communication, easy to talk to, and the result is a great quality work repair, specially the body part .Now ,yes Tesla repairs took time, unexpected happened but be patient and you will be rewarded with a great result.

I brought in my Tesla Model 3 after getting rear ended. I called a couple other places that were certified for Teslas but the wait was too long. I knew that ER Painting Services could handle the job and they were efficient and thorough. They have excellent customer service and were great at communicating. Eric and his team at ER provided me with such friendly and reliable service after I got in a fender bender and my bumper needed to be fixed. My car was fixed in no time and the whole process went so smoothly due to their professionalism and top notch customer care. They were very understanding and accommodating in scheduling the repair and trying to work around my hectic schedule so that I wouldn t have to go many days without a car. Got several estimates to repair my mother-in laws vehicle. Prices were nearly identical, but sold me was the time the estimator, Fernando took to explain everything and suggested ways we could save some money. He generally appeared to care and was looking out for the customer, which built our trust in him and ER. Fernando was the reason we chose ER over the other paint and body place. The vehicle was done sooner than expected and looks great. Also, a shout-out to Bryan for keeping us updated on the process. I would highly recommend ER and would definitely use them again! The best auto paint shop that I have dealt with in OC by far! I purchased a very rare spoiler for my 2017 Porsche 911 and needed to find a shop that would paint match my rare color which is Sapphire Blue. Based on the online reviews through Yelp & Google, I found ER Painting Services and messaged them for a quote. They were very quick to reply and upfront with the pricing and lead time. Dropped off the spoiler on Monday afternoon and was ready for pickup on Wednesday afternoon and was painted PERFECTLY! Perfectly blends in with the rest of the car. Even though I was planning to install on my own, they offered to help for FREE to install the spoiler and was able to drive away with my new spoiler installed. Phenomenal shop all around in terms of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. ER Painting Services will be my 'go-to' shop for all my painting needs moving forward!Service: Painting
