Great shop always willing to explain what needs to be done to ur bike and why...prices are far and work is done as if the bike belong to the shop...this is the best motorcycle shop around orange county hands down...

Went for tires and they disabled the bike so I would bring it back to them, but I had a friend that knew what they did, won t be returning

I went to this business for a simple brake replacement and these good people literally went over my whole motorcycle . And not to charge me any more money but because of the motorcycle brotherhood they wanted to make sure my bike was safe. I recommend this place any and all riders. 100 %

Had to call HB Police department to get my motorcycle back from this place. Please, stay away from this place. So often you will read bad reviews that sound just like rants that are being bias. This time I swear it wasn t my fault. Clay is an absolute con artist and kept me in the loop for 6 weeks when I arrived and left my motorcycle here for repairs(1996 Honda Shadow Spirit, new clutch lever+ new headlight install, I already had the headlight it just needed to be connected). It s a really long story, I will try and keep to they key details. Clay kept my motorcycle and after a while stopped answering my calls, never returned them, and his other employees would give me 3 different stories each time about how clay was on vacation or was off for the day. I m willing to wait as long as it takes, the problem is the rude behavior you receive, including the employees at the front. The workers will fight and yell at you till the very end, putting the blame on you for even calling. This is by far the most unprofessional location I ve ever been to. They gave me several different stories to continue the delay, including receiving a phone call telling me my parts had arrived, to later telling me my parts never arrived and what was I talking about, and other times they would tell me clay called out for the day or being on vacation, to other times telling me there s been a COVID delay. This shop was clearing avoiding me and avoiding to give me my motorcycle back. After several repeated emails and numerous phone calls, I contacted HB police department and explained to them my situation and the entire story. PD told me I was in the right and I shouldn t be waiting this long for a motorcycle that s mine. An investigation was to begin the following Wednesday if I didn t not receive my motorcycle back, I called the shop and explained to them I have contacted HB police and suddenly this shop was quick to help me now. I have a strong feeling they were taking parts from my bike to fix other bikes they have better relationships with. It s not uncommon in the repair industry, especially unprofessional locations such as this that clearly favor certain people over others. This place has a bad mentality on how to treat people and I really hope they get the professional training they need. Ultimately my bike was repaired here a few days later and I was given a good pricing on it, which I appreciated, but at cost of breaking point? To the point where I had to contact PD? This place left me traumatized and I m still suffering by it. I was on the phone in tears begging for my motorcycle back. I have emails and text messages to prove everything. I m not here to destroy anyone s business, but I don t support scams. Please don t let them do what they did to me. Checkout Klass cycles that s nearby, that location is by far superior than this place.Clay if your reading this.. A simple apology was all I needed. I m not looking for anything else but your word and honesty as a man. I don t demand special treatment. I just want to be treated fairly. I was looking for a new motorcycle shop I can call home and spread the word. Never in my life will I ever be able to recommend this location to anyone. I really hope this location gets the professional training it severely needs.

Honestly, I don't even have the words to describe how great Clay and this team are.. My bike is my only means of transportation and when I needed help at the last minute (despite being backed up) he jumped in and made it happen. Not only are they good at what they do but they care about you. Prices are the best I've ever seen, moving from Las Vegas Its been hard for me to find a place where I can trust someone with my bike. I went to several different places before I finally landed on them and I will never look again. There is a relief and security knowing I am now in good hands!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Delivery, Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Reputable shop. Very honest and friendly. My son takes his Harley there whenever it needs work, he is always satisfied with their work. One time he had an issue with something and they repaired it immediately at no charge. The owner is a stand up guy.

Clay took care of me and offered great guidance on my bike. A practical shop that will do the work needed and not needlessly take your money. They use Motul synthetic, the best oil available. Great place for sport bikes. They were kind enough to provide a local ride home while they did the work. Very reasonable rates.

These guys are straight shooters, I've been coming here for many years. They work on just about every bike made as you know if you've ever stepped foot on their property. Highly recommend!

Brought my bike here for repairs on the frame of my bike. The first time around they had a quick turn around time and kept me in the loop. Picked up the bike and left happy, until about a month later I noticed the piece that they had repaired started cracking and showings signs of damage. Returned my bike to the shop for them to see if they could do anything and it s been sitting for weeks, untouched.

The guys there are top notch people they are friendly and service is extremely great. Prices are so affordable. Clay is very up to date and precise with his knowledge. Recommend every rider try this place you'll see what I am sharing.

I brought my bike here a couple times to get minor repairs done they did a good job. Went there today to try and schedule to get my chain adjusted and I got told they were booked and nothing they could do. If this is how you treat returning customers I ll be looking for a new place to spend my money. If your looking for a place that actually cares about there customers this is not it.

I just started riding and bought a new ZX636 over in Orange so I wasn't ready to ride on the freeway yet and didn't want to ride the streets back to my house in westminster, so I called Clay the owner and with no delay he met me at my house and we went to the dealer and he delivered my bike to my house. Got me hooked up with all my gear. Great service every time I go to the shop also.

Thank you Clay! I was unfortunately in an accident and had a wrecked bike. They did a awesome job from taking the stress out of dealing with insurance as well as giving me a fair estimate on the worth of my r6. Sad to see her go but these guys made it alot easier and helpful every step of the way.10/10 service

You will wait a year to get even the simplest problem fixed here! Horrible customer service employees will try to fight you for their mistakes!!!! Don t come here unless you wanna miss out on riding season! My kids are super disappointed that they don t have anything to ride now because of clay! If you actually want something done here pull up a chair grab a bottle of vodka and bring some devils lettuce and watch them and yell for it actually to get things done around here. So basically do clays job for him because he is 2 busy to actually run a decent shop!

I was recently in need of a new shop to keep my motorcycle safe to ride. I was referred by my coworker that has had nothing but fantastic service from these guys. I got a killer deal on a new rear tire and the process was easy and pain free the entire way through.

Maybe a bad first impression. Clay told me a couple hours for oil change and to check out a few other things on my bike and quote some parts. I came back hour and a half later and my bike had not been looked at. The guys said they were still working on other bikes and that Clay had not told them anything as far as quoted time. If you cant even look at my bike for 2 hours then I would have brought it back at another time. I don't live in the area so wasted my time waiting for nothing.

I called with a general Moto question and dude was SUPER helpful, knowledgeable, and even Offered some at home solutions to try first before bringing it in. absolutely top notch customer service. 4/5 because they don't really work on Chinese/ Korean bikes.Still definitely recommend!

This is a very small, one man mom and pop style garage, but the gentleman that runs the place really works hard to make everything run smoothly. I needed a a new bridgestone front, so I took the wheel off and brought it in to him. When it came time to balance it, I asked if I could take over at the machine and he said sure no problem. That's the kind of place it is, which I very much like. A big dealer/garage would never even let you in the service area, let alone allow you to balance your own wheels. And it only cost $20 for the mounting and balancing. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll be sure to stop by.

So awesome they got my Red Baron up and running and I take it from Huntington Beach all around Orange County ! Love these guys! Got a nain in back tire today so calling tomorrow because I know they will be super reliable

I went for a tire and a problem with the clutch, in the end it was not necessary to change the part, just adjust it, it is necessary to put the client more up-to-date but otherwise an excellent serviceService: TiresService: Tires

The people at this shop are extremely passionate about what they do, and create an awesome atmosphere with excellent customer service. Their prices are very low and if they have any hiccups they will take care of it as fast and efficiently as possible. This is the only shop in HB i will go to because of the low prices and friendly staff.
