Had an appointment with James and it was a breath of fresh air. This dealership does not have a car salesman vibe that you may be accustomed to expect. Although I didn't end up getting the car I was looking at, I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. Would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant experience bringing in my Colorado 23 into the shop. I had an issue where the door handle wasn t opening on the outside. The people here worked on it rather quickly. I didn t even have time to really diving into a game I had going. So far I haven t had any more issues from that visit. Thank you for helping out when I needed in such a great kindness and speed.

Very bad customer experience for service. I made appt online and said I was going to wait for the car, online never gave me an estimate. But when I dropped the car off for an oil change and 12 pt inspection, they said 2.5-3 hour, so I left. They had the car for 5 hours. I called the main number 3 times, first two times operator transferred me to service and NO ONE IN SERVICE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I left v/m, asking when my car would be ready, nobody called me back. Horrible place for service. Take your car to Jiffy lube or any other place than this. They really make you feel like they don't care at all about the customer.

So I was originally drawn towards this dealer because of the 10-second trade-in valuation through the "TradePending" tool being used on the dealer website. It gave me an offer of 15,573 for my 2021 Bolt EV, and I even provided conservative inputs of "very poor" for everything (the car is actually in great condition). The tool also stated that "This offer presented by Delillo Chevrolet" with the appropriate legal contingencies in regards to the condition of the car. So I decided to engage with this dealer given the trade-in value.When it came to the actual process of trading in the car, the dealer gave me a drastically different offer of 13k, and eventually negotiated�13.5k for the trade-in,�but this is still way�lower than what was�officially offered by the dealer-endorsed tool. The salesman couldn't do anything to rectify the trade-in value discrepancies. I even replied to these automated emails from the manager, Janet, who did not reply to my email (why send these emails asking customers to email with any questions and then leave customers without a response?).Also a bit deceptive is the itemized quote given to me. While�it did include all the charges in there, there was a dealer add-on with a dupont automotive protection package that had the cost listed among other taxes and fees, giving the appearance of a standard fee or tax which I overlooked,�while the "added equip" section was blank.In the end, I wanted to trade up to a new car and trade-in, so I decided to proceed with the transaction, but it definitely left a sour taste and left me feeling like there were tricks used to get a person to favor one dealer or deal over another. The paperwork process was the only thing favorable, in that it was quick. But overall not a great experience.

From my first phone call inquiring about the car Phil was very friendly and helpful. He was very considerate of my needs and how to best accommodate me. Art in finance worked some magic on my difficult financial situation to get me into the car that I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and their customer service as a model.

I own a repair shop down the street and have been buying parts here since 1996. The old parts guys were great, unfortunately the new guys are terrible. They will leave you on hold and then never come back and hang up on you. I will now longer call here.

It was a fast experience, very nice service and they made us feel welcomed, had other experiences in which they don t make you feel at home, I have been in other dealerships before and they didn t treat me as good, I have been going to different dealerships like for a month now just to look at some cars and their service didn t convince me, in this case my helper was pretty nice and made us feel like we were at home

After the worst experience last month at Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park, my engine light came back on and the car started acting up again. Chevy Malibu 2023So I came here on a friday, and was greeted by Justin Ramos in the service department.He very quickly diagnosed that there was a serious issue. And one of his associates gave me a ride to Hertz car rental down the street.Before I left Justin told me the electrician would be in on monday. And he would be able to give me an update.Monday came and Justin called and sure enough there was a issue with a module. He even contacted gm.My car was ready 2 Days later.This dealership took the time to help me. Explain the problem and the solution and fixed it.Kindness and honesty go a long way with me. If you are looking for dealership to do honest and efficient work, you must bring your Chevy here.Got my baby back and she runs great!

Let me start with this, if I could give this place more than 5 starts I would. Before I visited this dealer I went to Costa mesa, Orange and Garden Grove Chevy, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE! I was treated badly and literally had to fetch someone to help me after being in the lot for 10 mins, however; when I came to Delillo Chevrolet my experience was ALOT different. When I got off my van I was immediately greated by John who asked if I needed help. I told John that I was looking for a chev Silverado that I saw online and instead of going to the computer like other sales man have at different locations he literally walked the lot with me to find what I was looking for and also giving me other options in case we couldn't find the truck I saw online. While walking around I saw another truck that I fell in love with and John opened it and started showing me the vehicle. While we were looking at numbers my family showed up and they were also greated right away. After looking at a few options I met Arturo, I bought ALOT of cars before in the past and I hated dealing with finance or sales managers because for the most part they're rude and they look down on you but not with Art, he was very friendly very polite with me and my parents, he never talk down to us and was very honest. After looking at numbers and test driving the vehicle, we finally agreed on a deal which Art was very good at explaining. Art started making the paperwork and called me over to give more more good news, when we made the deal he noticed that the computer was including a protection package that for some reason didn't showed on the paperwork that he first showed me but when he was transferring the data to the contract it showed up and he caught it. Now, let's be honest any other sales manager would have said nothing and sold me the product without me knowing but not Art, he explained the situation and apologized and explained what the extra coverage for the truck was and gave me the option to take it off or leave it on. I decided to remove it and my payment was ALOT better than what it was before. I really cant stress enough how HONEST these people are because NO ONE would have done that. I also want to point out that there was another sales man who I forgot his name (I'm sorry) who actually took 2 mins of his day to congratulate me on my new truck while I was waiting for the paperwork to print. This salesman did not have to go out of his way to do that but the fact that he did shows how AMAZING this team is!Once again don't waste your time going anywhere else, Delillo Chevrolet is the way to go.Thank you so much for everything guys!

in and out servicefrom the time a pull d my truck in to the time i paid my bill tjeor is always an employee smiling and greeting. love the free coffee and a free key chain. i even received a quick car wad from customer service. i al system get my oil change their when i go visit my dad.I live 1.45 minutes away in hemet.i will be back. Hopefully theirs donuts.mike vega

It was my first time walking into a dealership to purchase a new car. After 2 + months on the market trying to find a used car due to my family getting bigger.I came across the new 2024 Chevy Trax. And after doing some research such as looking into its specs and features. I put down my hand on getting one of these babies since it comes with great features, it has a modern look and of course, the price was right.After looking through all these other used cars with a lot of miles and not knowing how the previous owner treated the poor thing it seemed that the smart choice was to go straight to the Trax. And so I did, with the help of my friend Dominic Tolento, who made the process so easy and understandable. I'm really really happy with my new chevy.

As the old saying goes - good things come in small packages. in the case of DeLillo Chevrolet they prove that a small, local, family atmosphere dealership can deliver on the selection, value, and service ended to compete with any of the 'mega-dealers'. I was thrilled with the support I received from Phil on my new 2021 Silverado LT Trail Boss and the help from Mike in service with my old 2020 model when I took it back. Great people! Give them a call or just drop in for a visit.

First off it's not my first new car I have bought. The sales guy didn't go over the buttons in the vehicle. That Other dealerships do. Second off they left sticky stuff on the trim of the driver's door and also marks on the doors panel from people getting in and out on test drives. Did a bad job all the way on the delivery process. Id expect more than what I got when I just got a truck for over 73,000 dollars. Still waiting for someone to get in touch with me about the multi flex tailgate that they are supposed to get for me and it's been 4 weeks tomorrow.

Vehicle kept overnight but no one called me to let me know till I called to inquire about the vehicle at closing. Would been nice to know so I can arrange transportation to work. Issues with vehicle still not completely resolved.

I had an unknowledgeable salesman handle my application that didn't communicate the way they said they would throughout the process. Only received 1 phone call back right after leaving a voice message, despite being told I'd be called back like 5 other times. Expected a call back last night, only to find that individual today is off for the next 2 days. Information I discussed wasn't fully translated to management, and "Wendell," as unprofessional as possible, projected that frustration on me somehow, resulting in him hanging up on me after stating he and the dealership refuse to sell me a car. Tried to resolve with upper management at that point, with no resolve. Only contacted 1 of the multiple banks that made inquiries on my credit.The dealership also stated the bank saw some discrepancies in regards to a new "job" listed on my application, based on an application I submitted with another dealership, yet I wasn't informed or even permitted to try and correct or verify the information by submitting bank statements or the proper documents, the same way I have at any other dealership. You apologized, while not actually apologizing, for not being able to sell me a car or get me approved, based on what I find to be a miscommunication between buyer and seller, as well as the staff within themselves, so I apologize, while not actually apologizing, for this review based on my experience. Wouldn't spend the cash I could come up with to buy the truck I wanted from this place if my life depended on it.

It was my first time ever using true car. And it was great. If I didn't I would have not found David to be my salesman. The whole experience was great. Before trying the online approach we went dealer to dealer and everyone just didn't want to help me giving me rates and payments that were just unacceptablely high. David was able to get me the best rate and payment, for the top of the line EUV. I couldn't believe that! Thank you again so much. I will def be a returning customer even tho that drive was over 2 hrs so worth it for a great positive experience.

The oil change took the time we figured. We got a tire pressure warning light when we left the dealership. We went back and they advised they forgot to tell us about a bad tire pressure sensor when we picked up the car.
