They have always taken great care of me!! They repaired my tire at no cost and they even fixed the visor in my car without me asking!! What a thoughtful thing to do! Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Ordered tires and scheduled an appointment online for no reason. I showed up on my appointment day and time and was told my tires haven't arrived and won't arrive today. No email, no call, no text.... nothing. The guy behind the counter didn't look smart enough to mount a tire and obviously managing the place is way too hard. Went to America's tire center who matched the price and did the job promptly.

I went into Discount Tires Huntington Beach location Thursday 2/15/24 after I submitted an online order for 4 tires for my Chevy Tahoe. It turns out sombody dropped the ball and the tires were not ordered. I talked with Andy the manager and he told me he could order the tires for me and have them in the next day. So I brought my car in on Friday 2/16/24 in the morning. They installed and balanced the tires, did a wheel alignment, and an oil change and I had my car back by 3pm. I give them 5 stars. Andy the manager handled my business very professional with excellent customer service. I will be going back to them the next time I need service on my car.

This place deserve 0 star if the system allows me.They are charging me for their mistakes for studs that I never had problems with before.Also when I asked about this, the manager Andy raised the voice and said this is problem with Subaru vehicles, but again never had the problem.

Was here on Saturday, Jan. 6, and it was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had getting work done to my car. Needed new brake pads and rotors. Called around 2 pm to ask about coming by to have the work done or if I should make an appointment and come by another day. I was told to come by at 3:30. I told them that I could come by right away so that I could get in and out earlier, but they said to come by at 3:30 since there are people there already waiting.Came by right at 3:30. Checked in and mentioned that they close at 5. I asked if they d have time to do all the work before that, and they assured me that they would have me out of there before they close. I had a birthday party on the other side of OC at 7 that night, but since they promised I d be done by 5, I wasn t concerned.Around 4:45, I m still waiting with no update. And there were lots of others still waiting too who were there before me. I was so confused as to how they were planning to get me out of there by 5. At that point I accepted that I was going to be out later, but as long as it wasn t too late, I could still make the birthday.Fast forward to around 5:55. Still waiting. The guy at the desk comes and tells me they are almost done. I was very excited. At this point I d be a little late for the birthday, but nothing terrible. But then 6:30 rolls around, and I m still waiting. At this point, I start fuming. It was so difficult to maintain my composure. Around 6:45 the desk guy calls me up to pay, and I could barely speak because I knew I was so close to snapping at him. Finally, at 7 (2 hours after I was supposed to be done) I get my car. I was so angry that when I got in my car and closed the door, I had to let out a loud shout.I understand that car work can go long. That is not so much the issue. The issue is that I was told it would be done by a certain time so I adjusted my day around it. If they had simply been honest with the timing, I would ve come back another day since I had plans that night. Instead, I was 1.5 hours late to the birthday. I ve had good experiences with this company in the past, but now I don t see myself ever returning.

Absolutely and outrageously dishonest!!!If I could I will give -5 stars.I've come to this shop multiple times during several years. Customer service and honesty has been gradually going down.I started to come when the Hawaiian guy was the manager, then Johnny then Adam... last time I came was october 2022 (6 months ago) with appointment for an B12 service on my 2020 Honda Civic, which includes among oil change, filters change and to check my brakes, so they took forever to get my car in, I had to ask them a couple of times about the status on my car, until they finally was in, they did something to my alignment because the steering wheel was a little off to the right when driving straight, I asked to fix it but they wanted to charge me 100 something extra then a few days ago my lights came on for service A12, I don't suppose to have this until.the end of the year, I called this place and they want to charge me over 250 dollars for the service, so I took my car to a mechanic recommend by my brother in law, he texted me the picture of the air filter that supposedly was changed in October, you can plainly see it was not changed and I was charged, needless to say I'll report this place to BBB

Was leaving school and noticed my driver side tire was kinda low. Called up to Discount and they said they would take a look at it. Drove down and hardly no wait, they mounted tire and checked. Noticed it had no leak but they resealed it replaced the bead stem just in case and free of charge. Never had such stellar service! Dave and Josh was really helpful and I'd recommend this shop if you need some quick and reliable work done!

More expensive than America's Tire. I am qualified to make this statement. Went specifically for the buy 2 get 2 free sale, for a very common size 235/65/17 and was told $338 out the door, at time to pay it was $653. I was like whaaaat?? I go to America's Tire for all my 6 vehicles, not going to Non-Discount Tire again.

Manager discriminates against women. You are not treated kindly. manager doesn't smile, has MAJOR ATTITUDE. DOES NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS. YOU WILL BE TOLD TO YOU WILL WAIT. ABSOLUTE DISCRIMINATION WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE CENTER. THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER. HE IS NOT FRIENDLY AND TREATS WOMEN VERY UNKIND. And whatever program for customer service you're trying to implement has found miserably with this I filed complaint with Corp let them deal with him. Still waiting for my refund. If you want to be treated rude lack of customer service disrespect no smile not grateful this is the center for you just make sure you bring a guy with you so you can get treated kindly Buyer beware

It was great up until the wheel alignment that was not properly done.I'm hoping to get a refund for the poorly incompleted wheel alignment.I had to take it to Big O tires to get it corrected.

Not honest business.Went on Monday, waited whole day, at 3:30PM tell me can t get brake job done.Even worse, try to up sell me caliper for brakes due to rust, turns out other 4.9 review shops tell me no need change and my car now drives ok.The new manager, should be fired. He wearing nice company shirt, however when I come in Tue (2 days in a row) asking to help brake work, he said oh we didn t have parts, suppose to have ordered yesterday. He didn t apologize at all. I told him I have been here 2 days, I may have to find other shop do it today. He didn t even care!Bad sales person, bad manager.2 star for their price of tire seems good?

Had to buy new tires for my car. As disappointing as it is to have to spend so much money, the staff here we're very helpful in getting me back on the road, gave solid information about tire choice and provided excellent customer service as well as fast installation.

Poor customer relations and poor communication skills. I tried to get a break and tire repair scheduled and it was a nightmare to work with the extremely rude individual I attempted to work with.

I Purchased tires at the HB location 3 months ago. I had a small leak in one of the rear tires, and took it back for the repair. The guy basically refused to help me. He said he had 5 customers ahead of me and couldn't do it. I went to America's Tire and they were so helpful, fixed the leak AND didn't charge me. I will NEVER buy tires from Discount Tire ever again. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, unless, of course, you're spending $1,500 on a set of tires. Then....they have time for you. Shop at America's Tire instead, their customer service is exceptional.

Best service in town. I needed tires for my trailer and they got them in same day when all other tire places said it would be a week. Manager picked up the tires from the the warehouse just to make the customer happy

5 + stars!! After I found this place on line i went there got 4 new tires for my Sequoia. I'll never go anywhere else. Ive recommended them to like 10 people. A lot of big truck guys. Staff is super friendly. They got a great deal on tires. Couldn't have worked out better for me. Fast, efficient. You 100% need to check them out

My girlfriend went to get 2 new tires. Was charged for alignment but not given the printout because alignment printer was not working but not told that before service. So who knows if it was actually done. Also told the alignment warranty was 90 days but on receipt paperwork - that printer apparently was working just fine- said only 30days.Typical chain trying to oversell and undermined. And in my mind doing so targeting people who don t know cars. If you have a solid mechanic just take it there and buy the tires to bring to your mechanic. Mine is looking at the car to see if the alignment was even done. She and I won t be going back.

Staff is friendly and Jake the manager tried to fix the issue and did offer for me to come in again but at this point I can't waste any more of my time waiting around for something that should have been done right the first and second time I brought my vehicle in. This place has been rough for me. I booked an appointment over the phone and arrived the next day to find out they didn't have me down. Manager said the guy who booked me has done this before as far as not booking it in the computer. They got me in and I proceeded to have an alignment done and tires mounted and balanced. When taking off noticed that my steering wheel was off to the left when driving straight. Then as I got to highway speeds noticed it was bouncing around because they didn't balance them right. Took it back the next day and I gave them another shot. Drove off and everything felt ok. Slight bounce at highway speeds but nothing crazy. Few days go by and weights completely fell off a tire and as I inspect the other tires to find out I have 37 weights on one tire and all the others have the normal amount.. I understand every tire is different but this is ridiculous. I've had many AT tires and MT tires and have never had this issue. Manager told me it was a new hire that did the bad work but then when I come back to get it redone I'm still having problems. Idk what to say other than make sure you check their work or go somewhere else entirely.

I took my car in knowing something was very wrong, but not knowing what. They were able to get me in same day, and I received a diagnostic quickly. The team was great at explaining everything to me. I had a family member make sure everything they said seemed reasonable. They did a great job with my car, and it drives so much better now!

These guys are great, they helped me get a great price on the tires I needed and helped identify some other issues I had with my car. I recently purchased an old vehicle and am in the process of restoring it. I took it to another mechanic which was not much help. Josue at Discount Tire identified and showed me other issues that were not mentioned by my previous mechanic. I will definitely be taking my car here for service.
