Just got my truck serviced here and I have nothing but amazing things to say. I highly highly recommend elite auto care. Jasen, the owner, is honest, professional and responsive. His prices are reasonable, and he does high quality work.

Great service, honest prices, and I feel like these guys really add to the community!Edit: Replaced an entire engine in my brother s older car here, very low stress from this shop, very fair price and quality work. Used engine is strong and seems to be much better quality than what originally came in the car. The clutch kit rebuild was AMAZING clutch feel is back and will properly operate with no extra sounds or issue.I just trust these guys. Let them do their thing, they have your best interest in mind. Wow, 10 out of 10 on the customer service and services! Jason the owner has always been so helpful when it comes to anything that my car needs! If I could put more than five stars, I would! From anything to an oil change to fixing the lights on my car, fixing my tires and alignment. This shop feels like a family the way they care for you and your vehicles. Elite, Auto Care has replaced my plug on my car. They have given me a new radiator. They have done diagnostic work on my engine. They have replace tail lights they ve done pretty much everything I needed done to my car and I would recommend them over and over again. I will not take my car anywhere else. Jason is the best!! This shop has terrible communication and customer service. They had my vehicle for a week and they couldn't even call me back with an estimate. Would NOT recommend.

My experience at Elite Auto Care has been amazing and stress-free!I came here to have a few repairs done on my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. I had my A/C compressor, a window regulator, my master window switch, and the broken driver's door handle, all replaced.Not only were the prices reasonable and fair, but they went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to pay more out of pocket when my car had a couple more issues than expected.The owner, Jasen, quoted me $570 less than the dealer did for my AC repair! The staff works in a timely and professional manner. The front-end manager, I believe his name was Isaac, but I'm unsure, was extremely helpful and polite.As a woman and a single mom, I appreciate that Elite Auto Care treated me equally and with respect. They didn't try to upcharge me or rack up my bill, which has happened when I've taken my car to other shops. I've never been so happy going to a mechanic. Take your care here! I am so happy to be a customer of this shop. Joey has amazing customer service and really knows how to make a customer feel validated. Me and my husband both bring our car and truck here, and highly reccomend them to others online all the time. I also love that they are not open on the weekends. I belive this is why the employees are are happier.

Elite Auto found my RV towed vehicle in their parking lot when they opened on Monday. I was not on their weekly schedule and they are a busy shop. Good mechanics always have a backup of clients. I waited. Others encouraged me to seek another mechanic so we could get on with our trip. I waited. When my turn came they were a whirl wind. In two and a half days, problems were diagnosed, solutions were proposed, and then executed to perfection. Parts for my vehicle cannot be found at the nearest auto parts store or dealer. They discussed whether I wanted exact replacements or get the correct parts to make our vehicle functional. We discussed time and found solutions for me. In the end, I was extremely pleased and feel I do not need to worry about that part of the vehicle for a long time. The bill was REALLY reasonable and there have been no other problems with the vehicle after we towed it another 1200 miles. Thanks Elite Auto, you were great!

My husband and I have just recently started taking our car here after it has had major issues due to Big O Tires when they performed a "simple" oil change. So far everything has been great with Elite Auto Care. They're quick and reasonable with their prices. 2 years or so I've been going there for the best prices, best estimates, and best overall quality! I have had numerous work done on my car even a transmission change! and it runs great. I couldn't ask for a better price nor customer service from these people at Elite Auto Care. Will continue to go here while I can. Also they are very fast as well!

I have brought my car to Elite Auto Care a few times and am very happy. They have been very helpful and did the work on my car for a fair price and did a great job. I will not go to another shop as long as I live in Huntington Beach or close to. My Alignment was done in like an hour while I waited. Call them they are good and honest.

I've used Elite Auto Care a few times over the years and have always had a great experience. I do most of my own mechanic work, so I wanted a shop that would do the things I don't have the time or tools to do, or to finish a job for me. Their prices are outstanding, and they actually listen when you tell them the situation on your vehicle. Best place to go for good quality work and fair prices.

I found an Amazon Local coupon for an oil change for $18.00. I was expecting to have too pay additional fees. I dropped off my car during lunch and by the time I was ready to go back to work the car was ready. they are very quick however, they did a full inspection of my car. I found out I will be needing tires very soon and few other things. They wrote them down for me and I never once had to pull out my wallet. They did a great job and will definitely be going back. I stumbled across Elite a couple years back and have not ever considered anywhere else since. The front manager Hoxie is straight up legit. Twice I have had work done where I was certain parts needed replacing and Hoxie saved me from replacing it and still resolved my issues.I am not one to recommend mechanics but after numerous repairs on several vehicles over the years, they have been honest, fairly priced, quick and friendly. An A+ in my opinion.

I ve been going here for 7 years! I ve never been disappointed with the work and have never felt that I ve been ripped off . The guys are extremely friendly, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I trust them to always give me honest advice when my 2006 Honda needs repairs. Wouldn t think of going any place else!

Hoxley and the guys are great! I have had bad experiences with tire stores in the past but believe I will not have to search any farther. Great service, great prices, very professional and great attitudes. Could of sold me a more expensive tire that was on my work truck but told me it was over kill and would better off with a different tire that was a few hundred cheaper. Honest people running this store! I am taking all my work trucks here as well as personal vehicles.

I recommend Elite Auto Care because I have taken my car here for 4 years, and I have never had a problem with any of the work they have completed. The customer service that I have received is always exceptional. When I take my car in they only charge me for the work completed, but not any inspections. I took my car in for a head light check, and while they were checking the problem they found another problem. I wasn't charged for any extra service only the actual work they have completed. Every visit here I always receive the very best of services, I never had any complaints about their work or customer service.

Going back a ways, I first took my car to Elite late in the day for a problem that I felt I need addressed immediately. They should have been closed, but were still there, so they took a look at my car, figured out what was wrong and fixed it quickly. I was very impressed! Since then, I have had my car in several times. A couple of days ago, I made an appointment for a check up which they had emailed me about. To be fair, the business had been closed for vacation at the time, so I really didn't expect an appointment for a Monday morning. Still I took my car in, and they took it. The repairs weren't extensive, but it took longer than I expected. They did a good job, which I have come to expect. Two days later, my car developed another problem while I was out of town. I called, they said bring it in if I could make it. I did make it back to HB, brought it in and they figured out the problem, which was completely different than what I thought. Within just a few hours, they fixed the problem, and the car runs just fine. I find that the guys at Elite know what they are doing, and are good at what they do. They do, occasionally, take longer than expected, but I understand how that can happen, since I am one of the people who show up unexpectedly with a problem, and throws a wrench in their schedule. I am happy with their work, their ability to explain the situation honestly and logically, and their willingness to go the extra mile for a customer. I recommend Jason and the guys at Elite Auto Care to take care of your car as well. Good job guys!

Best mechanics i have ever dealt with. I brought my car in to get my brakes done, after calling around for an hour and a half they had the best prices. They did not upsale me on anything that i didn't already know I needed, and they worked with me on the prices because I couldnt afford everything.Over all, great service, great prices, and my car is running quite well.Edit: I've been coming to elite for years and still never had an issue. Always feel like their completely honest and upfront about everything, which is refreshing when dealing with mechanics.

Very quick responses when inquiring about an exhaust installation. Walked right in, got it installed in about 30 minutes for an extremely cheap price. No wait time. Super nice and honest guys, straight to the point. Would highly recommend going here!

I love Elite -- it is the best! I bring my car in for all services now and they are always friendly, efficient, and easier on the wallet than any dealer or other shop around. I've had several issues come up over the last two years and they've always had a solution. They are helpful and honest and do a great job. What more could you ask for? Thanks Elite!
