Service is good here, but beware if you order a tire online from them, it usually takes a week or more.

Had new tires installed and Ivan/his team got it done quickly. My tires actually arrived a week earlier than my scheduled appointment but they were able to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. Service was great and this is my second time bringing a vehicle in for new tires. I like bringing my car here because I can walk around Bella Terra while waiting. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.

Joe. I just want to say, I probably have the best car/tire interaction with this guy. He's damn experienced and would often give good advices whenever you asked him anything. Next week is my appointment so this rating isn't f or the auto service. THANKS JOE.

Ordered online and didn't get notice when my tires arrived. Called and scheduled. It took for 1.5 hours, more than enough to shop. Works done well, but they don't do alignment:(

Received excellent, courteous service for installation of a new set of tires. Tires were ordered online and arrived sooner than estimated. With an appointment, installation was completed professionally in about an hour.The next week, had tires and rims replaced on other vehicle. Patrick provided courteous, professional service

This review is for the terrible customer service from Ivan, the manager in the tire center department. The WORST sad excuse of a "manager" amongst other things.I want to start off by saying Joe is extremely compassionate and helpful. This review is specifically for Ivans terrible service, nothing to do with Joe.On 1/13/23 my tire dash light came on, I called costco's tire center, I spoke to a male in the tire department who I informed of my situation. He told me as soon as I arrive to make sure I park my car in the air pump parking spot and flag one of the technicians so they can check my tire pressure as soon as I got there. I arrived and parked my car exactly where I was told to less than 15 minutes ago.I see a "man" (Ivan the manager) talking to an elderly person so I approached patiently to get further assistance as I was advised to do on the phone. Ivan was not even done speaking to the elderly gentleman when he proceeded to raise his voice at me and demand that I move my vehicle at once, hollering that the spot was reserved for air pressure service only.I calmly informed him that I was there for exactly that reason, I was told by a tire tech over the phone to park there and flag someone down to help me with my situation.He proceeded to raise his voice and talk to me in a condescending, belittling, arrogant manner that he didn't care what I was told on the phone, that I should not park there, even though I was TOLD to do this.I kept explaining that he didn't even know what I was there for trying to explain I was told to park here by an employee.I then asked him to change his tone with me, he was so rude and insensitive. I was doing exactly what I was told by the tire technician and if that's the incorrect process then train your staff properly. I asked him if he was a manager and he said "Actually I AM the manager".I the told him "you are one terrible manager, you have absolutely no customer service skills"He absolutely did not care.Be careful when you fall off your high horse Ivan. It's going to be a hard fall.Joe on the other hand- absolutely deescalated the situation as best he could. When he approached me I was filled with frustration and disappointment, but his gentle approach made me so emotional and he was so patient and extremely helpful despite my tears from how frustrated I was. I only came back because of Joe and the female store manager who let me share my terrible experience with them and were understanding.On 1/15 I had my appointment that Joe helped schedule and when I arrived I guess they needed a manager to log into the computer and of course here came Ivan on his high horse who did not greet me as a customer, did not apologize for his poor managerial behavior. I requested for him NOT to help me, he was such trash. Get rid of this poor excuse of a manager Costco. Even after the store manager spoke with him, his attitude stayed the same.

Three years ago I purchased brand new all 4 tires with warranty from Costco Wholesale. The warranty entailed replacement of a tire if the tread was too low or if it was unserviceable due to non-repairable punctures or impact damage . I took my car in a year ago because I had a nail in one of my tires and it was leaking air. My first intention was to get it repaired. The tire service member at Costco who looked at it, said they could not patch it because the nail was too close to the wall of the tire. I said okay, then let s replace it. We went back inside and he went on the computer for the tires I bought with the warranty. He said they don t have them in stock, so I asked if he could order them or ship them in? His response was No. He said that no Costco had any of my tires in stock around the COUNTRY. (I drive a Honda Accord). This, I assume, is due to a shortage. I asked when a shipment would be in and he said probably in about 2 weeks. Since I can t drive around with a flat, I asked if there was a different brand with my tire size in stock. I wanted to get all 4 replaced because the other tires tread was getting low. He quoted me over $700 for a new set which included a warranty discount for my old tires. I am a full time college student with 2 part-time jobs and this I could not afford. I said no thank you and walked away with a plan. Since my tire with a nail in it did not leak pressure heavily, as long as I didn t let the psi drop to low, I would be fine. Fast forward to today and my nailed tire will no longer hold pressure. Hopefully, they finally have my tires covered by my warranty in stock. I would not recommend purchasing a Costco Tire warranty because they may stop carrying your tires in the future after your purchase.

Had to go back and forth and wait a total of 4 hours.I was told that a wheel lock was needed for my car because the wheels did not use the universal lock. That s fair, but they did not tell me until 2 hours later.They couldn t have noticed that my car and tires were already different and given me a call before hand?And finally, my tires get replaced as I needed. They don t do alignment which is fine, but only days later do I notice now that they installed the wrong tires on the wrong side of my car.The two tires I still need replaced are right there on the front.Mind you, I waited another 2 hours, so four hours total, just to find that they disposed my already functioning tires and installed the new ones on the wrong side.They also did not give me any call whatsoever that my car was ready.I spent 4 hours of my time and $400 just to be back at square one.Service was friendly at least.

Was promised 3.5 to 4 hrs to have a slow leak checked. Ended up waiting 4.5 hrs. Same ridiculous wait time a year before. Seriously debating whether to get new tires from Costco again.

I have gone back and forth 3 times but nothing done. One of my tires had a bubble, I went here to get a tire warranty and paid $100 for a replacement tire. They said I had used more than half so I could only get $40 something back. Since the tire was not in stock, I had to order. The guy there told me it would take 2 days or so for the tire to arrive. So I asked him if I could make appointment 4 days after. He was pretty sure that it would arrive 1 or 2 days, and if I were receive a phone call, I could come early and do walk-in if possible. However, I didn t receive any phone call, therefore, I came in the day of appointment and other guy told me the tire hasn t arrived. I had to wait 1 business week. But it kinda scary driving around with the tire like that.

Good prices but terrible customer service. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one ever came by to help or even acknowledged me. Also parking is a pain because they have no reserved parking for the tire center.

Always an excellent experience with the Costco Tire Center. Everyone is very nice, professional, and helpful too. My mother received a partial refund which we weren't expecting, and the timing was perfect. We had something to eat, did a bit of shopping and the car was ready to go; literally ready to go. The car was pulled out, engine on, facing the direction we were heading and door opened.Wonderful. Thank you all!

Called the day before asked the guy to mount and balance 4 of my own tires. Quotes me and gives an appointment. Show up the next day, says he doesn't perform that service and refuses to acknowledge a phone call that i clearly had with him. Same name and he was the only one working at the time of the call. No apology no responsibility taken. Just wasted my time. You get what you pay for here

Terrible staff and customer service..Never been treated worse by why Costco staff.Went from a simple patch to total tire replacement, because of the staff and needing to go else where. All should be fired.I took my business elsewhere. Company should look into this location.Literally going to cancel my subduction to Costco and never shop there again.

The guy at the front was nice and all but he tells me to go around to pick up the car, doesn't give me the keys so I'm waiting in the back with a cart full of costco groceries and no one approached me with a key for about 10 minutes. Finally I have to get the attention of one of the workers to ask him how I'm supposed to get the keys to my car. He gives me a smug look like I'm the idiot then gets the attention of the guy that worked on my car who finally goes inside to hand me my keys. Get it together people...

Was told 1:30 to 2 hours wait to install new set of tires. It s been 3 hours and still not done. At least don t lie, I could ve planned something else other than waiting at Costco.

Was told 1 hour and 45 minuted would be my wait time for a tire rotation. Ended up going to 3 hours because everyone is more concerned with inflating tires every 5 minutes
