If you have a Mercedes, Tim is the guy who you should take it to. After my mechanic of twenty five years retired, I was searching for a new Mercedes mechanic and was having trouble getting good service. Just by chance I was in Huntington Beach when the right front suspension went out. If you have had this problem you know it s an expensive repair. In fact, in Los Angeles where I live, every time I have this happen they charge close to two grand just for the parts. Well, I found Custom on the internet and called and spoke to Tim. I asked if he could take me that day and finish as well. He said if it was what I thought it was, he could. And he said the repair would probably run about nine hundred dollars. I couldn t believe it. Less than half what I was expecting. I hobbled into his shop, he handed me the keys to a loaner, and that afternoon he called to tell me it was done and that it didn t need a shock, but just a connector. The cost: $427. Needless to say, since that day, I ve been driving my car down to Tim for service all the way from Los Angeles.

Tim and his team are the most professional group of mechanics in the industry. The experience at Custom European is the difference between a 5 Star resort and camping in the woods during a rainstorm without a tent. They are ready at a moment s notice, always friendly and ready to work to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend you to take your car to them for service or maintenance. I have trusted them for more than 18 years and it s always a pleasure to walk into the shop. Please keep it going. Thank you.

Tim & the gang have been taking excellent care of our 2005 BMW 530i since 2015. They shoot it to you straight and give you options which has really helped us make the best decision for our Beemer. Highly recommend taking your car there!

Tim and his crew came to our house and unlocked our turbo 911 with a dead battery with the keys inside. The service and genuine caring is far above and beyond. They do it with a smile . Custom European motor cars is the go to place for European cars. They were able to diagnose a problem that the Jaguar Dealerships couldn't fix. After spending thousands on parts at the dealership that didn't fix the problem, Tim and the team were able to fix it for a couple hundred dollars. I have used Custom European for the last ten years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. One your factory warranty expires, this is the place to go! Thanks JohnService: Transmission

Home town shop, wouldn't go anywhere else. I've even been in Arizona with issues and prayed to get back to HB to Custom European Motor Cars. Only shop I trust. Fair and fast.

Custom European is by far the best service center I have ever entrusted my automobile to. I have had a variety of things taken care of by Custom ranging from normal service to much bigger issues. All of the work was done correctly the first time and the repair cost was fair and definitely better than the dealership. You can trust Custom to take care of your car over the years.

Terrific shop. You couldn't find nicer more competent mechanics to work on your car. My 1997 BMW Z3 is well cared for. I highly recommend Brad and his crew.6/25/2018 - Just got back from CEMC with my 1997 BMW Z3 and even though Brad has retired, Tim has taken over and has continued with the same diligent care I have come to expect from this shop. They provide the same quality service as the Mercedes dealerships but at a lower cost. I have been a customer of Custom European for years with a classic Jaguar and Brad and his guys always take great care of me over and beyond, outstanding service! They even take care of my old tired Cadillac, never a problem. Its quick quality service you can trust, you just cant find anywhere anymore!

ADDED IN JULY 2020- Took our Rover Sport diesel to Custom European. Genuine parts, genuine expertise, and GENUINE CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! Why go the dealer and be just a number- Custom European is like a being a good family. They will take good care of you and your car. END ADDED SECTION. Custom European does GREAT work at a fair price. And you can trust them- they do not try to just raise the amount of the bill. Awesome service by skilled technicians at a reasonable price. I had an electrical issue with my headlight assemblies due to poor workmanship at another shop. They could have easily said that I needed to replace both assemblies at a significant price, but they were able to rehab one of them at a much lower price. Thanks for being honest and having integrity.

I have only been taking my car to Custom European for about two years now, and even though it is 22 miles from my home, it is the only place I will take my car. These people are the best for restoring classic European cars and maintaining newer ones as well. They are honest, friendly and very very capable. I've owned three E-Type Jaguars and now an F-Type Jag. I wouldn't let anyone else touch them except European Motor Cars. You can't go wrong choosing Brad and his crew!!

We have been taking our cars to Custom European for years. Great service and a fair price. Our 1986 Jag is getting difficult to find parts to keep it running but Brad always seems to find them somewhere.

Brad and the entire crew always greets me with a smile no matter how much or how little help my car needs. They have been great to work around my schedule complications and present an attitude of "how can we help?" On top of that they keep my Lexus in perfect condition.

Great shop and awesome customer service. You will never want to take your car anywhere else again. You will work directly with Brad the owner through the entire process, he is a great mechanic, and runs a clean and honest shop.They have loaner cars available, though I had arranged for a ride from a friend.
